Very helpful staff that completed a large parts order with ease. Quality brake parts for front and back. All fit perfectly. Pads I purchased did not come with a packet of brake grease but some brake sets might. Store was well stocked for a weekend night but starting to get thin some items. Staff was helpful bringing out heavy parts! Expect to visit again soon!
This morning on march 7th I walked in to get an obd test and the white kid working told me with a terrible attitude that I needed to wait because he’s the only one in the store. There were no customers in the store and it is not my fault your employees are not on time. Got way better at auto zone and after and obd test there literally a stones throw a way I purchased $1000 worth of parts dude to the results of the test. I will never step foot at this location again.
Went there at 7:15pm on a Thursday, all the lights were on, the door says it closes at 9, but the doors are locked and no employee in sight. We waited for about 20 minutes and left. There was several other people waiting around very confused.
Incredibly slow, not helpful, and one of the employees was extremely rude yelling at a customer because he pointed out an issue with the markings on the shelves. "There are plenty of other auto parts stores on this street go shop at them if you don't like it." I agree with what he said, never come to this store.
just an average part store. Shopping at this particular location felt like I was talking to Ben Stein (DRY EYYYEEES, RED EYYYEEES) OR maybe a monotone robot. Either way I felt like I saw someone standing in a Advance AP uniform but nobody was inside the body holding up his clothing. nothing bothers me more than hearing an employee say "So! That's not my job!!!" when asking them for help or when another employee asks for assistance. Just TERRIBLE!!! want a great Advance Auto? Go to the Clinton, MA location. that's were u get friendly knowledgeable staff whom actually help out the customer.
They would not take back a return on the same day I bought gaskets for my 2005 mercury montego and it was the cashier's fault the parts were wrong in Fitchburg. It was really unbelievable
I needed a new car battery today, and Ken was the wonderful employee who installed it. He was courteous, and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Ken's customer service skills are an asset to this store, and I highly recommend visiting him at work if you need any car parts! Thanks again, Ken!
I wish that I got the worker's name. I needed a new battery and the website said they would install it. I called the store and they confirmed that they would (as long as they weren't too busy). Given that they have a core charge on the battery, it just means that by them swapping it, you get the core charge back immediately. I showed up, and everything was quick. They installed it and when it came time to return the old (get the core charge refunded), it was "too soon" in their system. The worker took the order number a d made sure it still happened (I have the refund email).
The attitude that was given to my wife was atrocious. She had to return a set of wiper blades and was given a third degree about it. They don’t fit. It that simple. Return the item as per your policy. She showed you the receipt and was well within the time frame. Lose the attitude and start providing customer assistance.
