The staff at this AutoZone store are incredibly helpful. They replaced my GMC truck windshield wipers which was not an easy job. I always enjoy the friendly customer service at this location! You guys rock!!
This store is clean, well organized and well stocked, and Kenny was friendly and helpful when I came in to replace my windshield wipers. He helped me find the right ones for my car and made my visit quick and easy!
The store manager Laura was extremely helpful, she was very kind and made sure I had everything that I needed for my car. Definitely recommend her for help here!! She always goes out of her way to help when other employees turn their heads at you
I am not very familiar with cars or the type of air filter I needed, but Nate Jackson assisted me yesterday with exceptional professionalism. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. His patience and expertise made the experience smooth and stress-free. Out of everyone working Nate/Nathan was the most helpful. Making sure I was greeted when I walked in, looking up parts for me when I had no idea what I was looking for. He has exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. Other customers entered the store who didn’t speak English and he went as far to use Google translate on his phone to help them, making sure they got what they needed. Because of him I had a great experience.
The store itself is alright and some people that work there are very helpful. However, the manager Laura is extremely unprofessional. While shopping in the store you can hear her talking poorly about her employees and giving customers an attitude. I feel bad for anyone that has to work for this woman and feel she should not be in a position of power. Autozone - do better with hiring !

I went into AutoZone to figure out what was wrong with my car and an employee named George Dellas helped me and he was the best employee that I've ever seen working at any AutoZone!!! He was super helpful and went above and beyond in order to figure out what was wrong with my car and get me the right parts I need!

Bought a windshield wiper replacement , could not for the life of me to install it properly. Went back in for assistance, the clerk came out with a box of assorted clips that properly fit to the car. Excellent service.

They sold me the wrong part. I went to install it the next week & noticed. Couldn't find the receipt. They didn't have the right part in stock. They said they couldn't order it for me. They wouldn't credit my card either because no receipt. Why do I give my phone # every time I go there. Thought it was to track my purchases.
I ordered it FROM THEM online while I was in their parking lot.
I forgot. Haven't been there in awhile. Do not go to auto zone unless you have the part # for what you want. Such a waste of time. Now I have to pay shipping too. Great.
Oh yeah, haha. When I went in to do the swap I had the part # for what I needed & he still brought me the wrong part.
Our car died down the road and gave these guys a call. Not only did they come out to jump start us, but they led us back to the shop were they went above and beyond to help us. Good people here and amazing service!
The Wareham store by far is the best I've ever been in, these guys go above and beyond to help you, they are always so pleasant and acknowledge you the minute you walk in the door asking if you need help with anything. Hats off to the Wareham store. You guys are the best.
The service was great the west wareham auto zone did happily ring me out for a right front caliper I had realized once I got home I bought the wrong side so I went back and was promptly exchanged for the left side it's just I am transgender and take great pride in who I am and being misgendered really bums me out so I let it go the opun returning the part for the core charge I was greeted as Sir when I politely tried to correct the associate it wasnt even acknowledged the the girl working there was told he needs a return so it really crushed me I do like the convienice of this store so close to my house but just hope for a lil more pleasant experience sorry but it's just my life thank you
Anytime I've been here the employees have been really helpful, polite and efficient. So glad an auto parts store made it over to West Wareham so now I don't have to go to the slums of East Wareham anymore.
I was looking for help diagnosing my battery and engine light. Immediately after walking in, I was offered help for those 2 things. I was explained what was possibly wrong and why. As simple as that may have been, I'm grateful for the help.
The store is nice, clean, and well organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The store may not have rock bottom prices but I'd recommend it for last minute needs and the knowledge that's brought to the table.
