We've had a lot of issues with our vehicle. Kurtis went above and beyond for my husband Brandon yesterday to change out battery and terminals(i think that's what they're called). Not all superheros wear capes. Kurtis is proof. Thank you!

I usually go to Autozone, then O'Reilly's, but due advanced having a parts search app, and the great service i always recieve when I do shop here, I am starting to choose them over O'Reilly's..

If I could give zero stars I would, they “helped” get a oil filter for my car. Wrong one for a completely different car and now won’t let me return it. Don’t waste your time go to O’Reillys

Great local business with a very helpful staff. The store is well managed, well stocked, well organized and very clean.

I bought a top dollar AutoCraft Platinum AGM battery from them with a 3 year repacement warranty. 6 months later I started having issues with the Battery. If I didn't drive the truck every day the battery was dead. Just to rule out anything weird, I pulled it out of the truck, fully charged it and let it sit on the shelf for 2 days. It showed 9.9 volts. I took the battery in and they just keep giving you the run around until you give up. First they tell you they need to keep the battery for a day to charge it. Then they tell you it tests fine. You can tell they are trained to decline as many warranties as they can. They make you spend multiple hours and multiple trips to the store to make it as painful as possible. Just don't do business with these shysters. The best advice I can give you is to buy OEM from the dealer. The batteries are made at the same factories (Johnson Controls, etc), but the OEMs hold them to MUCH higher standards and quality controls. If you already have a battery from these shyters and you need to warranty it, do this... Go in and tell them you think you need to buy a new battery and ask them to test yours. They will test it and agree it's bad. At that point tell them you bought it from them and want a warranty replacement. Watch them start weaseling...

Bought a battery from this place. 150.00. Less then a year old and it wont hold a charge! I didnt have a receipt so they would not replace it. It is their battery, their brand and sticker on it. Autozone and O'Reilly's, in 13 years or more I have never needed a receipt. Its in their computers. With 5 auto parts store within 2 miles of each other you can bet these clowns at Advance Auto will be my very last choice!

Stores is kept clean and very stocked I especially like the convenience of ordering online and receiving an email that my order is ready. They usually offer a good discount when you purchase online, also.

This is a safe bet when you are looking to get a replacement part. Awsome service

Bought a replacement battery for my truck. Great customer service - loaded it into my vehicle for me. Reasonable prices. Will test old battery for you first, before they try to sell you a new one. Can order online, and ship to store or your home.

They were very helpful and easy to talk to. The older gentleman really cares about his customers and their cars. We ordered our new car battery online and they installed it for free and they were able to easily jump start my car when it died in their parking lot. They also checked why my 'check engine' light came on in my husband's car and his battery as well. They didn't try to sell us any new parts that we didn't need, but also made small suggestions that would improve the function of my car. He also talked to us about when to order our battery so we might get the best deal when they go on sale. I will definitely be going back there for my car needs.

I purchased a Marine Battery and was the only one in the store. They never asked if I needed help. They put the battery in a small cart that made it top heavy and never opened the doors to help me get out of the store. They do not have automatic doors. Disappointed they never offered to help.

ordered a d41r battery in grand rapids (where I live) was in the area of this store for work and tried to swap the battery (had it in my trunk and old battery finally kicked it) to my surprise the grand rapids store didn't give me a d51r, but a d51 (the terminals are reversed) this store made what could have been an ugly process completely hassle free. any time I am in the area this store will get my business. thanks and keep up the good work!
