I've been going here for tires for years. The prices have increased a lot over the last couple of years, but have still been a good deal considering the tires are usually good brands and in great condition. They used to routinely have you come inspect and choose your tires, but the last couple of times I've been there, they did not offer. I didn't make a point to ask because usually the tires are way more expensive new than what they charge for them as used. I regret not asking this time as it cost me $80/ea per tire (mismatched) and while one sells for around $200 new, the others go for $135, $105, and $68. For one of the tires, I essentially paid new tire prices for one that is used. I will be asking to inspect and choose my own tires next time.
Very nice people, but prices man they are crazy. The price they quoted me for used tires..... went to another shop and got name brand NEW tires for the same price.

Pretty much gave me a brand new tire a run flat at that for 80 for my 2020camaro know one had the tire I needed all over Boston ma so I drove out to them and was mounted and balanced in under ten mins id recommend them anyone
Snapped my lug nut off n stripped it out, said it came in like that when it didn’t. Very terrible customer service and the workers are amateurs and don’t know proper torque specs/procedures on tires. Witch is simple stuff
I’ve been going there for several years driving here all the way from Dartmouth but the customer service has horrible I guess the older woman working the counter had a bad weekend or she is just burned out I felt like I was bothering her. I guess I’ll start going to get my tires near my home the experience wasn’t worth the drive…
Great prices on used tires!
Needed hard to find tires for my Saab, they had 'em & at a great price! Friendly staff, nice clean facility & waiting room too. No 'upselling' for services you don't need.

I've been a repeat customer for many years...but NO MORE!!!
I took my van in to get new tires which I purchased there installed.
When I went to drive away..the Tire Pressure Sensor light was on!
When I went back inside to inform them... they said they noticed a sensor was bad when it was being worked on.. but neglected/forgot to tell me that it needed replacement!
Of course I didn't want to drive away with the job incomplete.. and sensor light flashing!
When I went back to the service counter to talk with them about completing the repair...the woman at the counter COULDN'T BE BOTHERED to talk to me about finishing the repairs!
SHE WAS TOO BUSY BS'ing with another customer.. about their kids school teacher etc!!!
When I asked her to put her conversation on hold...so that my vehicle could be brought inside and the job finished like it should have been the first time...she flew into a rage .. and accused me of being rude for interrupting her BS session!
Their customer service is very bad!!!! they need to rethink how they interact with their customers and train their employees how to interact with people.
Her attitude was terrible...and her coworker at the counter was just as bad... according to them I was in the wrong.. because I wanted them to do the job right the first time... and put their BS conversation on hold and make taking care of their Customers their priority!!!
Save yourself the aggravation of poor customer service...the SAVINGS here are MINIMAL .. and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
Do yourself a favor and just go to Sullivan Tire!
Excellent customer service and saved me lots of money! They are very honest. I was expecting to need all 4 tires replaced, but I was told I only needed my rear tires replaced and that the front ones are still in great condition. I will be a return customer! Also, I was in and out in less than 40 min or so
I always have a pleasant and exceptional experience. I've come to them for almost 10 years. I've never had a issue with any work done by them. It's the best place around to get your tires.
We called to find out if they had a specific tire, 235/65/19, they said they had 2 in stock, I made one of my employees available to pick up the tire from over 1 hour away, 1 hour and 15 minutes in fact, when we got there they said they only had 235/60/19… but over the phone, they said they had the tires that i was looking for.
Be careful when calling and asking about stock availability. My employee even said, ARE YOU SURE you have the 235/65/19? and they said yes, but they didn't, which is a lie. DO NOT TRUST AT ALL
Wow, this place!! We rolled up with a bammer tire (via Turo!) and this team took care of with amazing white glove service. It took all of 90min to triage, change, and document everything that happened during our visit. Amy was A STAR. Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation extremely easy!
Unfortunately I’ve had a lot of flats and blow outs over the past 6-7 years or so and I used to live in Wareham so I’ve been here more times than I would have liked to. I honestly thought I had already left them a five star review a long time ago and I was coming to update it today to say after all this time it’s still five stars!! I’ve been here easily ten times over the past few years and they always are fast, more than decently priced, and have great customer service. I don’t live here anymore but I still go out of my way to come here, even if it risks driving a little longer than I should ? BIG KUDOS TO THE STAFF HERE WHO KNOCK IT OUTTA THE PARK EVERY TIME!!!!
This place was awesome! Had an unexpected flat tire while headed to the Cape. Found this gem of a location and they were super fast, organized & totally affordable! Highly recommend! We were in & out in under an hour.
Their service has gone way downhill I've been a customer for many many years. I've had problems with the same seals and they keep charging me more than Sullivan tire would of, with different excuses all within a year. The employees have changed and the work performance has too. I'm extremely disappointed.
A hidden gem in Wareham very close to Wareham Crossing Rt.28. If you need tires and/or alignment then check this place out. Barely used top brand tires at much reduced prices. Plan on arriving early to avoid wait time as they are first come, first served. They can get very busy! I've been a customer for years, highly recommend.
Place is great. Have come here off & on for many years for many different vehicles & reasons. Quick, and Affordable spare tires or 1/2 sets & full sets of new & Good used. Recommend calling 1st to check they have what you're looking for, (Some common tire sizes are very in demand for winter & they'll hold for you if they have them. If they don't, they'll search & schedule you fairly quick), but most often you can do a walk-in, pick out your tire(s) and get your situation squared away. Large crew of good guys & friendly staff. Solid regular people looking to do their jobs well, and help out a customer. Highly recommend.
I would like to say how wonderful a business this place is! Everyone to the lovely ladies in the office to the gentleman working on my tire and rim. All of you went above and beyond to solve all my problems when everything was just off. I am so pleased with great service. Thank you so much again.
My car was towed there at 230 and my car was done by 3pm. They were all so nice and efficient. Also did not cost that much for 2 matching tires! Very satisfied especially since it's my daughters car so safety was my first priority!!
I emailed to get a price for my SUV the responded fast and they were very reasonable a little under $100 disposal mounted and balanced included... I however went with my go to tire guy A. He's closer to home & I'm A LOYAL 1 ? but I was definitely going to take the 15 Xtra min. drive considering I heard of this place from My GO 2 Guys for ANYTHING to do with vehicles ATVs dirt bike ANYTHING that got a motor....Just saying?
Went in just before 9:30 to get my rear tires replaced, they had me taken care of and on my way by 10am. Ive been coming here for years and they always have had reasonable prices. Also the lady at the desk was very nice.
Great experience. I got a matching set of four factory new tires for my f250. I was in and out in an hour and total cost for the tires and install was 530 bucks. The equivalent going through town fair or the like would have been $1,500.
They have such a wide variety of tires so thankfully my odd end sport tires are lucky to be found here! Reasonably priced tires & service is quick. They also have a big indoor waiting area & a picnic table outside if you’d prefer to wait there. The staff always makes sure I’m well taken care of and I love the attitude here. 10/10 service!
Good tires at a reasonable price but 3.5 hours to do 4 tires then The credit card machine goes down while processing my payment made to pay in cash but they don't have an ATM machine so had to have a employee drive me to an ATM and back then when store closed ....ATM machine goes back online and processes my credit/debit payments again!!! staff was very friendly and understanding and processed the return payment as quickly as possible but kind of a hassle and a lot of time for four tires
The Used Tire Warehouse is where its at to get tires. The staff is friendly and the service is great. Ive been going to them for all my vehicles tires for over 10 years. They have never disappointed me. I recommend them to everyone. They are worth driving from Dennis to Wareham. I highly recommend them for Tires.
