LOTA installed a Leer mid profile cap on my 2023 Ford Maverick. Pricing was fair and in line with industry averages. The manager, Blake, was very friendly and helpful explaining the available features and overall purchase selection. He also helped secure a holiday discount from the cap manufacturer. The cap is perfectly color matched with my truck per VIN. It has a OEM design and appearance that pairs perfectly with my truck. I am very happy with the sharp look and functionality of the cap. Went here to have a hitch installed on our 2021 Highlander. We got a very fair deal on installation, and it was done in a timely manner. The employees at L.O.T.A. are all very friendly. Maverick (the shop dog) was a little shy, but warmed up quickly 😃. 10/10. Would definitely repeat!

Great place. Great prices. Great service. I needed to have a hitch replaced on my truck quickly as I had to use the trailer to take care of my customers the next day. They were backed up but went the extra mile for me. The owner, Ron, obviously cares about his customers and wants to do the best job possible. Would recommend this business to anyone.

Great low-key, knowledgeable team of guys. Helpful and patient with your questions. I stood and listened as they patiently answered questions for a couple ladies who had lots of basic inquiries. I ordered a new topper, they were great.

I was very happy with my the advice, the products and the price that I selected. They were also very timely in getting my truck in and getting the work done.

I went to this place to find a specific part does my cap on my Ford f150 that I could not find anywhere else even on the internet and I'm pretty good at finding stuff. The guy at the desk was very polite and had known exactly what I was looking for , unfortunately it was a part that was not in stock but he had it shipped to him in under 3 days and called me as soon as it was in . By far best service I have had in a long time from a parts and vehicle store. Highly recommend.

Sometimes you never know how good a business is until there's an issue. I made a sizable purchase from LOTA four years ago, and this summer there was a problem with the device they put on my GMC Canyon. Not really expecting too much, I stopped by LOTA and had a short conversation with the son of the owner. (I thought his fist name was Blake, turns out it''s his last name :-) Bottom line: The Blakes were professional, polite, and more than anything, fair. I'l never go "truck stuff" shopping anywhere else! Great job Blakes! You amaze!

This place is great. Ron Blake and the guys are truck professionals and know their stuff. They also fixed our Leer latch lock while we waited and didn’t even charge us for the hour labor and a few parts. Thank you.

I typically don't leave reviews for any businesses I deal with. But this was a terrible experience. I called LOTA because I've seen nothing but good reviews about them. The gentleman answered the phone, I told him I was looking to have a brake controler and hitch installed. He said he had no interest in doing the brake controler and that was the end of the conversation. I asked if he could point me in the direction of someone who could help me, he said no. The overall experience was some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

Called up looking for a hitch install for my vehicle. Spoke with Ron, who went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed because I desperately needed one in a short amount of time. He called around for me looking for the part but unfortunately couldn’t find one. Even though I didn’t have anything done to my vehicle by this place, Ron still provided EXCELLENT customer service and I didn’t want that to go unnoticed.

I needed a cover for my truck bed. I was laboring online, trying to figure out what to get. I finally went in to talk to some people and see what they had. I told them what my needs were, and he discussed and showed me my options. Turns out the prices were pretty much the same as what I was finding on the web, and it included instalation! So, 30 minutes later, I drove off with a new cover.

Most friendly staff! I went to have a trailer hitch installed, after waiting a few minutes, the installer came out with a smile on his face and said all done. when they took the back plate off there was already a hitch. I felt bad because they had ordered a hitch for my car, they down played it. then asked if I wanted assistance in figuring out how my new bike rack installs on the hitch. They then attached the bike rack to my car and showed me how it worked. Again you can not find nicer people. Thank You Lake Orion Truck Accessories!

Guys did a leveling kit on my truck, turned out great. Staff was great and friendly.

I come in here with my dad to get work done on his truck from time to time. These guys are very professional and take good care of us. They do repairs and adjustments for no charge on their products. We are loyal customers.

Highly Recommend! Great family owned Company. Always reasonable and professional with there services. I have personally had them order and install 2 custom leer caps that have lasted years. They have also installed several ladder racks on my work trucks some have last over 10 years!

Hands down the best place to get service. We had an older boat trailer and rather than doing unnecessary work ( which Tommy's of Detroit did on a wheel) he gave realistic honest opinion. You literally don't see this kind of personal customer service anymore. Ron, you are the best!

I have been going to LOTA for years. Ron and his guys have always given great service, whether I just needed simple maintenance on my camper, or for more complex issues, like fixing tandem axles that weren't parallel on my camper. I can't say enough good things about their shop and my experience there.

Just got my bed liner installed here. Price was fair and they were very professional and friendly. This is a good place to go. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm a mechanic and have seen some really bad work. So, there is only a handful of places I would recommend.

So I had issues trying to get a cover for my avalanche..at first I didn't think I was going to get one put on it..but I had been talking with Blake and let me tell you he made the Impossible possible I mean wow he made it look amazing and did a great job I want personally thank you Blake another more than happy customer for life!!!! Ron, Blake, and the entire staff are true professionals. I bought an older truck and needed truck and trailer accessories. I also bought a heavy work trailer and Ron made it happen quicker than expected. I will refer anyone I can to these guys because they know what customer service is all about. These gentlemen were super helpful and accommodating with my dilemma. Ordered a pickup shell from them 2 months before I was able to pick it up. They were kind enough to store it on site while we slowly made our way from California. Finally arrived at their immaculate facility and they installed it with a precision and conscientiousness rarely seen these days. Can’t say enough good things about them. Great guys.
