Advance always there to save the day, my brakes went bad, I need brakes and a rotor. They had it in stock.

Ordered the parts the day before called to make sure they had arrived. They were there. However, when I got there it was somewhat of confusion over payment. I paid for them before I ordered them when I ordered them. I'm not quite sure why there was so much confusion going on, but that's the only downfall

This place is awesome, shouts out to Rosaire who helped me find the right parts, not only he did not worry about getting his hands dirty as he examined the old part, he had an awesome attitude and made sense as he was explaining why some parts would not work. Great guy, great attitude, definitely will go out of my way to buy stuff there!!! I told the mechanic who also said everyone at that store is super helpful!

The staff is usually helpful, and they do tend to have parts in stock, but prices are worse than ordering online from Amazon or Walmart. Some projects might not matter, and they are extremely convenient. Also, some things, like batteries, you might want to get here for the warranty.

Store is a nice clean place. The employees are really nice especially Felipe. Thank you guys for helping me find and having the parts that I need. 👍 💯

In I went there to return a core that I purchased from a different state in October of 2024. Joel was able to fix an issue that it seemed like he really didn't have to to other Auto parts places, but this gentleman not only was smiling, laughing and kind. He was also understanding of my situation. I did ask if you was the manager and I was surprised to find out he was just a regular employee as he said I replied he's not a regular employee. He's amazing

I second Cherylin's review. This location is trash, and they don't want to honor their warranties. I spoke with Ashley about my battery warranty, and not only did her explanation for not honoring it make zero sense, but when I asked for a corporate number to verify her explanation, she refused to give me the number. If you know you aren't lying and have nothing to hide, why not provide the number to corporate? Won't be buying from here again.

Ran in quick to grab an air filter. Nicest guy helped me out. Super professional and helpful. Didn’t get his name, had a super long pony tail.

I hope this place values their employees. Stopped in to get a code check and the employee was polite, prompt and professional as well as knowledgeable. After clearing the code and purchasing a new gas cap I was back on the road. In a day and age when it's hard to find good service this location certainly sets to standard.

Very nice experience I wanted to learn how to put my wiper blades on they put them on for me and show me how to do it and then took them off and walk me through how to put them on again like they say you learn something new everyday

Store has very good parts and supplies. Service at check out is very slow .

I’m disappointed with this store, I bought battery from Les than years and under warranty and after 2 weeks the battery not working good and I go to bank to the store and they say sorry and replace the battery and after view months the battery not working again I go today Friday 03/08/2024 and the guy his name Philipy ask me for the receipt.. and after he took all the information and he saw in computer everything he said no I can’t do anything for you and speak so bad ,, when I ask him . Why’s.. he answered no more I wasn’t here.??!!! I did not sales anything to you..?!!! That’s wasn’t me I can’t help you.??? I told him how come.. you work here you should help me.. He refused .!!? No one buy any battery from this store They charge the old battery and resale it again.. that’s what he said the other guy out side to me when he check my battery.!!👍

The guys working there last night (Tues Jan 16) were great!! They were very helpful, as I have always found with Advanced Auto Parts, but they all went above and beyond for me tonight!! I wish I had gotten their names...I hope their management gets to see this. The store that is closer to me is good, but I have yet to get this level of customer service/ friendliness there. I am so happy that I will definitely drive further just to visit this location. Thanks guys!!!??❤️🤪❤️

Good store, wish I can say the same for management. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes while he was on the computer ignoring me. The I asked him is there someone who can help me. He pointed to another associate who I could have went to in the first place who know had another line. After another 5 minutes. He finally is ready asks me how I'm doing I reply I waited over there ten minutes to be told to come here and wait another 5 minutes . I look at him and mentioned his colleague needs a bit of training and customer service skills. He replied he's our manager and I'm new here and apologized. I said good luck working with this guy.

Had what I went in for. Good selection. Helpful reps. Convenient location. Dirty, but I've never been in an auto parts store that wasn't dirty. Nothing to write home about, but I'd be back for anything else I needed.

