Office staff helped me to sort through and copy many documents. Listened patiently and got the job done

I was grateful for Ben’ immediate response to the smoke screen with fans and help from Dan at opening the windows and explaining the AC options. Kayla took care to advise me about time out of my room —-nice lounge room time. Dan did a careful and thorough job on the burner. I felt comfortable again in due time. Christina

The Artemis in Arlington provides a near perfect location. The neighborhood has many amenities within walking distance…restaurants, convenience store, hair and beauty salons and much more, including public transportation and the commuter bike and running path. On-site amenities include the Gym; the Lounge with its own quiet, relaxation amenities; and The Great Room…a large comfortable living room with fireplace and giant TV screen…providing a relaxing area, workspace, and neighbor meetup place…and coffee available all day! The residents are a wide variety of ages, including a few families with young children. All these folks are a wonderful mix of cultural diversity, educational backgrounds, and interests. I have met people here from across the country and the world. Some are associated with one of several nearby colleges... Arlington is a short drive or bus ride to Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Bentley, and others . The Management and Maintenance Offices are most helpful, when called upon. I call Dan “Mr. Magic Man” as he can take care of almost anything in need of adjustment! Kayla and Ryan are always ready to help when needed or to find the person responsible for what may need the fixing. Nothing and no one is perfect…including me…but in my opinion Artemis comes close and so do I! Sent from my iPad

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and Kayla. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive throughout my move-in process. They showed genuine flexibility and understanding, especially when timing and logistics became complicated, and that made a world of difference for me. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together smoothly. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend working with them.

This is a warm, friendly community with a STELLAR leasing staff and property management team. Kayla, Ryan and Dan truly care about The Artemis.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living here for about a year, going on two, and I absolutely love it. My unit is perfect—everything works just as it should. The amenities are great, and I really appreciate how walkable the area is. It’s close to the bike path, and the bus stop is right nearby, which makes getting around super easy. The staff and management are always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I would like to recognize the good work by the maintenance specialist Dan Russo on 09/30/2025. He came in less then 10 minutes after my maintenance request was confirmed and performed the work professionally: quick and accurate. He also explained the reason for the failure and the fix implemented. Thank you Dan! Well done!

Overall a quiet place in a great location. It's nice to have a gym, even though it's a little small, it's rarely busy. I like the rooftop deck and the nearby bike trail. Dan the maintenance man is awesome. There is supposed to be a brewery being put in right next door which is cool. Cons: the trash chutes are often closed down, the car alarms going off at the dealership next door. Since Arlington doesn't allow overnight street parking, you're stuck having to pay the for the parking garage or "surface parking." Every time I was on the 6th floor, it smelled like weed. They sent out lots of email warnings about this, but nothing was done beyond that. I would see tours given while the hallway reeked and can't imagine that would be selling. I also would have liked more updates on things, like when the new parking lot went in there was no notice about it, who it was for and how much it was, etc.

