Just came here for a drop by trip to fix one of my head lights that was out. walked into the store completely clueless per usual but was approached by a lovely young man i believe his name was yandel, he asked what i needed help with and got right to it, he even changed my light for me. i was in and out in barely 10 minutes. always a pleasure at this auto zone 😊

I love this store and the helpful staff. Hilario is a legend, I would've ended up walking around for hours if it wasn't for his help. I appreciate you.

Paul S just saved my day, I needed a battery before the big storm this weekend, I'm nursing a cold and was really struggling to get an appointment to get a battery installed. I decided to try the auto store places that say they'll do free install with purchase with no appointment, first time doing that. The first place I went laughed and said we don't have anyone. I drove over to auto zone who was ALSO short staffed, but someone covered so Paul could help me. In a world with no customer service this really made my day. Highly highly recommend AutoZone on John Fitch when you want to be treated with respect and still get a great price and warranty. Thank you so much!

I just called this location to get information on drums and rotors for my vehicle. The young lady who answered the phone seemed like she was very agitated and was very nasty to me on the phone. What she fails to realize I can take my business elsewhere and I will happily do so. So whatever commission she was hoping to get, she will not get it! I will not spend my money there! She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills!!

Leaha is aNASTY PERSON! She is a horrible person to deal with COMPLETELY RUDE!! I will never be back here again. 40+ years with no issues. They really have to look at who they hire! NASTY PERSON!!

just stopped in real quick to replace my busted headlights (to which i have been procrastinating for weeks) a very sweet employee saw me roaming the isles looking lost and offered to help. he found the exact headlights i needed and ended up coming out to the parking lot and fixing them for me himself!! absolute GEM of an employee i believe his name was Victor! I don’t know what he’s making but he definitely needs a raise!! awesome trip to your store and if i need anything else i will definitely be coming back! keep up the great work 💪🏼

I was in the store in John ditch highway fitchburbg by 10.20am, I ask clearly to the employee what I need, he was totally disrespectful acting like he was doing a favor to me telling me me I should tell him everything in ones, I did explained to the other employee but they don’t give a shit about a customer respect, I went to OReilly auto parts and I buy everything I need it spend over $500. Just because in OReilley they offer me more stuff for my car, I going to tell all my friends and family no to do business with AutoZone ever again

They handed out a starter instead of my oil filter. Returned the starter while trying to recycle the old filter. They then mock me for not accepting them just throwing it away instead of saying they won't take it.

The disappointment level here is more than sky high. I want to begin by explaining that for yrs, I have been an AutoZone customer. This particular branch turnover rate (Fitchburg, MA- John Fitch Highway) I assume is so high, because most of the time when I go there employees are different, and given what I had to endure today, it all makes sense. I'm one of those organized people who has his day planned in advanced and avoids anything that could alter my schedule. Today, I called Autozone and asked for a battery. I was informed they had it, and also told me that "they will install it" but I needed to buy a 3 dollar kit, which I was fine with. I had some errands to run today, and left home with enough time (in my head) to get the battery addressed and fulfill my other responsibilities, only to be informed upon my arrival by the Manager that "he wouldn't allow his employees out with this weather". I mean, I asked and your staff told me they would, but now, this!? How old are we!? 5?. Honestly, I was so angry because it was 23 degrees out not 10 like yesterday, and even if it was 10 degrees out, YOU told me that I was going to be taken care of, otherwise I would have gone to another store, but given I had just enough time to do everything else I had planned, I decided to stay, thinking it was going to be something quick -I was totally wrong-. I ended up being there for over an hour since I had to do everything on my own, and I had never done so. My question is, WHY lie to the customer like that!?. I missed my doctor's appointment and could not do what I had planned, due to AutoZone staff not honoring their word. Tim (your staff) told me over the phone that you guys would do it. He didn't say "possible" as the Manager implied he did. Please don't play with your customer's time like that. Don't promise something you can't honor. This is a really shady way of getting business, because believe me, had I known I was going to go through everything that I went through, I would have picked a difference AutoPart, and as you know very well, there are SO many others out there.

This is the best AutoZone I have ever been in and I give all the credit to VICTOR, he went above and beyond to help me with my car and it made so much of a difference in my world. Thank you Victor!!! I am forever grateful!!! 10/10 Made my whole day

I had a head light out and they were very helpful in finding the right parts and installing it. Love the auto zones guys. They brave the cold so we can get home safe.

Chris went above and beyond to help me! I had a headlight that was out, and when he attempted to change it for me, it came back on. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism even though I didn't buy anything in that moment. 20 min later my headlight went out again, and I was unable to repeat his magic touch. When he touched it, it turned back on again, though I decided to go ahead and purchase another light so the problem did not persist. It was a little difficult to access the light, but he was persistent, determined, and knowledgeable, even while probably thinking I just wasn't going to buy it bc it turned back on again. The best decision was to purchase the item, and the best decision was to have Chris help me! Thank you Chris!

Oh no my experience at AutoZone was great they were very helpful in finding me a replacement battery for my car the only problem I had is that when I brought the battery back to them to have them put it inside my car come to find out that they do not tell me after selling me the battery is that my car would have to be factory reset and they did not carry the equipment to do it so that I would have to take it somewhere else and pay to have the battery put in in my car reset

Victor Rios Jr. went above and beyond to make sure my return voucher was accepted. I was at another Autoparts store and they wouldn’t honor it and passed the buck by telling me to the call the district manager I happened to be near this store and stopped in to see what they say. Victor called the district manager instead of putting it back on me. The district manager told him to get it done and he did. I give him a 10. Outstanding Service.

Great service! Changed my headlight lightbulb. Old one so stuck could not get it out. They were happy to help and so so with kindness and a smile. Victor R rocks. Always comes up big, always helpful, whenever I come into this place. There are a few other auto stores in the area - they cannot compete. Many good employees in here.. but Vic is incredible. Note to the other stores - until you get a Vic you might as well close down. AutoZone management- please take note of this guy.

Just went to auto zone to get new windshield wipers and the man working was so helpful. Eddie helped me pick out the right windshield wipers and installed them for me. When I tried to give him money for the installation, he refused. Would def recommend this place to anyone in need of car parts or help with their car! So easy, quick and helpful!

The New store manager David is full of southern charm; very helpful, has his staff in line like an assembly plant. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Always glad to help me with my car needs. Would recommend

The General Manager was a tremendous help! He briefly talked to me about each step of what he was doing and didn’t hesitate to give me options as to what I could do to fix my vehicles problem. He had amazing customer service and left me wanting to go back for future problems with my vehicle!
