Monday 3/2/26. I have to say 495 Mazda has an outstanding team, from Emily on the service advisers team. To the service team that took care of my CX-5, my car came back to me washed, the tire rotated my seat F&R fixed last my oil changed without any issues whatsoever, I’m just so glad I found 495 Mazda. No better dealership out there. Thx Guys at 495 Mazda great work Steve I had my first service with 495 Mazda, I bought my Mazda at 495 Mazda in Feb 2025 and that experience was great. So this was my first service oil change and tire rotation was free. Perfect I was there at 10:00 am and out by 11:30 am. I have had nothing but good experience with the 495 Mazda group I'm very happy I did my home work and found them. Everyone who rides in my car loves it, they love the ride and the quality of workmen ship. I will happily buy another Mazda CX-5 there again and I will tell everyone I know it’s a great group of people there. Steve

I recently leased a new CX 5 and I am so pleased with my experience with this dealership. Sean and Savan were extremley professional and made the entire process simple. My car was ready on time, emaculate and any questions I had regarding certain features, they answered them immediately and with patience. A great place to purchase/lease a car and very welcoming . I was disappointed that I did not meet Whitney. Maybe when I bring the car in for service ,she will be there.

Check in was easy and quick. Check in personal were professional and friendly. Mechanic gave a thorough review. The wait was a little long but comfortable sitting area helped. Pricing was ok. Overall very happy

I’ve been to probably 20 dealerships in the last two months and this is the only one where I haven’t encountered anyone sleazy. I’m happy with my purchase, and everyone I met with was respectful, straightforward, and kind! Highly recommend you ask for AJ.

Best place to purchase and have your vehicles serviced. Always informative and communicates well on the service process! 495 dealerships are solid and will always consider them 1st when buying a new vehicle because the service and customer 1st feeling!

I can’t express what a joy it was to do business with the entire dealership from start to finish. Everyone I came in contact with was engaging and lovely. As an older woman, I’m sure that can be a challenge sometime, but they made this as simple as I could’ve ever hoped for. This is a dealership I would like to do business with and continue to do so and by the way, I did get a car lol

Great experience working with Chris. He was responsive, straightforward, and followed through on what he promised. The process was smooth from start to finish and there were no surprise fees or last-minute changes. He communicated clearly and made everything easy. Been doing business with this dealership for about a year now as I started leasing my first car (2025 Mazda3 Sedan Turbo Premium Plus) in January 2025. For starters, when I first started shopping for a new car before I actually started my lease, Savan has been there every step of the way giving me his own advice and experiences. He is truly great and I would highly recommend doing your car shopping with him when you are at this dealership. The facility is very clean and well kept with amenities such as a lounging area with drinks available. Second, the service department does honest, quality work that has left me excited, impressed, and satisfied every time I have gone there. Not to mention, I've gone there a couple times now and I was super happy when they recognised me! As someone that works in customer service, I know that having a business relationship with a client is very important. You can tell that they value this when you are at this dealership and service dept which is really good. A huge thing that I like about the service dept is that they send you a video when they are doing the repair. When I was there this past November, I had a engine malfunction because of rodents. They sent me a video explaining the problem and the root cause of what actually caused the engine malfunction. For this repair, even though it was not covered by warranty, the service dept was able to lower the price of the repair, which I am super grateful for. I needed an inspection today and went to the service dept (if you have a Mazda of course, I'm not sure if they will do other car brands for service/inspection) and I came out and my car was cleaned up! I was really upset about my car being dirty recently from the snow and salt and when I came out to my car rinsed down I was really excited! Thank you!

Not particularly happy with their service. They did a temporary fix for my headlights but it was definitely temporary - 16 hours about. Also they left me a broken piece of a cover on my middle console and didn’t tell me until I went to pick up car and I asked when I found it. They said it was broken when they found it but didn’t tell me until I specifically asked? Also the middle person between myself and the technician is very nice but I still didn’t understand everything and think it may have been better if I spoke with the actual technician.

I was very pleased with the service at 495 Mazda . Kristen was unbelievable. She managed to get everything done so we could take the car home on the same day. Everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.. 5 star rating for sure!!!

Great team at 495. Came in for an oil change and even with other suggested services was never pushed. Communication was solid every step of the way. Their employee morale / greeters were also spot on.

Love going to 495 Mazda since I got my car. They are really good at explaining what is the work they’d do and always ask before charging anything even if my car needs it. I love the video they sent you explaining what they did by showing the parts that need to be taking care of. Also, a shout out to Emily! She is always ready to listen to everything that’s hurting in my car! Very patient and such a great customer service.

