Did a great job would definitely recommend to anyone who needs repair work, some of the nicest people with great customer service.

I recently brought my car to an insurance recommended autoshop(CARSTAR) after an accident. Unfortunately, CARSTAR repaired part of the damages and I am now responsible for paying out of pocket for the remaining repairs. CARSTAR relied on their computer for repairs and in two days from picking up my car, i took my car for inspection and theirs suspension damages with strut leaks and faulty ball joint. Based on this experience I would not recommend relying solely on insurance-affiliated repair shops.

Highly recommend! This is the second time I have brought a vehicle here for repairs after a collision and they did amazing work. Very helpful from start to finish and took care of rental and dealing with the insurance company. Their customer service was excellent. Specifically Jenn. She handled everything to include updates of where repairs were at during the process.

Awesome experience! Everyone was kind, professional, and notified me on a daily basis the progress of my vehicle. When I got my car back, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been detailed inside as well As the repair to the back end of my car. My vehicle was in there shop for about a month.I was rear ended,they kept me up to date on everything.They sent text messages letting me know what step that they were on,down to the completion date.The paint matched,my vehicle looks brand new.They definitely was on target.CARSTAR also put a 5 year warranty on there work.Since my car had been in there care for a month i thought that I was going to have togo and clean it out ,they did all that.

Repairs on our car were perfect! Car was washed and inside detailed...you can't do better than that! Kudos!

My insurance company recommended Carstar for some auto body work I needed done, and I am so glad I took their advice! From the beginning to the end of my experience at Carstar I received what I call top tier service. Jen at the front desk was warm welcoming, friendly and made my experience easy and was the epitome of customer service. I needed to rent a car during the time my car was being serviced, Jen called and setup my rental for me and even had them meet me at Carstar. Total game changer for convenience! Jen also kept me informed the entire time my car was being repaired on the process all the way up to the completion of my service. A week later I picked up my car upon completion and was shocked, it looked brand new! I couldn’t be happier with choosing Carstar for my auto body needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The team had everything prepared when I arrived, including a rental vehicle. Everyone was pleasant, and they notified you the progress of your car. I would definitely return if I'm ever in another accident. A+ WORK. My car looks amazing. Keep up the good work!

Alittle upset even thou great service because of prior issue or disagreement they avoid us for a second booking to fix our car. They kinda lied about system not working so i could get tires and go somewhere else. Asjusted called then they were suddenly booked. Again great work done in my vehical but CS might not be the best. Wish them luck and i do recommend then in the mechanical aspect of it . .

Repairs were quick and they kept me up to date throughout the entire process, paperwork was minimal and electronically handled for convenience. They arranged for my rental to be at the shop when I dropped off my vehicle and arranged for it to be picked up when repairs were complete. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal work ! They did a great job at making the whole process simple as possible . They took care of all the rental car stuff for me and I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle right at CARSTAR. The first thing I noticed when I walked into CARSTAR was the cleanliness of the office. I needed a new taillight. Someone came out and took a picture and told me they should have an estimate before the end of the day. I was called and given the figure. I went in to make the payment and the order was placed. It arrived exactly when they said. I made the appointment and they told me how long the work would take. They were correct and even finished a little sooner. I am very pleased with the results and every person I met there was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them.

This is my second vehicle I’ve brought to Carstar and they never disappoint! I have a 2023 Toyota Corolla SE. Jen made sure my concerns of further water damage were addressed properly, promptly updated me through the process, and coordinated my rental from beginning to end. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail. Customer service is always unmatched here, with the entire team. They even sent me home with a sample size of my paint for further “oopsies” 🥹 Highly recommended!!

I’m just frustrated with the results. I have been waiting for a call back that never happened to replace the part that is not a factory part but a replacement part and that’s why it doesn’t fit. I was never told about this even though the communication was constant and I got to know about it after I paid for the services and took a look at the car. I was told they were in communication with the insurance to approve the change, I call the insurance and they not know anything about it and the insurance told me that now I might have to pay anything further. I’m concerned that my car won’t pass the inspection due to this and I wanted good results for what I and my insurance were paying for. Here are the photos of the result and the other side as it was supposed to look like.

We were involved in a car accident when a person was distracted and hit our car in the rear end. The person’s insurance had CARSTAR as an option and due to the positives reviews we decided to take our car there. Costumer service and communication was absolutely amazing they were always very friendly and great in communication. We have a brand new and were very concerned of how it will look since the color is a very different and unique one. Took about two weeks to get it done, when we picked up, the damage was not there anymore and the car look great again but the color did not match, the difference was very remarkable and we can see it right away. We understand that will never look perfect but we expect at least to look more similar. We mentioned to them and they quickly agreed with what we said and offered to contact the insurance and do it again, offered to blend the color to the panels but we declined because we don’t want to touch an original pint from the panels that didn’t suffer any damage. We knew the trunk door can look better. They did it again but still not look how it should be, they said the inly option is to do the blending but we know that’s not the only option. A better job with the paint can be perform to match better the color. They said that was their last try and said even the manufacturer agreed with blending that we are not in agreement and will never be, it’s not fair to do that to a brand new car and to a paint that was not affected. Unfortunately we needed to take our car home not happy with the result of the paint color. As I mentioned before, the costumer services is A plus, the place is great and the employees are great but unfortunately they gave up on trying to match better the paint. We now are following up with the insurance to see if the job can be done somewhere else because is not fair to have a brand new car looks like that mostly when it was not our fault.
