Awesome customer service!! I came here last night at 8:30 because I snapped my wind shield wipers and I didn’t know how to replace them myself. Both staff members helped and were able to quickly replace them for me, not to mention it was freezing cold out and they were closing soon. Super friendly and helpful I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend coming here!
So, got to sing some Praises here. Picked up a rotor caliper and some brake pads on a friday. When to do the install today, sunday, got everything torn apart, started opening things up to reinstall and found that I was given the wrong rotor. Needed a rear and I got a front. Called the store, told them the problem, talked to Seaun, one of the managers. Explained to him that I had absolutely zero way I could bring the wrong one back because my only vehicle was the one I was fixing and the old rotor and caliper were warn past the point of being dangerous. Car had to get fixed today, no exceptions because of having to be at work on Monday. Didn't have the money to order another rotor through the app and have it delivered. I was completely stuck. I worked the Pirates counter at Murray's way back after getting out of college and I understand that sometimes things get mixed up. To me what makes the difference is how it is resolved. Seaun volunteered to bring me the correct rotor himself, on his own time when he got off his shift. He drove way out of his way to make the situation right. Thanks for going literally the many extra miles. Highly recommend this store.
100% recommend this store to anyone who needs any sort of parts or accessories. Came in needing some new wiper blades, and the guy at the counter walked through what was compatible, why he recommends certain models over others, and as a result helped me saved a few bucks I probably would've wasted otherwise!
Then he changed out the blades right then and there after my purchase in the middle of freezing cold weather. That's how you get return customers! 🙏
What an absolute joke of a store. Placed an in-store pick up order. They put my order back on the shelf, which then sold to someone else, and couldn't bother to call me.
3.5 days had passed, I dont think that's enough time to cancel an order.
What's better, is they didn't cancel the order or call me. They let me drive up to the store, fumble around, and finally told me they didn't have it. They're supposed to hold the order for 7 days. Even if you dont want to hold it thay long, CALL ME.
Don't do in store pick up! They'll send an email saying the order is ready, and wait till you get there to say "sorry, we put it back on the shelf and now its gone". 3.5 days after the order, not like it was sitting there a week.
I had the “best” experience at Auto Zone in Lk. Orion , Mi. I’m considered a senior, So I have no mechanical abilities. Well, I needed a New battery and SEAUN and Ace were so kind!! They installed my battery which I had NO idea what to do!! SEAUN even helped Me after He was off the clock!! That was beyond excellent service!!! Thanks guys so much!! You made a day , that wasn’t starting good and went above and beyond!! Thanks guys‼️‼️‼️
Derek helped us out tonight by scanning our check engine light and put our nerves at ease. A very kind and hard working guy, we were lucky to have his help after hitting a deer.
Employees are lazy and unhelpful, spent more time discussing what to have for lunch then help customers and when they finally decide to help they have no clue what they are talking about
Auto parts and stuff I need. Curiosity killed the cat, and I can't help but wonder how I couldn't get a job at a place like this as a young adult. When you see some of the employees these places hire.
Andrew rocks. I had a special need. I purchased a waterpump for a vehicle i have in costa rica. I unfortunately told Andrew the wrong vehicle (cherokee instead of grand cherokee) the parts were different. On my recent trip back to the states.. (2 weeks later) I brought back the part and the old one... Andrew made it right and got me going with all the correct parts I needed super quickly and without incident kudos to Andrew and the entire staff... as we say I Costa Rica

Great customer service. My engine light came on and after the computer check at auto zone, the problem was identified with the print out.
I Purchased the part and had a friend install it, and engine light went off! It's expensive to keep a car on the road. I was relieved that I was able to get my car back on the road with the help of the guys at Auto Zone. Thank you.
I feel the manager here needs to reinforce their employees that they are in the customer service industry. I went in to pick up a few items and there were 4 employees behind the counter. I patiently waited while the workers ignored me at the counter (several walked past me with no acknowledgement). It’s not my job to tell you to do yours, so I set the items I was going to purchase on the counter and left. If you don’t want my business I will go to one of the several other auto parts stores in lake orion.
My first go to for auto parts when i need one asap.. great customer service, and usually has the part in stock. If part is not in stock, same or next day pick-up is usually available. Self check out option is a great addition to this location, it allows for super fast checkout when the line is long, and a part does not need to be looked up or picked. The oil return bin is almost always available for old oil return. Alterator ans battery testing/charging is always hassle free.. Excellent team, keep up the great work!
I was sold some parts that were not compatible with my vehicle. THIS WAS A SYSTEMATIC PROBLEM, NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT. Everything matched up however my vehicle had a mid-year change that nobody knew about. I went to this location and a young man was helping me out and there was also a young woman who was helping me out. She jumped right into action and figured out that my vehicle had this mid-year change and got me in the right direction for new parts. BRAVO!!!! GREAT TEAM!!!!
So I went into AutoZone and was trying to find out what was wrong with my car they could not hook up a diagnostic to it because if I would have shut my car off because it would not have restarted when you go into an auto parts store you would feel that they would know more about the field the gentlemen of the new the most was on the phone don't know exactly what it was about I sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting to speak to somebody the gentleman told me more than likely it was my starter I bought the new starter coming to find out it was just the battery it would have been a lot cheaper situation if I would have known it was just the battery
Karrie was very helpful, in the rain(!), when we were trying to change a battery and dropped a bolt that could not be retrieved. She came out to the parking lot to see if we needed help, determined the size bolt needed and brought out a replacement.

Rude employee. I'll go elsewhere. insulted my voice, said it was unfortunate that I sounded like that, then asked if I got punched in the throat when I was a kid. honestly amazes me what people think is appropriate to ask. hey idiot ever think that maybe it was medical reason, and it's none of your damn business?
Dana was spectacular. I had a simple problem that didn't seem so simple. She helped with it and I was able to get going changing my air filters and also had time to some extra spring cleaning in the interior. Love this place, very helpful always.
I came in today to get a new headlight and the wonderful gentleman behind the counter offered to replace it for me. What a wonderful experience. It was a challenge but he did it for me!! So grateful. You have my business for life!!!
We had to replace our Jeep's battery this past weekend and went into the store and met Julian. She walked us through all of our options. She and her Manager were able to match us up with a perfect fit with a Duracell at a great price. We returned home, installed the new and returned the old. GREAT experience and over the top support. Much appreciated.