Great service - my car is running well with no issues. The woman who helped me was accommodating and kept me updated throughout the process. The only downside was some uncomfortable, unnecessary comments from one customer in the waiting area while I was on the phone. Otherwise a smooth experience.

Had an excellent experience at 495 Mazda. Kristen was wonderful, knowledgeable, and so helpful. There was no pressure as we made our decision. They had a great inventory and being open on Sunday was nice for us.

The service people at 495 Mazda were fantastic. Big shout out for Natasha, I don’t live in the area and was traveling through when my check engine light came on. I explained to her the situation and she was able to work me in that day I for a diagnosis. By the end of the day, the problems had been identified and they committed to having the parts and repairs completed the next day.

The dealership and all the people there are awesome to deal with! There is definitely a culture of service and caring about customers. Savon was awesome! He made everything extremely easy as we navigated my deal. He even helped me get my bike rack onto my new car! The prices here are always some of the best, and all the people here are always willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.

Very happy with today’s service. Natasha was great to deal with, the work was relatively fast, always like the service video, the waiting area is comfortable and most importantly my 11 year old car did not need anything beyond the standard oil and similar work. Have been coming to 495 Mazda for years and attribute the good condition of my car to its service department.

About a year ago I had pretty much given up on this dealer. I purchased my Mazda here and was pretty upset with the service dept. Many reasons I won't get into. However, I recently walked in to have a chat with them. All new folks in the service center which gave me hope. I met with Natasha today and she was a delight to deal with. Extremely transparent which I really appreciated and due to that, I will be coming back.

The communication of the staff from start to finish was great! Video was very helpful of issue but unfortunately, price to have it done was astronomical in comparison to other auto body places. Honestly would have had it completed at Mazda if the cost was even remotely in the same price range (and I understand the whole factory parts,etc.-but it was a third of the price 2 other places I contacted).

Check engine light came on and I made an apt to bring my car in. The service team were very responsive and kept me informed of the progress both before and after the quote was sent and agreed upon! Shoutout to Alfonzo who always answered my calls, questions and put back a loose piece of plastic I noticed in the passenger seat. Super nice guy who made this experience much easier for me and for that, Im very thankful! Would recommend this place for service!

I only give one because I cannot give zero. Went in for an oil change and ending up needing a new cylinder head (basically new engine). My car is a 2024...... worst service EVER. GM is a completely passive aggressive. Go elsewhere - trust me! Update - in response to the dealer comment - they did not offer 3 months of lease payments - Mazda National did. And they did NOTHING to get that I had to call and advocate for myself and make that happen. The dealership said my car was unsafe even after the repair (I have that in writing) AND all they said is it would cost me a lot of money to get into a new lease. And the icing on the case is the GMs who leaves a terse voice mail (which I also have) - "Your car is ready - come get it" after saying he was going to follow up with customer care try and get me in a vehicle that is safe. Terrible terrible customer service. But of course I will also never know what happened at that oil change soooo.... I found a better dealership that DID work with me to get me in a safe car. Liberty Mazda in Wakefield - top notch professionals.

I stopped going to any dealer for repairs due to a continuous horrible experience with my Toyota. 495 Mazda was the exact opposite and restored my faith in dealerships. From the outset they were very friendly and professional. They got my car in early, covered warrantied repairs without a fuss, didn’t try to sell me on extras, and got my car back early. Even gave me a courtesy car for several days and several other unexpected perks. The whole experience was excellent, including Emily, and if needed I would not hesitate to use them again.

I just bought a new Mazda with this dealership. Thursday I texted with Tim a few times, got quotes with and without trade in, and Friday I went in for the paperwork. Their offer was lower than almost everyone else, even after attempts at negotiations, and the one place with a lower price offered less for my trade in. So in the end, 495 Mazda was still the best deal for me. I’d already signed the paperwork with them before some places even got back to me with a quote! (Or they refused to quote without me making a visit.) When I got there on Friday morning, I met with Dom and Joe. Joe was the one who was with me through the test drive and remaining processes. It was a true pleasure to work with Joe. He showed me everything, including the radio and CarPlay, and the app. The dealership is also nice, with beverages and nice leather chairs. Pleasant place, all told. I’d probably do all my services with them in future if the drive up wasn’t such a pain - they are north of Boston. Still, I’ll definitely consider them when I need major work, if only because the people seem professional and the atmosphere is nice. Plus, they have many waiting customers, so they must be decent!

I worked with David to purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Mazda CX-30 Turbo. The professional and non-pushy approach that he took made me very comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely be recommending more business to the 495 Mazda team. Edit: I also want to shout out Emily on the service team. I experienced some brake issues after purchasing the car and Emily made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner while providing excellent communication. I definitely recommend coming here for any service needs as the whole crew is very professional.