1. Residents have the privilege of trash shoots but prefer to leave trash bags on the floor. They also have the privilege of recycling shoots but prefer to throw their boxes in the small room or in the overflow and let someone else clean after them. Those getting fined now just rip their names off packages. It is unsanitary and disgusting. 2. The staff if hit or miss. 3. The maintenance guy is nice as can be but isn’t enough for all the needs - and the poor guy who should fix your broken dishwasher is stuck throwing away lazy residents’ trash. 4. The insurance amount is insane. For someone without a single chair if it is ridiculous. 5. No balcony, ceiling fans, and the windows don’t open more than 3 inches so no air circulates nor can you breathe fresh air. 6. The packages are always on the wrong shelf but if you try to organize on your free time the staff gets annoyed. But I have found my packages on the shelf to almost every floor. 7. Electricity and heat is unaffordable. And no one told me I would be living on a freezing garage - making my home always freezing and I can’t afford the utilities. First winter in 6.5 years I have had to use heat. My sewer bill costs as much as water. $100 for 1 month with 1 person isn’t reasonable on top of all of the other costs. 8. No bathroom drawers or vanity with shelves. No Nest temperature monitoring. Blind that don’t block out light or insulate. Every surface chips and scratches easily. Chipped before I moved in as the first in my unit: PROS. My area is super quiet and people are friendly enough. The gym is amazing if I can find it. Cute well-behaved pets. And *some rare neighbors do use the trash shoot. Update - first - the meaaage below to reach out is a joke. The manager wi t talk to me. I can’t get a replacement fob to get packages, use stairs, use the gym that is NOT amazing and the cement floors caused me great injury. The package room is a mess but now I can’t even put the packages scattered everywhere in order after 10 months of keeping it immaculate and orderly. Throwing someone else’s trash away (big issue) and my fob event down the recycling shoot - so I can’t use stairs or any amenities. Total disregard for doctor notes of reasonable accommodations and an increase of $200 a month after a year when I can use zero amenities and the management is a nightmare. Maintenance Dan is amazing but is too busy throwing out trash to have time to maintain.

The Artemis at Arlington Heights looks beautiful from the outside, with sleek, modern buildings and well-styled apartments. Its location--right on the bike path and next to a large park--is a major plus. The community allows larger dogs and offers appealing amenities like a lounge and fitness center. But despite the upscale appearance, the quality and management fall short. The units are finished with basic contractor-grade materials, and the vinyl flooring began peeling within months. The intercom system has failed multiple times--at one point, management's solution was to leave the front door unlocked, raising serious safety concerns. The elevator has also been unreliable. There have been persistent issues with trash, and parking is limited--not just for residents, but especially for visitors. The complex is also quite noisy, given its location directly next to a large car lot. My in-unit washer/dryer didn't work for months. I was given keys to another apartment to do laundry, and the issue was only resolved when someone was about to move into that unit. Throughout, the leasing staff have been inconsistent and inflexible, and there appears to be little to no meaningful tenant screening. While the community advertises weight and breed restrictions for pets, these are not enforced. While I personally love dogs, it's worth noting for residents who expect those rules to be upheld. With all these issues, it's not surprising that many units remain vacant. The Artemis has potential, and I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. So far, the response has mostly been, "we're working on it," while problems continue to pile up. Given the very high rent and fees, I'd expect a much more proactive and flexible approach.

Artemis is new, safe, and clean, but NOT pet-friendly unless you have reptiles or a cat. Residents are warned to only use the "dog park" which is approx 8' square, enclosed by a chain link fence. Otherwise dogs must leave the property. The buildings are conveniently located between Mass Ave and the Minuteman Commuter Bike Trail both of which do allow dogs.

Kayla has been an absolute blessing as our property manager! From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything in our home is taken care of. She’s incredibly responsive, always quick to follow up on any maintenance requests or concerns, and genuinely takes the time to listen and make sure our needs are met. What truly stands out about Kayla is how warm and approachable she is. My kids absolutely adore her! Every time she stops by, she greets them with a big smile and takes the time to say hello. It means so much to me as a parent to know that my children feel safe and cared for in their living environment, and Kayla plays a big part in creating that sense of comfort. She’s professional, kind, and truly dedicated to making this community a better place to live. You can tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. We’re lucky to have her! Thank you, Kayla, for all that you do. You are truly appreciated! -Kiana

I like it here a lot and any issues I have had have mostly been dealt with quickly minus some water meter stuff that's ongoing. The biggest issue I have is that the car dealerships surrounding the immediate area have car alarms blasting constantly all day. If you don't work from home this probably won't bother you. I work from home so it's a big irritation. Construction is around to stay too as the Ryder st bike path is getting a revamp and public works has a site right next door. Last week they demolished a whole metal structure starting at 7:23 am. I didn't get much work done throughout the week. My other annoyance is the person above me, the complex is pet friendly and though I don't have a pet, I like seeing all the dogs. The weight limit is 85 lbs. Whatever dog lives above me sounds like it weighs as much as a horse. It's really loud. Obviously these aren't giant units so the dog does need to run around but when it's done inside it's a pretty big racket. It's like a horse galloping . I know the dog can't help it. The human does not pick up there furniture when moving it either so there are times when suddenly the sound of furniture scrapping across the floor literally startles me to the point of shouting "Jesus Christ!" They have been told about it being bothersome but they don't seem to be able to change the way they pull out a chair? I realize it's what happens sometimes when people live above you.

