worst place to buy auto parts. they don't fellow their own policy the fact is when buy parts they say that their parts has warranty for 3 months but if you it take there they don't refund you. by the way rude staff.
I bought a lightbulb for my car here, it burned out after less than 3 months and they refused to refund me or give me a new bulb. The staff was rude and implied first that I destroyed the bulb, then that it was a problem with my car and not the defective bulb they sold me. Don't buy headlight bulbs from here, you'll waste your money.
David was an absolute hero. He went above and beyond to help in a difficult situation. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was caring, patient, and solved the problem at hand. It’s rare to find someone so committed to excellent service—David truly deserves recognition. five stars.
Benjamin really helped out. Stuck around to help fix a problem when he could’ve just walked away and went about his day, definitely should give this man a raise.
Would love to shoutout Angel who gave incredible service today. I have been driving with horrible wipers for the last 5 weeks, impacting my visibility with the snowstorms. Angel was able to correctly identify the issue and provide a quick installation of wipers. She was kind-hearted and such a great worker. Left feeling very satisfied and able to see when the sun shines on my windshield! Thank you!
Ricardo was helpful, patient, knowledgable and professional. I needed a new car battery and my usual mechanic was closed for the weekend. Ricardo was able to guide me through the process.
I have car phobia on every level. I have had a lot of trouble simply moving from NH to MA (NH fault but whatever) FINALLY, today I got everything settled. I need an inspection sticker, I have a bad windshield wiper on driver side. I just Googled, found what I needed and came right here. Angel (I made sure I asked names) found me the best, yet least expensive wiper. She also came out and put it on for me. She is an incredible worker and also a very nice person. Ricardo was also working, he was helping a customer when I came in. No offense to my gender but there were 3 older (myself included) shopping at 8 pm and we were ALL helped and taken care of by great staff. I am very grateful.
Auto Zone on Church, made me comfortable, satisfied, SEEN, and laugh. All in the total 15 mins it took from me Googling in my jammies to get here, get helped, get what I needed, have it installed and sealed with a great hug (I asked for)... Thanks Angel and Ricardo.

This place sucks! They told me on the phone that they would change my lightbulb in my headlight but when I got there no one could! And i said the last time the guy did it fine and the guy picks up a piece of plastic and it’s broken ( from the last idiot from autozone that changed it a few years ago!) Never going near this place again!!!!!! Then another guy says to me don’t shoot the messenger I asked him to bring me the person who said that they would for it for me! JERKS!!!!!! Ha I reached out like they said and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME COWARDS TOO !! BEWARE OF THESE LOSERS!!!
Pretty rude, called at 5:30pm on 6/14/2024. Guy on the phone sounded like he was in a frat party making inappropriate jokes with his friends. I'm all for keeping it casual but I was hoping I could get some answers on the parts I needed. Before I got what I needed he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Won't be coming here, will try O'Reilly's instead.
the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been there a few times (hoping maybe it was a bad day). I was the only customer in the store with about 7 employees... I stood in the line unacknowledged for what seemed like forever. The staff was playing around, on their phones, joking, slapping one another, swearing at each other and couldn't be bothered with me... I FINALLY had enough... had to go up and kindly ask if anyone was able to help me.. with much annoyed looks and discouragement finally I was attended to. Only to be spoken to very rudely and kept making excuses as to why they could not help me..all because they were too lazy to take a wrench to remove my battery. I even offered to remove it myself and it was excuse after excuse. So I left.. completely unsatisfied and annoyed
I needed a new battery. I was stressed out because I didn’t know how to get this done. I came to Autozone because my dad says they are the best. The store clerk was very helpful and I didn’t even know that they would change the battery for you in the parking lot. Such great service! Highly recommend! 💯
I purchased coolant to recharge my AC plus, a filter and oil! Prices r steep but that's everywhere! CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE WAS AMAZING! All the employees were helpful and friendly but Melvin was so awesome! He stepped right in to assist me... He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, personable... He really went above and beyond to make my day better and I truly appreciated that! 5 STARS WELL DESERVED!!!

Went in this morning to get license plate bulbs for my Sorento. Larry was very helpful. Checked and rechecked some information on the computer and got me the right part for my vehicle. Good customer service. Good experience all around. Will definitely go back for additional parts if needed. Thank you, Larry.
I brought in battery to charge. They forgot. After nearly an hour n buying products. Said battery no good. It's 8 months old and sat unused charged . It was dead. They said...no good. Buy one. I took it to another auto zone. Fully charged now
When I called to explain what my battery was doing, Daniel said to come on down and he would take of me. WOW - did he ever! He provided expert customer service and gave us our options. We chose to go with a new battery. He professionally installed in within minutes and we were on our way. I really appreciate what he did for us. I would definitely recommend him.
I went here last minute with a bad battery. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure i got home safe with a secured battery. I really appreciate the great customer service he gave me. There’s people who look at a job for what it is.. then there’s people who actually love what they do. I greatly appreciate the above and beyond service that i was given.
Paul & Brandon were incredibly helpful. They had one jump starter left and it was heavier than I had expected. I had to walk there because my car was dead. Paul gave me a discount on the charger and he had Brandon give me a ride back into town. Who does that anymore?

Not only were they kind and courteous, they provided me with exceptional customer service and even went above and beyond by installing BOTH of my headlight bulbs right before closing to ensure I was driving safely! Will, Danny, and Brandon were absolutely fantastic. It was a few minutes past closing and they were willing to come and jump my car's cables even though we were 10-15 minutes away by car. I cannot more strongly recommend using this service given these guys that are working there. Truly a kind group of people who will go the extra mile for their customers. I had a decent experience. Nothing spectacular about it. I went in, got what I needed, and left in a timely manner, I guess. One of the two employees that were working could have had a better attitude but it was nothing to make a complaint about. So, with that stated, I stand by my 3-Star review.
Great location; been going there for years. The one star is for the treatment I received on my last visit, yesterday, by a guy I’ve never seen before. I get the parts I needed and proceed to pay. I politely approach the guy with the elongated earlobes and indicate that I was ready to pay. It is no exaggeration when I say that the guy acted extremely annoyed and talked to me in a way that belongs in no American business. Worst part, the manager was standing there and did not do anything about the matter. I had to go back for a tool I forgot, and patiently waited in front of the cashier just to be ignored as other were seen. I acted as a civilized person and wished them a good weekend as I left the store. However, I will address the mistreatment on the spot next time it happens.

We had a little bit of an emergency with our trailer carrying our boat where the wheel bearing broke. The associates at this AutoZone were friendly, knowledgeable and physically helped us fix the problem for 3 hours until we were ready to get on the road again. We cannot thank them enough for how quick they were to help us and their professionalism while we were in crisis mode.
The staff here were INCREDIBLE! I came in for windshield wipers and I was shown variety of brands and the associate helped with all of my questions! She also came out to install them for me! Will definitely be coming back =)
