The people were great and answered all our questions in a professional manner. Most of all this Team was always willing to go the extra mile for us. These guys did great work on our Nissan Versa after a deer strike. Professional all the way through, from towing to body panel replacement and paint work. They even handled most of the hassle of dealing with the insurance company who tried to wrongfully total this low-mileage car due to a mistake one of the insurance assessors made. Would definitely recommend

Unprofessional tows cars, two random houses doesn’t give you receipts and also only except cash to get your car back and they just Park it in somebody’s yard not at a company and the ware police are not aware they only take cash so they don’t have to pay taxes and they only take newer out of state vehicles

My Jeep died in a parking lot in town. I called for a tow. The gentleman was great. He was kind and compassionate as I was very upset. He hooked the car up and brought it home to me. I would highly recommend them.

Hard to get ahold of anyone over the phone what would it cost me $150 turned out to cost me$300 could not get a hold of a person to get my car out took three days to talk to someone

I had scraped a light pole, and had the paint from the pole on the side of my car. I needed some place close to where I worked and that would be able to buff it out while I waited. I called and asked if this was possible, and was told they could do it when I showed up. So later that day I drove to the place, and the mechanic named John had me park my car in their bay. He was very friendly and buffed out the paint scratches right away. This is a very small building (two garage bays with a desk and a bathroom, no real waiting room), so I stood within talking distance, and we struck up a conversation while he was working on my car. He says "Balicki" has two sites, and he [John] is usually at this site by himself. After he was done, I asked if he took credit card, and he said no. I didn't have any cash on hand, but he let me run to the ATM to get some. The price was very reasonable and he did a nice job (I know its not hard to buff something out, but still). He said he does mostly body and frame work at this site. He was a pleasure to work with, got me in right away so I didn't have to wait for the buffing, and did a good job. I would recommend him for body work on a car. This place isn't the place you want to sit at for several hours while your car is being worked on, so make sure u can walk or get a ride!
