The worst most rude company I ever seen! If it is your choice don't go there. If you have to go there be careful. They only accept cash. Besides, they are not honest about the payments and the prices up ahead. I would never go there again, especially the problem is the manager who is impossible to talk to, since she is the root of the problem. The people working in the yard are actually nice.

Pulled my tractor out of a ditch. Prompt, reasonable price and good job.

David towed my son's car, he was very thoughtful and helpful. Very professional, did his best like it was his own vehicle, the car was in a situation where the tire cld of made the whole front fender pop off, David towed with lots of care.

He got there quickly and towed my mini van out of the snow covered ditch. Thank you!

Quoted 350 dollars to winch my car 5 feet in my driveway, no tow needed. Get real.

Richard was very helpful. I was stranded on RT 202 and he came quickly. He deserves a raise one heck of a man.

APR Towing rescued me off the Mass Turnpike since AAA couldn’t do it. Instead of just dropping me off at a gas station to contact AAA again to get me home or change the tire, Jeff very kindly put on my spare tire. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance in a scary situation.

I had to get towed and Michael came quickly and was really great and friendly. He looked at what was wrong with my car and helped recommend places that would be able to fix it. Definitely good service.

Just witnessed Zach pull out a car that went head first into a stream over a huge culvert crossing. It was vertical, nose down over the bridge. Very difficult extraction with two sets of low power lines passing overhead right where the car was. Zach was patient, creative, skillful, masterful. Would definitely call on him if I needed help!

Had a great pleasure working with Mike and Zach. They were efficient, calm, calculated and got our big move done with professionalism and ease. Can’t recommend them enough! And they did it with style, it was a long day at work but the men worked well under pressure and you can tell they absolutely enjoy what they do and care for and about all the equipment involved.

APR has been a great partner for myself and our business. Moving everything from small pieces of equipment locally to 14’ wide oversized loads halfway across the country. I highly recommend APR for everything large and small.

Mike came out to tow me off the side of 91, he was there very quickly. Hooked up the truck, did a full check twice to be sure everything was secure and done properly. Then kept checking on the state of the truck while we headed back to make sure it was safely secured. He was friendly and easy to talk to, helped make a stressful situation more bearable. Certainly would call them again if I'm in need of a tow.

Dave in dispatch and the on-site crews are FANTASTIC! By far the best in the business! Dedicated to seeing the job through despite adverse weather conditions and all the odds being against them! Dave truly deserves a pay raise and promotion for dealing with me and my disaster (my waterlogged, 36" 5th wheel camper that floodwaters stuck in the trees and frozen floodwater/mud for months). A+ crew!

Good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone :) If you really need towing services then you're better off looking elsewhere - they'll say they're coming and then take hours to... not show up lol. Trust the 1 star reviews guys.

Otr semi driver, my GPS ran me to the wrong location, was in a very bad traffic spot on the road in front of there shop and yard, wouldn't let me drive in to get turned around to figure out my route, it's so hard to pick up loads with how tight it is up here,had to back up in the street going in a corner, bad situation, just wanted to Thank you for the no help!! Back home everyone helps people out in bad situations like this,..we're all on the road together, just one more stuck up towing company...

Broke down with my horse trailer, they had no problem sending out two guys to me to tow the tuck and a second truck to hook up to the trailer. The guys were very nice and they hooked everything up fast. They backed the trailer in great! Also let me know they would have been able to tow the trailer with the horses so that was great to know incase of an emergency. would recommend.

When my 42 ft class A coach broke down right in the middle of the road I had to get it moved and quickly. I had already made an appointment for routine service at my dealer so luckily we had someplace to get it taken to. Just as others have said in other reviews, roadside assistance for a big RV is a challenge. The size of our motorcoach does not allow just anyone to tow it. Its big and heavy!!!. My insurance companies roadside assistance simply said "well good luck"! But with the big name RV roadside assistance company, they worked until they finally found someone. More than 20 towing companies were called before they found APR Towing. Even though its now late on a Friday night and the dealer is now closed, APR sent a huge truck and driver and they arrived in a little over 1 hour from the initial call. My driver was cheerful, helpful and a true professional. He quickly eased my concerns about how to pickup our rig and he quickly went to work. Within just a few minutes that big rig was safely on the hook and moved to safety. In these difficult times we live in, its such a breath of fresh air to encounter a great group of professional and cheerful team. Many Thanks

The need for towing is always a stressful situation, but needing a tow for you RV motor home when you’re far, far from home goes way beyond stressful! We thought we were confident in our thinking that, as we had a roadside service, our needs would be met promptly with any situation. Don’t kid yourself! We waited for 7 hours and for 5 other services to be called by our roadside service before they finally called APR Towing. APR should be the 1st call on EVERY roadside service call out list because they GET THE JOB DONE AND DONE RIGHT! We want to personally thank Gary, James, Joe and Marcus for their outstanding job in helping us get our RV where it needed to go for diagnostics. Thank you again.

Since you wanted to reply and assume I made multiple accounts is hilarious. The cars you towed werent under me or my friends names they were under one of our boyfriends. Don’t open yourself up to reviews if you’re going to accuse people of faking them. Google clearly states you are open 24 hours. So yes, your hours are completely wrong. You are very unprofessional and my friends could not receive their vehicle for two days after an unexpected and uncalled for towing. AND their car was messed up. Thanks for the reply but I’m still making sure nobody I know goes back to you. And we are NOT leaving fake reviews. We are upset with your professionalism.

Got my car towed unexpectedly by this company, and they don’t answer phones the hours on their website were wrong. The front of my car is completely scratched up the license plate was bent, my steering wheel is not properly working all problems that I did not have before my car was towed by this terrible company. They put my car against a wall where the license plate was being crushed. I have pictures and I will be taking legal action. I would not recommend this terrible towing company to anyone.

The extremely nice people with APR helped my wife and I out of quite the pickle. And when I say nice, I mean they went way above and beyond to assist us & get us back on the road. Thank you so much Gary. Faith in humanity restored.

On July 17, 2020 I had this towing company move my 34' sailboat to a shop so I could finish some re- fitting before she goes in the water next may. The professionals at Apr. Were on the money with the whole service. The driver not only made feel comfortable and. Confident but also gave me an education on the process. I will certainly be calling on them in May for the final move to old saybrook CT ..thanks Apr.

Trailer broke today. Called APR and they were there in like 30 minutes. Fully assessed the situation came to the scene with proper equipment. Loaded us up and off we went. Very friendly, professional and great prices!
