The brake vacuum pump failed on my Silverado while I was running errands. I searched for a brake shop near my location in LO and was glad I came across this super friendly, professional, and accommodating team. A pump was ordered and replaced along with three worn serpentine belts at a reasonable price. I was lucky and grateful that they were able to schedule my repairs into their busy day, because I was quite far from home. Thank you so much for your kind and professional manner in which you do business and the way you respect female customers who are in somewhat stressful situations. Kudos!
I can never say enough about this business. Especially as a female who doesn't know much about cars. From the beginning to the end I was treated like an old friend rather than a new customer. My car was repaired quickly and there was no pressure to fix anything that didnt need to be. Everything was also throughly explained.

honestly these guys are awesome, honest and have very good prices. I’ve been to a decent amount of different auto shops (I drive a lot) and it’s definitely worth taking your car here. Did a great job on the car and are very kind people.
Excellent repair shop, I've used them several times, with different vehicles and they are fairly priced and always fixed correctly. They have excellent service and keep in touch if necessary, although honestly, they always get my vehicle fixed in a day - maybe two....
I brought my car in fearing the worst! They installed a new AC compressor and belt and the whole job took about an hour! I am so pleased and the AC is so cold that I actually might have to start carrying a coat in the car lol! They are definitely my new go to place for all my car repairs
I needed a new flex exhaust pipe replaced on my vehicle and the repair was completed within only a few hours of dropping it off and for a price I couldn't beat anywhere. When I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup, I was offered a ride to help assist me getting there which is incredibly appreciated. Excellent and swift service, nuff said. Thank you so much Brandon, you are my go-to guy when I need repairs done.

Wow! What a great team they have over there.
I took my Jeep in last week to get some work done on what I *thought* was a wheel bearing + a few misc. things.
They told me it was my prop shaft and went ahead with the fixes — I got the Jeep back a few days later but the humming on the front right was still there.
I took it back in and they fixed both wheel bearings free of charge! Did not expect that, asked to pay but they wouldn't accept.
Honorable, fair pricing, and a team that you can tell cares about their work and reputation in the surrounding community.
I'm moving out of the area soon, but WILL make the commute out for my next auto work.

Very honest place. I absolutely love that they were honest with me about things I don't have to worry about yet. I didn't feel like they were trying to push unnecessary items on to me. You can tell they actually care about customer service. Brandon did a great job at conveying what needed to be done.

I visited the garage in advance to talk about what was needed. It was agreed to bring the car back on Saturday morning. The work got done as scheduled and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this business.
Definitely would recommend this company to friends. Both Joe and Brandon were very helpful, I would strongly recommend using Master Radiator over the local Ford dealership who advised me they wouldn’t be able to get me in for 2 - 3 weeks. Brandon had me bring in my car as soon as I called them.
5 stars all the way. I had to have my car towed here and did not know anything about these guys except for the google reviews I read. After all said and done they did a great job and are trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair company to fix your car troubles . They even changed a few bulbs out that needed replaced extra. Fair prices and honesty is hard to find but you can find it here 😇🙏

I called about my heater not working. It's a cold snap and no heat right before Christmas. He said call on Monday to see if he could squeeze me in. They did and fixed it perfectly and affordable. Made a Merry Christmas for me and my 92 yr old mom.
First things first. One of the very, very few places you can go to get your car maintained/repaired where everybody in that building are as friendly and helpful as can be. The work they do is impeccable! Very, very fair pricing. They take care of all my cars .. Very great care actually.
I had a great experience bringing my Jeep Cherokee to them. I was quoted extremely high at a different place and the repairs were MUCH more reasonable here.

I’ve used Lake Orion Master Radiator for a long time. They have always done quality work on my vehicles at a fair price. Their car detailing is great too, we get our cars done about twice a year. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Service was above & beyond. Everyone was Friendly, courteous, and so knowledgeable. I was done dealing with dealerships. Had my vehicle towed there. Steve (the owner), after explaining what the issues might be, assured me they would be able to fix it. And they did in a timely manner! Truly blessed to have found them. Personable and skilled professionals completing high quality work ar a fair price. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and had my vehicle checked in within minutes. The repairs were competed ahead of schedule and just below the estimate. I will return to this business whenever auto work is needed and would comfortably recommend to family, friends and any others needed high quality auto repair at fair and reasonable prices.
Called and spoke with Brandon and let him know we would like to drop our vehicle off that evening and that we had to have it back the next day. He was able to get it in, fixed and ready to go before closing the next day. They did a great job and Brandon was great. Amazing Company! From start to finish this company exceeded expectations. 5 star in every area. Customer service was fantastic from every person I made contact with. The guys in the shop did a great job with several repairs and returned my car just as clean as when I dropped it off. I was very nervous taking my car anywhere. My car now runs better than ever.
