I want to recognize Ana, Mike and Blake as tremendous assets to your company. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer service truly stood out and made a significant difference in my overall experience. Ana, and Mike especially went above and beyond to ensure the deal was completed, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager Dave did not reflect the same level of service. The finance portion of the process felt unnecessarily difficult and took away from what should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is meant to be positive granted I had My own financing and he made it extremely difficult. That said thanks to Ana, Mike and Blake, their persistence and professionalism all came together. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication to make it happen at Rob’s GMC.

I brought my 2023 GMC K15 with 33,000 miles in for a ball joint replacement. When I picked it up, the steering wheel was misaligned. I returned to have it corrected, and the mechanic told me it was fixed. However, when I drove it home, the steering wheel was still off-center.
I then took the manager for a test drive, and he acknowledged that it was not fixed. He informed me that their alignment machine is broken and that I could either leave the vehicle for two weeks to a month until it is repaired, without a loaner vehicle, or continue driving it as is. They were unable to provide a clear timeline for when it would be resolved.
Great service provided for my new YukonXL, got the first oil change, tire rotation and DEF taken care of in and hours time. Nice service reps and techs!

Most dealerships seem to always be attempting to squeeze you of every dollar. The atmosphere here is so relaxed. Both service writers are not pushy and they take phenomenal care of your car. It’s very refreshing compared to past experiences. I won’t go to another dealer if I can help it solely off the customer service.
Purchased a vehicle from them a year ago and it’s been nothing but headache. They refused to fix things saying it wasn’t covered by our warranty when it was. Brought it in for the same issue 6 times putting my family children and I in danger of the car stalling out at railroad crossings. Now we have called to get a simple check engine light diagnosed and fixed. This was 4 weeks ago called back today and the manager said he “Has much bigger issues to deal with” I will discourage anyone from ever going here and it has been nothing but a headache.
Robertson’s GMC was a pleasure to visit and have my work done, Jim is very accommodating and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. The work was completed in a timely fashion and in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend having your vehicle serviced by them.
Had a check engine light on my wife’s car. Got an appointment for the car at Robertson’s in less than 2 weeks. Repairs took a week, but all looks good now.
Outstanding service department! In addition to the scheduled service of a fuel filter replacement two open recalls were addressed in under an hour. Very courteous and professional!

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for my long wait. Made an appointment to have my oil changed 1-1/2 weeks in advance. Waited 40 minutes before the truck was pulled in which I felt was unacceptable. Found out they have no dedicated person to do oil changes?? First service with Robertsons. Certainly not impressed. Considering I bought the truck at Robertson's for there great reviews!!! Staff was very friendly. 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation??
Everyone we delt with from sales to service manager and all between were very helpful super personable and guided us from start to finish.We appreciate all that.
I am very happy with my new GMC Yukon. Josh has been very helpful with helping me with the electronics setup (infotainment and dashboard setup). The guides from GMC were not helpful or were incorrect.

Purchased a Certified Preowned Truck from Robinson's three years ago. From day one the transmission had issues when the truck is in park and the key could not be removed. Have taken the vehicle back multiple times and was either told nothing wrong could be found or other "fixes" were done with no improvement. Finally obtained a second opinion, given a probable diagnosis and advised to return to Robinson's. I advised them of the opinion and miraculously the problem I had been seeking help with over three years was found. When I balked at paying for the repair given how many times I had brought the vehicle in for repair and how much $$ I spent on repairs that were not needed I was informed by the Service desk that no warranty applied. The person I spoke with "Jim" a very unpleasant person, aggressively ridiculed the idea that Robinson's would pay for the repair given the amount of time and mileage that had accumulated since purchase. This is the first vehicle I have purchased from Robinson's. I would not purchase a vehicle from them again or use their service department.
Robertson's is THE BEST dealership to work with, specifically salesman, Josh R. This was our second time purchasing from him in the past two years and both times were unlike any other. We tried different dealerships on each occasion because we were looking at all our options for Make/models of different vehicles. Needless to say, we won't do that again! I wanted to run out of each dealership with what I call "big purchase/decision anxiety". When making such a large purchase Robertson's/Josh puts you at ease and are genuine people that do the right thing which is extremely hard to find! They don't make it complicated, they don't push, they don't hover, they don't overwhelm. They got my sale and will continue to because of who they are and their willingness to make the car buying process an enjoyable one!
Very efficient, did not have a long wait.they commincatied on how long I may have to wait and communicate what would need to be done in the future without trying to get me to make another appointment. Very clean. The only down side was I was a new customer and never been there before.i wish someone would of told me where the service department was and that you lined your vehicle up in a specific section
Company i have been working work for 25 years has been working with Robertson. We got 95% of our trucks from them and we are always happy as far as I know. I don't deal with the paperwork when getting a vehicle but I do deal with them when picking one out, they are a great company

We had been looking at vehicles to replace my lease for a few months. No luck finding something we liked that was affordable. Called Blake on a Tuesday. He quickly had a few options that he thought we’d like within our price range. We picked up our new truck on Thursday. Easiest purchase of a vehicle we’ve ever made. Blake was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patient. There was none of the normal back and forth for hours about an affordable price. Andrew was also very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He explained all of the features of the truck and helped set up my phone, the GMC app & onstar. Overall very satisfied with our experience
I recently purchased a pickup truck. Kevin my sales guy was very professional, always answered my phone calls and called me back when he said he would. He made the whole process run smooth and I really didn’t have to do much but give him a couple of personal information. The finance process was the same. I will definitely go back to Robertson for my wife’s next vehicle.
This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I was introduced to Andy Stevenson by a friend and he answered every question I had about a new Sierra. He even let me drive his so I could get a feel for it. After a few more conversations I was sold on it. He introduced me to Kevin in the sales department and again I had the same experience. Kevin answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured at all. I LOVED working with these guys. I love my truck but I think I liked to people I worked with just as much. I also would like to acknowledge the sales manager James and David Molnar in finance that helped me finalize my paperwork. I spent 20 minutes or so talking with each of them and I swear I forgot I was buying a truck. I felt like I was hanging out with my buddies. I love this dealership and I’m so happy I purchased my new vehicle from them. GREAT people. I’m a customer for life!!!
I like that I am able to book my appointment online by seeing what is available that fits my schedule as well! The customer service is THE BEST I’ve experienced! Everyone is helpful and explains the details of what service or repair is necessary, if at all. Simply the best! Josh and the whole staff at Robertsons treats their customers like family! I ordered this truck 12 weeks ago and he kept me updated constantly throughout the process. Fair pricing on the new one, excellent value on my trade and they even accommodated my crazy schedule the day of delivery! I cant recommend these guys enough!