Store sign says free battery testing. I had battery issues on a cold winter day and needed to get it tested to see if it was still good or not. The employee told me that he doesn't have time for that. Take your business elsewhere. Only came here because my battery was bought here and still under warranty. The guys at Autozone in Chelmsford were much more helpful.

Tonight, at 20 minutes before closing time I stopped by for 2 heavy duty batteries. I called first and the gentleman checked on multiple items availability, even in other locations, even though he could have just said yea sure it's here and potentially waste my time driving down. The gentleman's name was Manzing I believe on name Tag and he went out of his way to have the batteries waiting for me and help me out. All this within 15 minutes of closing time. I know open is open but many employees do not always think that way but this gentleman was on the ball. The other employees were all great to deal with as well but he was the person that helped me tonight which is why I singled him out specifically. Good workers should be rewarded when they do a job perfectly because in 2022 many workers could care less if a customer is taken care of.

I went in with a blown headlight, and the front desk associate (Mazina sp.) Helped me with warranty info since I had purchased from another state. He was very informative and professional. As a result he saved me $75.

Middlesex Street location is trash. Store hours state opens at 730am. I sat there until 755, when an employee came out of the back entrance and said “it’s gonna be a little bit, we don’t open until 8”. I said “the door states 730, I’ve been here many times at 730” and he replied “not today” and walked across the street to get his Honey Dew donuts. Typical Lowell I’ve used this specific location many times due to convenience, but there’s plenty of other options in the area

My car AC is not working. Yesterday I tried few car repair shops and finally reached Advanced auto to get the refrigerant.. I met two guys in the cash counter. both were very polite… one with beard has more experience… He was very genuinely explaining what can go wrong in car AC, how the mechanics make money and recommended few options.. I really like the way he explained and appreciate his efforts!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is definitely beyond his job!! But he was trying to help and clarifying my questions, myths on big dealers… I strongly recommend this shop☝️ for any auto parts, repair consultations… Before making any big repair expense… come here, do a quick check, you will save a lot !!!

Great service from a very nice and hardworking person named Silas. He went far and beyond to assess the situation with my vehicle. He was punctual, informative and coordinated. I got the right part and he went out his way to help with it.

On August 12th, 2021. At approximately 1:30 p.m. I was at the paint section looking for a certain type of paint for my vehicle. Anyways, a possible employee that was working at time was wearing a white t shirt, black hat on backwards, and cargo shorts, caucasian, looks like they were putting stuff away for the store. They approached me and my fiancé with a unprofessional tone and asked us “are you guys good?” We didn’t feel welcomed, and decided to leave the store at once. I never had this issue before here. If they were your employee please teach them how to provide customer services and on top of that make sure they’re wearing their uniforms and employee tag name.

Came in here today to browse and purchase for paint and was approached by a woman who gave such a rude greeting. I would say we were there for a good 5 minutes and she decided to say “ Are you guys good?!” which made me and my partner very unwelcome, instead of “ hi, how may i help you?” I am not really sure if she worked there or not, she wore a black cap, white t-shirt and knee length cargos and was very unpleasant. Anyways, customer service was not good.

These people are amazing, especially Sarah! Our check engine light came on which I suspected was due to our air filters not being seated correctly. Sarah scanned the car to confirm and once I bought the new filters, she gave me tools to do the install right in their parking lot. We are from Canada and were just passing through Boston on our way home. Glad that we passed close to this Advance Auto in Lowell. Thanks again Sarah!

AVOID !! I have been shopping here for years . Today I encountered a rep named Victor R. Horrible little man. Never in my years going here have I been treated with such disrespect! Go to Bridge street everyone is super nice and helpful. Never got treated less than my worth! I asked for his manager he said he was the manger. I asked for the store manger and he said they don't have one. When I asked for the District Managers number he came back with the VP toll free number. When I requested the District manager number he said " I ain't giving you nothing!

I went there last night, the young man was training another, the store was busy! I had a long list of things and questions. He was not only friendly, but great at his job, he never missed a beat, And never did he forget to smile. Best service award of the year! Joelle ? You need a raise!
