For 3 yrs there was water getting into my car, I watched the weather just to see if I had to put a tarp on it??♀️there were many who tried to “ explain” the problem right down to “ buy a new car” Not… I decided to go to Robertsons and I talk to JB… he was honest in saying there was no guarantee they can do it… but I’m here to say after that crazy rain we had I want to give for the second time A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT/THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT ROBERTSON’S AUTO BODY!!!!
Having a wreck is bad enough, but having one 1000 miles from home is worse! A local friend recommended Robertson’s Autobody to us. Not only were they friendly and sympathetic to our situation, they were professional and made our daughter’s Jeep look like knew even though there was significant damage. Since we were so far away, they worked closely with the other guy that caused the wreck insurance company and even made an issue right several months later. Highly recommend using this family owned and operated business.

My Chevy silverado was in an accident, of course that needs repairs. I chose Robertson Collison mostly due to the close location. After emailing my estimate from my insurance company, and dropping off my prized possession, they got right to work breaking the truck down to reveal the true damage ? ?. They handled everything with the change in the estimate and offered to help solve all my car rental needs, which I didn't need at the time. But love that they would've handled all that for me.
After over 6wks, parts were all the wait, which they can not control, so I don't hold the delay against them, I got my truck back. It was fully vacuumed out and cleaner then I dropped it off, even the windows were cleaned. It was like getting into a new truck again. They did a perfect paint match ? and looks like it was never in an accident. I did a lot of call ins to check on status and I'm glad they were patient with me on that. We all want our vehicles and instant gratification on our vehicle repairs, but it was worth the wait, to have my favorite truck back! Thank you Robertsons Autobody
Brought my car here after i was rear-ended. They did great work, were courteous, and easy to work with. While I hope I never need their services again, I would bring my vehicle back here for sure.
I would never go again the worst auto body place I have ever been to they were recommended so I thought i would try them but i would never go there again or recommend them to anyone at all. They had the truck for months to do auto body work from an accident that wasn’t my fault and they didn’t even detail the truck when I got it back it was filthy all mud inside or when I told them about some thing that was wrong with the truck from the accident that the truck wasn’t doing before they told me that they can’t do anything about it which I thought was crazy considering the vehicle did not do what it’s doing now before the accident And they ended up making me pay for my rental out of pocket and made me go and get the money back from the other persons insurance company. When the accident wasn’t even my fault. Just never been to a body shop as terrible as this one.

It was looking like my car was going to be totaled, they were very kind and reassuring, but ultimately it was not totaled!
The work done looks fantastic and my car is running great.
Due to a back-up with my exhaust it did take awhile for the work to be completed (no fault of the shop) and they remained in consistent communication to let me know the status, answered and returned my calls promptly.
Even after I thought the work was done, the check engine came back on, they checked it out immediately, paid for a rental to complete the work and even though after the fact it seemed the light was not on due to the accident but a coincidental incident, they took care of it no charge.
Would highly recommend!!
Robertson's repaired my wife's Jaguar several years ago and did a excellent job. My Tahoe was recently hit on the passenger side doors in Bourne and Robertson's will be my choice for the repairs.
Will never be a customer agin to any of Robinsons GMC. Dropped my car off to be fixed and 28 days later told to pick up the truck with out it being done. This is because they didn’t have the part that was on the original appraisal Wish was 25 days ago. They said they had ordered the part but was going to take two weeks to come in which would be next week. That makes it only ordering the part after two weeks after it being on the original appraisal. I was never told the three times I had asked that they where backed up or would take over a month when asked. I was told next week two time’s then the other three times tomorrow. That would make two weeks and three days of lies. At this point I’m thinking they will be doing a poor Job on my truck on top of it. I understand it takes on average two weeks but this will be five weeks. I understand there some times are supplements but this was on the original appraisal.
Pleas no one for there sanity ever go ther!!!
I had an accident coming home from Virginia right after Thanksgiving. They were the only body shop in the area that said they could look at my car within days, not weeks. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They dealt with the insurance and towing company for me, and fixed it up just like it was before - with the one exception that they cleaned and shined it from stem to stern so I barely recognized it when I picked it up!
I hope to never have another car accident, but if I have one near Wareham, I'll definitely take my car to these good people again.
This is the only place I trust to get my cars back together and painted they have great customer service and the quality of work is outstanding and I live about 30 Mins away so what does that tell you and they make everything so easy and fast and your all set and driving off like you never had an accident A+++
While not a super complicated repair (replacing the rear gate of our Chevy Volt), it was done very nicely as far as I can tell and for 23% less than other quotes we received.
I had problems that got fixed but they are problems that never should have happened. Check paint color before signing off on the repair. I'm ok with it now but most likely won't go there for other body work.
