Very helpful. I went in to charge my battery to find out the battery had zero charge. It was still under warranty but the place didn’t have another battery in stock to replace the one I brought in so they hooked me up with an upgrade free of charge. Thanks. My car seems to be working now.

Jose was amazing. He provided excellent service and even installed the headlight, the noticed the battery had corrosion and treated it. Amazing service. Truly an MVP for AutoZone!! Thanks Jose!

Service was okay but every time I go there there could be one person in line or maybe two people in line it always seems to take forever to get help.. I was just there to pick up something I had ordered.. it was sitting right by the register. In all fairness though I have yet to go to an auto parts store in New Hampshire or Massachusetts where the employees don't act like it's a chore to walk over to a screen to check something out for you or check out your products out at the register.. Basically I find them all the same.. this one was no better and no worse.

I thought my wiper was broken and stopped by to check. The young lady assisted me and confirmed it just snapped off. She put it back on for me. No charge. Very polite and kind! 😉☺️

OMG. Nicest mgr ever. His name is Jose. 2 steps in, hi can I help you? Being a woman yes of course I cud use help. Bought 2 led lights and before I finished asking him if he could possibly install them for me he answered yes. Free!!!!! Not 1 but 2 of them. Nicest guy ever, really knows customer service he could train others like Verizon, etc. WOW. I'll never forget how kind and helpful he was. Makes a world of difference. Will always go to AutoZone forever n ever!!!! WOW!

I walked in today to replace a dead car battery, it was very busy but Jose handled our issue and the issues of all the other customers very quickly and professionally. Jose was very friendly and funny, and did a great job replacing the battery out of our car :)

I came here needing a red tail light lense/tape and I had options to get a reflective one or just a regular one. Jose Montero said I could just get the regular one if my light still works. He didn't even go out to my car to check what would work best for my needs. I buy the tape and when I lightly stick it on, just to try it out, it looks dull compared to the other one so it seems like I needed the reflective one. I go back in and tell him how dull it looks and that I needed to exchange it for the reflective one and he says I can't because the package is open, and that he can't re-sell it. I HAD NOT USED THE TAPE. Just because packaging is open doesn't mean I can't return it. It's NOT USED. he started arguing with me over the $5 exchange and this is when I said I needed to speak with the manager and then he said he was the manager and that there's nothing he could do for me because I had an attitude. I HAVE A RECEIPT that's what matters. Terrible customer service. Customer satisfaction should matter more than that. Especially when someone is already dealing with the stress of being rear-ended and just trying to get their car roadworthy while waiting on insurance. A good manager would have shown empathy and made the simple exchange. Have anyone else help you, but not him. HE DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE A MANAGER. Update: I ended up calling the district manager, who apologized and immediately called the store directly, and told Jose to refund me and give me the correct reflective tape for free. So thankfully, it was resolved. HOWEVER, As I was leaving I saw Jose Montero by the door taking pictures of my car. This is very unsettling to me because what does he plan on using that information for? I called the district manager again and he apologized and said he would take care of it. If you shop here, avoid dealing with Jose.

They constantly get car parts wrong. Not only that they barely know how to do their job like simple starter and alternator testing. They refused to even check the alternator. We constantly have to drive all the way to drum hill to get good service because bridge street autozone is just not reliable or motivated to do their jobs correctly. I continue to come here since its close to my house but they continuesly just mess up simple things like giving correct car parts. Has happened 3 times I the last year alone

I had a wonderful experience today at this location. I received excellent service assistance from Shannon. I went in feeling inadequate, being unable to take care of the issue on my own and she assured me that it was no trouble at all and even turned down a tip. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Not even my local shop but I will return there from now on as long as the service continues as is was. Thank you

Excellent experience yesterday!! I needed to return brake pads and rotors and exchange them for another set of both. I was helped immediately when I entered the store. I felt listened to, and understood. They assured me they could do what I was hoping to do. They answered every question. One gentleman seemed to be learning from the other, but his customer service was excellent. He let me know when we needed to wait a minute for the other employee to finish the transaction. They engaged in friendly brief conversation with me when I chatted a bit. They both were the perfect combination of professional and friendly. I ended up saving money and had no hassle getting money back while getting the new pads and rotors I needed. Could not have asked for better service!

I did not get the sales reps name but he was super helpful! Needed wipers for my wife's Infiniti (fronts and back). He made suggestions, gathered what I needed and offered to install them. I said I didn't have the car so he explained the procedure and said if I have any issues, bring the car over so he could install them. Super nice guy!

These people are rude the only nice one was an older gentleman who was nice and polite. The other guy working with him was so rude and he was in the phone trying to fix something wrong with their computer and was even rude to the lady one the phone! And he started yelling at the old man there to attend me when I was in no rush at all.

I have been going to this AutoZone for years. I've gone to AutoZone mostly for the warranties they are for on their parts and brakes. They usually have what I want and have it in stock. I like that so I can just go to the store get what I need get home and start my work. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a good store.

Unhelpful, the cashier didn’t help me with my dead battery key at all. I didn’t know how to open my key fob to even change the battery and he said he didn’t know how to either. Didn’t even try to look at it. But he was more than happy to sell me the battery so I can get out of his way and out the store.

Never really like to write reviews but I had to give a shout out to Jose V. Thank you for the excellent service you provided. Very well spoken and informed. Helped me test my car battery, and get a good starter for my car. Didnt give a huge salesman pitch, he gave geninue facts about what the issue was and helped me understand what actions to take. I'll be sure this is my go to auto parts store.

Got a new battery there today. It was installed by Miguel; took him about 30 minutes because my alarm kept going off. He worked diligently in the 10 degree weather and finally figured it out. Great service.
