Guys did a great job with a complicated headlamp repair. They went the extra mile and even repaired a cracked head light assembly. Special kudos to Damien at the front desk. No need to ever go anywhere else!

Was happy to get in within the next day and they had the repair done by the end of the day. Impressed with them checking the brakes and what not when I was having them take care of an oil cooler leak. Nice Touch, which the pictures of the brakes and the “tech“ they’re using now compared to 10 to 15 years ago.

I like going here to have work done on my vehicle. Damian is great at sharing details of the issue and I don't ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I feel like this place is legitimately trying to save the customer money. I appreciate that. Their text/email report after with details and photos is a really nice bonus too!

I have been bringing multiple vehicles to Tire Warehouse for over 25 years. They have become a full service facility for all your auto and truck needs. When you bring in a vehicle they fix your issue and provide a report on the service completed, plus provide an assessment with photos of other things they see that you may want to repair or replacement to fix. I also like that they fix an issue and don't just replace stuff with a new part. I recently had a short in my electrical system. A dealer would have replaced the cable that would have costed over $800. Tire Warehouse pulled the cable out and cleaned all the contacts plus coated the cable to protect it and replaced it back. It works great and saved me a lot of money.

Super nice and flexible. I had them do a alignment after some one hit my car and they let my car stay a couple days while the body shop finished up my panels

I had a leak in my radiator and called. They got me in the same day and quoted me a reasonable price. I picked up my car the next day and it was actually a bit cheaper than originally quoted. I feel they don’t try and up charge you for other “issues”, like I’ve seen at other places.

They are wonderful. We have been going to their shop, since it was on Clarkston road. It is really nice to have a place that you trust.

TW was able to get me in right away even in a holiday week. My truck was done the same day and for way less than quotes from other places.

I needed new tires on my grand cherokee L. So i headed up, Everyone was superfriendly and made me feel at home, gave me a deal on the tires I bought. Said it would be an hour and a half it was 45 minutes. I will go back everytime I need tires.

Today was an extremely cold day and my tire all of a sudden went flat. No warnings no issues just all of a sudden have a hole in my tire. This company was able to get me And quickly, complete the repair promptly, and have me on my way in no time flat. They communicate with me throughout the process and were amazingly friendly! I appreciate good service and friendly customer service, They made a future Customer with me for sure!!

I had my tires rotated and a TPMS sensor replaced. The service was great and the representative was very kind and friendly. I would go here for service before considering the large tire stores (Belle, Discount). Very personalized service.

They helped me today with a leaky tire. I had been in once a month for at least 6 months to get air in my tire. They were always very kind and willing to help. They also reminded me that because I got my tires from there they would check it and fix it if they could and no charge. Turns out it was just a rim leak! I've gone there for many car issues over the years. Tire Warehouse has always been honest and they do great work!

Our low air light came on as we were headed Upnorth.(we were in Oxford). We pulled into a gas station to check, my husband could not get the caps off any of the tires. A delivery truck driver told us there was a Tire Warehouse back in Lake Orion. A young man came out right away and told us they may have to cut the caps off and replace the valves, (we had on “speciality” caps that we bought), we might have to wait an hour. It took just a bit over an hour and they replaced all the valves and caps and put air in all the tires. Everybody at the Tire Warehouse was so nice. Not just to us but to every body who came in. The young man behind the counter was so kind and kept us informed of what they were doing. He also told us that the caps we had on often times corrode because they are made of metal. We were so grateful they could take care of us and the bill was so reasonable. We would highly recommend Tire Warehouse!

I came in with an unservicable flat tire. Damian Marovich was my Service advisor. He gave me an excellent price on a tire, so much so, I replaced all four. All four tires were worn anbd I had been tire shopping. It just happened my tire went flat near your store, best quality tire for the best price. I also had the best price for a tire pressure sensor that was bad. Best of all, I had frozen food in the trunk and Damien volunteered your store's freezer while I waited. Your service was awesome. I drive to your store from Shelby Township. We have at least ten tire stores within a mile or two but I drive a distance to your store because your service is the best. You have had only one oversight just this last time. I needed a new tire. This was a Thursday. You said it would be there next day which is Friday. I said I had a Friday commitment and that I would be there first thing on Saturday. On Friday I sent you a text saying I would be there first thing in the morning. When I arrived I was told it wouldn’t be in till Monday

First thing is I’m not Lisa and there no Lisa in my house for 22 years. Now about my experience with tire warehouse working on my truck. I have a 2021 f-150 that I tried to check on my brake pads and I have done my own brakes on my vehicle up to now. So not knowing that the computer is programmed into my brakes on my truck well I’ll will tell you that I really badly mess up my brakes. So I had taken it to tire warehouse to fix the computer program to my brake system which I thought that I may needed to take it to the dealer but thankfully Tire warehouse came through and got my brakes working normal. I’m very happy with their service.

My powertrain warning light came on. They got me in first thing the next working day. The light had gone out and their diagnostic equipment did not reveal any codes. They did a Carfax report and found I was 75,000 miles overdue for front struts and found some other things that the vehicle needed brakes and so on. They did a great job of taking care of everything. The truck needed. This is not my first experience with this company, and yet every experience has been a good one.

Gorgeous building. Worth just stopping in to appreciate the building. But excellent customer service and they were able to squeeze me in quick. Fixed all issue for reasonable prices and put together plan for future maintenance. Not the cheapest but of good quality is.

Best tire store around. They found me best tire for best price. Fast installation and excellent customer service. Also had tire plugged and they took care of that quickly and I couldn’t be happier. Anytime my vehicles need work this is a great, professional, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. They take good care of your vehicle and you. Small waiting area if need be. They did a great job swapping my winter tires back to all seasons. No scuffs or wheel damage. Fair price and friendly service. I’ll be back for the next seasonal changeover for all of our family’s cars.

Amazing service Aaron answered all my questions over the phone. Jamie took care of me when I came in even offered a shuttle service back to work on my lunch break. My tires were swapped out and I love them. Highly recommend these guys for any tire service.

They did an amazing job, and were honest , did the work in a timely manner. They did the rear brakes on my truck and did an oil change and put some sweet new tires on my truck and it only took half a day, worked with me on the times to make sure I had it back as fast as possible , Very friendly and at a fair price. I definitely will return and recommend to anyone I know.
