Chey at O'Reilly Auto Parts at 525 John Fitch Highway provided excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I got exactly the right parts I needed. It's refreshing to see someone who truly cares about helping customers instead of just making a quick sale. Great experience overall-thank you Chey. I hope she is eventually promoted because she is a great addition to the company. She is hardworking a single mom and wants to become a mechanic, if I had the money and power I would invest in her.

Today I returned to this location to see what they would do about a wiper my wife purchased a couple weeks back and yesterday it flew off because the clip was missing. They were no cheap and I was expecting to have to buy a new set. To my surprise the young man behind the counter listened and said this is brand new. Let me see what I can do for you.

Kind salesperson helped me when I was buying one windshield wiper and let me know that a different brand was buy one get one free. He couldn't put them on for me so I came back and someone else helped me get the broken piece off while having a nice chat :)

Dear O’Reilly admin. First I am a regular customer, I often go and buy parts. I’d like to share my experience so you can better your customer service. Yesterday around 11:30a I went in to return a part I bought a couple weeks ago and I had it had the time to return it. I had , red hair lady, with the same attitude all the time. I have seen her working there before, so she is not new. I approach her after she says next, I say Hi and she didn’t say anything back but I didn’t really pay any mind to that. I explain the situation, I dis not have the receipt but I know she can look me up with my information, she asked me the model of the car and the information. I brought the original part to try finding it and nothing happened. The part I was returning it she couldn’t find anything(supposedly) not with my information, not with the part number, to me it didn’t make sense because I bought the part there, since I have the old part she could look the old part numbers and the system will be show other parts and she said “no we can’t do that, with a nasty attitude. I ended up leaving very frustrated. I have a suggestion, O”Reilly pays employees because of the customers they have, no customers means no store, because they won’t make sales. That type of employee should really let go, she always have a nasty attitude, when I had her before she’s been able to help me but always with an attitude, seems like direct customer service it’s not a job for her. Customer service it’s huge for people to come back, she needs to either get retrained or maybe move on. Thank you and have a great day. Best Luis dejesus.

Fitchburg store “manager” has no customer service training clearly.. unprofessional workers say one thing but don’t actually mean it, and the manager doesn’t seem to really care.

Went in to see if they can order a charger for one of the tools I bought from them. it’s the battery powered ratchet since my dog destroyed the charger. the manger didn’t help much it wasn’t Jason I asked him if he can find out if they carry them he said that the tool is useless that I had to buy another tool set. Didn’t even bother looking. He seemed pretty rude to me so I got in my car and left I went to Leominster instead they found it no problem and ordered it micky from the Leominster store is always so helpful. Geuss I’ll go to the Leominster one over the Fitchburg one from now on. So will the comerical accounts that we have with them in fitchburg.

My experience with Shelly was TREMENDOUS....she read my engine light problem and sold me my directional light bulbs WITH the upmost confidence BY inviting me to look at computer screen with her....she has a gift of communication..SO MY COMPLIMENTS to the hiring team who brought her to the this team

So I had to return a starter for a warranty replacement. Not a problem except it had to be returned to the store where it was purchased. People were very helpful, no attitude. If only I could remember which store I bought it at, they all look the same

I received help from the young, up and coming auto parts prodigy Owen. Really inspiring to interact with a child with that brain power. It was like going to a zoo of people that know a lot about car parts.

Better service than Vato Zone and Advance. Not quite as good as Napa in my opinion, but better hours. Reliable place to get parts, order online and pick up in store within 12 hours usually, if it's not in stock already.

As a first experience customer, the workers were very inattentive , too busy talking to friends that were visiting. The workers were also very foolish and unprofessional. A very exhausting and draining experience to be honest.

I went to 3 auto parts stores looking for windshield wiper blades, everyone said, you need to go to the dealer, we don't stalk them. When I walked into O'reilly's I was greeted by Kristie. She also said that they didn't stock them for my car. She then said, let's go take a look. She suggested that we just replace the rubber on them. They only had one insert, she then suggested that I buy the right size, then just remove the rubber from it. She proceeded to install them. Talk about going above and beyond. I didn't even know you could do that. Very impressed w/Kristie. Great service!!!

Answering the phone while you are in the middle of a payment is a BIG NO-NO. I have a better experience in the past. Maybe they are short on personal? Good prices and parts are on stock always.