I have rented at Artemis since January 2025. My apartment and the complex in general are brand new, clean, and quiet. It's not a party building which I appreciate. It's also right by the Minuteman recreation path and a stop on the 77 bus line which takes you to the MBTA subway. I had one small maintenance issue and the staff took care of it right away. I would recommend Artemis to anyone who wants a quiet, well managed apartment.

This is by far the best apartment complex in Arlington, MA. I have been a resident for over nine months, and I have to say they the maintenance team is always helpful and professional whenever an issue suddenly arises. The one bedroom is spacious with modern furnishings including all the necessary appliances that you would expect in a one-bedroom unit. Additionally, I absolutely love how the actual bedroom is separated from the main living area this layout makes the apartment feel more like a small home. I would recommend this apartment for any single person or family who needs a place to reside in Arlington without paying for a house which in this area alone is typically over one million.

I just called to ask about availability for a one bedroom. The person on the line wasn’t very welcoming or helpful. I had to push for more information. They were very unforthcoming with answers. The person acted as I was inconveniencing them. What kind of place is this! I’m still interested in leasing but not so sure at this moment. Is this normal behavior for potential tenants to receive!

Worst management team. Moved in with a broken washer and dryer unit that finally took 2 months to be replaced after repeated emails and no follow-ups unless I reached out to them first. Had to use a washer and dryer unit in another vacant unit for 2 months, THEN the resident moved into that vacant earlier than the move date I was told and no one from the office notified me. I still had the key to their unit and I almost walked into their unit thinking it was still vacant to do laundry, until I heard voices coming from there and finally went to the front desk to speak about this lack of communication. No communication amongst their management staff with each other nor the residents. This continued. I reserved a guest parking pass and was told it was currently booked until 1/7/25, so she reserved the spot for me 1/7/25-1/13/25 and said it will be available then. My guest tried to get the parking pass and told me the property manager was being rude to her and said “having a reservation does not mean it is guaranteed”. Then what’s the point of having that in the first place? Come to find out that they gave it away to another resident who supposedly had a reservation before me. Why was this not communicated that the spot was already taken when I made the reservation? It should not be my job to be the one constantly reaching out asking for the update of something. I did everything I was supposed to do on my end as a resident per resident handbook to 1. reach out initially with any maintenance issues and 2. reserve a guest parking pass as needed. These people never fail to disappoint. Absurd and unprofessional for a business. Be prepared to advocate for yourself so that something is getting done.

I saw the promotion on the website that says " Enjoy Our Special Offer! Now offering reduced rent AND an additional $1,000 off when you apply within 48 hours of your tour. Contact Us → called" and I called the office. The office person told me that no offers at the moment and the market price of a studio is $2700. I asked why they advertise the offer on the website while in reality they do not offer any promotions. She responded nothing to this question. I have an impression that I just bothered the office person calling and asking about apartment availability.

I moved in in April and have been loving it so far. I'm renting one of the studios, which are actually more spacious than they look, especially if you choose the right furniture. It also helps that the windows are huge, the ceilings are high, and the cabinets and doors are light-colored, it all helps with making them feel open. Also, I love having washer/dryer in unit. In terms of the place itself, the buildings are brand new and the amenities are in excellent shape! The resident lounge, the fitness room and the Clubroom are my favorites. I already lived in the neighborhood so I was biased towards it ;) I love it here.
