They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly. It's not every day you come across customer service like this—friendly, professional, and truly caring. Thank you, Lisa and Joel, for making my visit such a positive one!
My second go to in lake orion for auto parts. Usually has the parts that Autozone doesn't carry. I really wish there was a O'Reilly app for parts search like autozone and advanced auto both have.
I'm giving a 4 star because one of the sales people was extremely rude during an attempted return. I purchased a 4 way lug wrench that broke on its first use.. I didn't have the receipt and I guess he couldn't find the purchase on my account, but they had another one in stock and he wouldn't just exchange it. I DIDNT want the money, I just wanted a non faulty tool. I guess I understand his point of view, but for as much money as I spend there, and as much business as i give them (i own 3 vehicles with over 200K+ miles on them) I was extremely displeased to be treated like a criminal and recieve such an attitude over a 20 dollar tool that could have been easily exchanged, uea it might have taken a but more paperwork or effort on thier part, but would have been a very simple one time show of appreciation on thier part.. Personally, this is the reason Autozone is my first go to.
Wonderful experience they went above and beyond to help me find the right part to get my vehicle up and going. Really appreciate it and couldn’t be any happier.
We recently needed to change the rear brakes, caliper pins, and other components on my vehicle. We called and received helpful info from the manager, Ken. Later that day we went to the store and were greeted by Daniel who was exceptionally helpful throughout our entire experience. He provided us with valuable information, helpful tips, had everything we needed, and helped us out a great deal. We had to return the next day for rotors (our old ones were too damaged to turn) and once again Daniel was super helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service. We also talked with Ken and he also offered some helpful insight regarding what we were attempting to accomplish. Overall our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lake Orion. They totally went above and beyond - something that is rare these days. Thank you!
Went looking for a window Regulator for a 10+ year old car. Staff was helpful, hopeful, but realistic about availability. Unfortunately the part was not immediately available, so I ended up buying it on-line for about the same price.
Still my first "go to" place for repair parts and supplies.
I went into O'Reilly's in Lake Orion and I heard 'customer' twice. There were at least 3 employees stuck to the counter. I went over to the wiper blades and found what I needed. Not one employee came over to offered to help. I was the only customer in the store. I walked out and went to Advanced Auto Parts down the road,where they were glad to help.
I love O'Reilly auto parts I can get usually what I need for my auto parts. The staff has been curtious to me. I appreciate that in a business.Guys keep up the good work.
Worse O'Reillys location I ever been too! I can't speak for all there employees but the ones I dealt with didn't seem to no anything other then what a computer was telling them.
Employees were extremely helpful and tried their hardest to get us the brake pads we needed, but unfortunately when they ordered the brake pads it said they would be here today and they weren't on the truck so we would have to wait. That whole situation didn't work out due to me recently getting into an accident and only having 2 cars with both of us working full time in two separate directions so we had to go elsewhere. I've seen by reviews this happens often so oreillys should make more accurate estimated deliveries so we don't wait a day to find out it didn't come as expected. Nothing bad about that specific store though!
I can go in with zero car knowledge just mention noises and had resolved every issue. 200% recommend over ANY parts store in our area! Smart staff who doesn't rip off people who know little of cars
So with my health and breathing issues I cannot wear a mask after being a customer for over 10 years the manager that was like 225 lb is like a hundred 25 now I don't know what's going on with his health but I think he needs to consider his job career after pretty much calling me a low life his name is joe, have a good day joe the manager, and on top of it all, i still got my parts but i will no longer shop at this store, and on top of that there is three ppl in here without masks, so you started rasing your voice to me but right now at 746 pm their are 3 without masks, go ahead and check camera. Online ordering nightmare. Made two separate orders Fri., was emailed both were rdy for pickup, but in reality didnt have enough of the octane boost for 2nd order. So picked up the one order and told to come back for other when all 3 in. Then today there is complete confusion as its marked as picked up. Using other auto parts stores from now on...
Excellent auto parts store. AutoZone will tell you that they won't give you your money back back if you rent a tool . That tells me who's a top notch auto parts shop and who's failing.
Staff are very helpful and accommodating. They have quickly helped me on multiple occasions with free battery testing, replacing windshield wipers, etc.. Just really great staff!
I wish I had a good experience with the workers like everyone else did. The woman there was short, very rude, and had an attitude with me as if she was having a bad day and taking it out on me. I’ll go out of my way to go somewhere else. I can’t believe how someone could treat another human being that way, under any circumstance. I hope they don’t treat other people that way. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Three stars because I can usually get what I need. The staff however will be very quick to ask if you need help and then not know if they carry what you are looking for. Seems like they hire lazy old guys that maybe changed their own oil once. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to a long line. If they are busy I will drive right past. Half the guys there have no idea what you are talking about.
I needed a special sparkplug. I called them to see if they had it. No but they could have it for me by 9:30 the next morning and for only $2.09. That's a fast response and a great price. While I was there, they checked the code for my SES light. And the store is clean and well stocked. Parking is the easiest anywhere.
As long as I can go straight to the back and only deal with Nicole, it's 5 stars. If I have to deal with one of the guys at the counter it's a 3 star visit.
I went in needing some assistance with an issue, pricing and wanting to get a battery that I was hoping was in stock. Three different people made sure to greet me and the store manager worked with me directly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even threw in a couple of jokes while he was finding what I needed. They made me feel important and not like the idiot I felt like. I will be coming back here again next time I need something automotive related.
THis is the second time now that I've ordered a part through Oreillys. The first time they never called me back and I still don't know if they ever got the part in or not.
This time they said they would have it at 10am give or take a hour. Well Its still not in.
I'll stick with Autozone next time. They have a much much cheaper core charge anyway.
