Walked in needing 2 new tires plus a new set of front and rear breaks plus rotors. They made sure it got done, and even stayed late to make sure it all got done in one visit. They were super friendly and responsive the entire time. Left with the best deals and felt good about everything.
Nathan and Nick were great, and I was able to get a credit card and get my work done quick. Walked in expecting to have to set up an appointment and got the work done right there on the spot.

I had a leak of something and brought the car in on short notice. They weren't able to see the leak, did a pressure test, had the car for a few hours and it didn't leak for them. The tech called two hours after picking up my car and said he spoke with a teacher of his who is a Subaru expert. He suggested it might be the thermal freeze valve - apparently very common issue and that it was likely still under an extended warranty. I will check that out. He didn't have to do that and I really appreciate that he did and called me with that information. I am sorry I can't remember his name, but fantastic customer service.

They “patched” my tire. I almost went off the highway. Because the tire was flat. I had to stop 3 times on the side of highway to pump the tire to 40psi just for it to back in the teens just a few miles later. With the current weather conditions it was not exactly safe for me to do so. But I had to because someone messed up at Firestone.
Please note that I was told my technician got off work just after my maintenance. So he either rushed it, or doesn’t know how to patch a tire. Pick your poison. And pick another place for maintenance. They were apparently more interested in up charging me than fixing the problem. For shame
I went there for four tires that were supposed to last 55,000 mi. They only lasted 9,000 miles before they were bald. I came in and had a conversation with the salesman, he walked outside and looked at my tires. He told me he'd order some new ones, when I came back a few days later, he couldn't even remember the conversation. He looked like he had been beaten over the head and shoulders with a stick, pretty sure he had been drinking or is heavily medicated? He was acting annoyed by me, wanted to offer a 50% discount on new tires, but the only ones they had available were more expensive so it was going to cost me roughly the same as the ones I was throwing out. When I talk to other people about this place, they've shared similar experiences about terrible service. Which is unfortunate, because the Walmart up the street is no better. But I would never return to this place after the way I was treated, the quality of the product, and the overall disregard for my satisfaction. I would give less than one star if I could
The service in this store is the worst service I’ve received anywhere in my life! I went to the store a week ago wanting a full diagnosis. The guy at the front desk must’ve been having a bad day because he was extremely rude. He informed me that they didn’t have time that day and I needed to schedule an appointment (I went in to schedule an appointment in the first place. He just assumed I wanted it done that day). He made my appointment for a week later at 10am and said it would take about an hour and a half. I went back the day of my appointment and dropped the car off at 9:30am. At 12:30pm I had not heard back from them yet but I decided to give them some time. I finally called the store at 1:30pm to ask for an update when the man says that they still had not taken my car in! They had my car for 4hrs without even moving it from the spot where I parked it! I told them to not touch my car at all and I was on my way to pick it up! He then has the audacity to tell me that if I didn’t have time to wait that I could schedule another appointment! 🤦🏽♀️ After all of this, there was no way I was going to let them touch my car at all! My husband tried calling for me and they hung up on him twice! There is no way I’m going back to this store. I made an appointment in the Leominster store because I’ve heard they have better service all around so I hope I have a better experience in Leominster. I’m willing to bet the good reviews on here are from people they know! They get 1 star because I can’t post this without it!
Broke 3 of my brothers Wheel Studs, told him 2 then tried to charge him almost 400 dollars to replace after they broke them. He paid for an alignment and they refuse show the paper work, un known if they did the alignment but charged him for it. They tried to say the studs would take two hours to fix, I fixed them in a half hour. Scammers
Great service, timely manner and all questions were answered with what the best tire would be for my vehicle. Left with four new tires and plan to bring the other vehicle in for new tires as well.
I recently visited this Firestone location to purchase and install winter tires for my 2015 4Runner. While the staff was polite and the installation itself seems fine, I left feeling extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency — and honestly, as a woman, I felt taken advantage of.
Before my appointment, I received an online quote for $798.31, including installation. When I went to check out, the first total I was given was $1,238.75 — more than $440 over the online quote. It wasn’t until I questioned the price that a $120 discount was suddenly applied, bringing the total down to $1,118.75. Without speaking up, I would have been charged the higher amount.
I was told the online price was for ‘carry-out tires,’ even though the online quote clearly included installation fees. Several optional items — including Road Hazard Protection and TPMS kits — were added to my bill without my consent or explanation. I did authorize an alignment, and that charge was appropriate. But the rest should have been discussed openly before being added to my invoice.
The experience left me feeling like I wasn’t given the same transparency or respect a male customer might receive. Women are too often upsold or dismissed in automotive settings, and unfortunately this visit reinforced that.
I hope this location takes this feedback seriously. Clear, upfront communication matters. Customers — especially women — deserve honest explanations and accurate pricing before work is done.
My experience was great the young guy on the front desk was more than helpful and genuine, very polite and to top it all off he offers a discount the store was offering and I will be going there for now on!
They charge us a lot and they didn't fix the engine oil leak problem and that keep killing my battery my car is been in my driveway because i have no way to fix it the windshield spray nozzle doesn't spray correctly it doesn't spray to the windshield
I was a customer for 10+years.I dropped by and ask the guy at the front desk if he could check my tire pressure,because my light was on he told me that I would have to wait 2-3 hours as there were two people ahead of me.I said to the guy you sure that you can’t do nothing,he said I can’t do nothing for you today.I said are you sure that you can’t do anything because I’m trying to go to work he said no .So,you have lost me as a loyal customer for that very reason.It would have only take you a minute or two just to check my tire pressure and put air in the tires.This incident happened Friday10/10/25 @7:45 am.
I went into firestone looking for a quote for tires and left with a better price than I was looking for and on top of that my car was able to be serviced instantly thanks to Nate and RJ!
Find a tire place that actually knows tires. I have bought tires where for over ten years. All the tires are under warranty. Two of them are worn very oddly and they say they’re fine.
Went on 11/14 and had front tire replaced. Had to replace toe rods. Did that and brought it back on 12/6 for an alignment. ( We have a lifetime alignment plan for this car).
4/17 I had to replace a rear and sensor and noticed the tires looked bad. Scheduled an appt and they say they are fine.
7/21 a rear tire got a nail and had to be plugged.
Brought them to another tire shop and they said they couldn’t plug it because the tread is too low. So we brought it to Firestone and they plugged it and when I asked if the tires were ok Nate said they definitely are and he went and asked the tech and he confirmed they are good.
So I attached pics of the two rear tires. One is almost down to the steel belts.
What’s the point of a warranty plan if they won’t honor it?
Last time I was in there the customer service person helping told the person in front of us to go to the Leominster store because the mechanics at his Fitchburg store weren’t as good as Leominster for the issue with his car. Couldn’t believe what he was saying around customers.
Tires are Definitely a safety hazard!!
Try to get a regional manager to call us back to look for some help and no luck.

