This place is great, always so helpful whenever I go there. I'd like to shout out Todd and Tracy for going above and beyond in getting a difficult and stubborn part off and replaced for me. They never gave up and I'm so grateful ☺️
Emma from the store was very friendly and helpful and when I was looking for a part that I needed and brought one from another store, she even price-matched it for me since it was a lower price. I didn't even KNOW I bought it for a lower price at the other store. Thank you, Emma!
I had one of the best experiences ever at any auto parts store! I was with my friend and a part fell off and this woman in the store (I for the life of me can't remember her name) went out and went under her car and put the piece back of for her.
I went here recently for a cheap battery for a spare car that's manual and I asked for the cheapest battery and the employee kept insisting I should buy the 200$ battery because of the cold and the cheap one won't last I explained I'm aware but the car is a spare and I just want a cheap one and I had to demand the cheap one and was just given attitude I don't know if she was the manager but who ever it was should have some training on customer service skills I've never had to ask so many times for the cheap battery in my life
Wasn't very pleased with a recent experience here. I had ordered a sideview mirror for my Mother's car & was told it'd be in the next day & available for pick up. When she went to pick it up, she was told by a sales associate (who was obviously confused) that it had already been paid for & picked up. I learned this wasn't actually the case, though it had been paid for, nobody had picked it up yet, so my elderly Mother wasted both her time & gas (she lives out of town also) going here for a part that they did not give to her when they should have, because supposedly they couldn't find it at the time. When I called to inquire about this, I was apologized to & told that they had since been able to locate it. This was very upsetting because my Mother had planned on coming to my place once she got her new mirror, so that my fiance could put it on for her...and because of that wasted trip, my Mother didn't have time or patience to go back to O'Reilly's that day, nor could I get it for her, because I'm unable to drive due to health issues. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper & neither was my Mom. Simple mistakes do happen, but this one was truly inconvenient & we were also on a time limit, because she needed her mirror in place in order to pass inspection!
Excellent staff always courteous and they listen to you. The store manager is wonderful he's waiting on me two times and I just can't say anymore if they're awesome Chris is a pretty good too...
Always helpfull and polite.i don't know what that person who gave the bad review was expecting. Royalty treatment or something like they need your business. lol.some people need to get over themselfs.this is the best auto parts store by far they will charge your battery for free and test all things like alternator and so on.i won't go anywhere else .
I went in to buy new headlamp bulbs and lense cleaner for the housing for my 2009 Ford Escape. I chose O'Reilly because they carry the brand name products I like. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. So much so that they offered to replace the bulbs for me. Then they spent 20 minutes working on them because the bulbs were fused into place. They worked at it until it was done. They went way above and beyond customer service! I'll tell anyone who asks to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ware, MA. I WILL be back!

David more the store manager was not very helpful and rude to me on the phone . not recommended to use this store. Called O.Reilly Auto Parts in Palmer Massachusetts and they looked up the Product Irontite Radiator treatment with no part numbers needed . Obviously it’s not O’Reilly’s auto parts store problem just the attitude of the manager . recommended to go to palmer store. Much more helpful and better attitude
I stopped there after work when I had a charging failure alert come up on my dash yesterday. Justin checked my battery then my alternator. Rather than just selling me a new alternator, he took the time to ask some questions and found out I needed to change it out in the parking lot, or I most likely wouldn't make it the 40 miles home to CT. He offered me to use his personal tools out of the trunk of his car, then proceeded to do the job for me in about 15 minutes! Saved me probably an hour or so in the cold and dark! This is extraordinary customer service, and this man deserves a raise or at least a bonus. Well done and thank you again Justin!
Great service. Brendon greeted me with a nice smile and "good morning how can I help you". I stood at the counter while he looked up everything for me. Some information I didn't know and he went to my car and saw what he needed. I was not made to feel inadequate because I didn't know some engine information. It was a welcome experience. And they open at 7:30am! Thanks for the great customer service ?
Very helpful staff, nice discount for military. Friendly folk, even the new employee that wanted to be super helpful even though it was his first day. Made me feel like a special customer.
