My car was towed by them, and when my husband went to pay, they simply charged more, saying the car was picked up on Friday at 10:30 PM, but I was in Boston at that time. They picked it up on Sunday and are charging for 11 days. They are extremely rude and impolite to customers. My husband was insulted by them, even though they knew it was picked up on Sunday. They mislead customers and are not honest with their towing prices. They charge for days the car wasn't towed and even insult you, calling you crazy. Be wary of this company, as honesty is not a strong point.
The lowell police towed my car after an accident to this place. On Christmas eve. When tand they ended up stealing my moms Christmas gift and multiple other things stay away from this company a bunch of no good thieves
That person with the bald head was very unpleasant. I was a light service driver and this morning I came to speak with the owner of her personal vehicle and the contractor came to me a little aggressively. He claimed he was being nice but he wasn’t. I was speaking nicely to him this whole time and tried to explain to the tow driver will arrive shortly. So he cursed right behind my back.
I dealt with Mark, and couldn't say anything but positive about my experience. I had a blown engine in an 09 Honda Accord, and when I went to my usual mechanic, he basically told me the car was junk. When I went to Kazanjians, Mark gave me a great price ($1500 less than the other guy) and really went above and beyond in helping me out.
My car broke down in Lowell and the police called this company to have it removed. When I went there next day to recover the car, I did notice that some of my power tools that were inside the car were stolen. As they say (very conveniently) that they are not responsible for any valuables inside the car I just want to leave the heads up that in the event you have your car towed by them, whatever is inside the car is at risk and probably will be stolen.
My husband and I have been going to Kazanjian's for over fifteen years. Our friends recommended this shop and still do. They are honest, have fair prices and offer expert auto repair. Mark is an excellent mechanic and Bobbi is very helpful. They have been very accommodating to our requests to save money. We highly recommend them. They can be trusted.
I'm writing because of my dissatisfaction with Ronny over the phone today. I am out of state and I let my friend borrow my car. It was towed last night and we are unable to retrieve the car because I am not there in person. I am so grateful to hear that you don't release vehicles to just anyone. However, when I asked Ronny how I could get in touch with someone about my situation he was very unhelpful. He said I could speak to a manager tomorrow and they might let me fax my license over to prove my ownership. He said it was against your policy to release it to anybody but the owner. I am glad he is following your policy but I am concerned and disheartened by his lack of compassion and knowledge as to help me any further. When I told him I'd like to speak with somebody higher up than a manager, he had no idea how to get a hold of them. When I asked him for an email so I could contact somebody about my situation he had no idea about that either. He also could not explain to me why I couldn't email/txt a picture of my license today instead of waiting until tomorrow. What is the difference between a fax tomorrow and a text today? I'm extremely frustrated and any information would be helpful.