Customer service says to send an email with more info. Sent in 8/20 and no response. They act like they care but really don’t.
Quality install but poor pricing/quotes and customer service. I am lead to believe they will quote to fix parts that are not broken at outrageous prices. Manager could offer no compensation. Whatever i drive, will no longer be Firestone.
Worst service ive ever experienced. The big heavyset guy is clearly just there to get in a day of work and nothing more. Dont go here go to leominster. They took me in and had it done while being super busy
i recently purchased a set of firestone tires, the guy at the sales counter was curtious, and professional. They called when my tires were mounted , i needed an adjustment on one tire they took it in while i waited and fixed it. It is great to do business with a local place that has great help every step of the way !! i have been a customer here for 15 plus years and will not go anywhere else for my tire needs.
I recently had an outstanding experience at the Firestone tire service in Fitchburg, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I was greeted by friendly staff who were pleasant to assist, and were so with any customers while I waited. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the wait for my service pleasant. The team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem. The technicians performed an inspection of my vehicle in addition to the tire work done. The warranty was honored so I paid zero.
Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and expertise at Firestone in Fitchburg truly set them apart. I will be returning for future tire needs and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tire service. Thank Firestone for a fantastic experience!
Excellent tire service location. The staff were super nice and very helpful. My advisor gave me plenty of options and I could chose a product that fit within my budget. I was able to get an appointment for new tires for a time window that worked for my schedule including on the weekends. The work was completed quickly, on budget and with no surprises. Four new tires, mounted, balanced and an alignment under 2 hours. Highly recommended.
This location didn’t have the tires my husband and I needed alternatively we would have preferred they did but we were willing to travel to Fitchburg to get the tires we needed because it would be one day wait but we couldn’t wait the extra day on how our tires looked therefore we went.
What was surprising is they both customer service rep and manager were willing to bring it in tomorrow because they lived out that way that’s customer service!
