Horrible and very disorganized. I called to get my address changed. They said they did it but when I got the confirmation it was my old address. I called a second time. The guy was incredibly rude. I asked for a confirmation email of my schedule service being cancelled. He said he will send it over. I never got it, I called again. A lady name page said it was still active I told her I need it cancelled. Hopefully I will get a confirmation this time around.

Everyone is very pleasant,however,my time is worth something. Took 2 plus months to get an appointment for oil change and tire rotation in my 2023 G80 Genesis sedan.Have concierge service,no,could not accommodate me,loaner,no,could not accommodate me. Get there,told them waiting, told 2 hours. Would I like loaner? What,? The young lady who answers phone for service,has a bad attitude.She is hundreds of feet away, in another bldg? What? In short,asked if I wanted my car washed?Would take another 20 minutes, beyond the 2.5 hours I waited. This is not my first experience with this non communicative group.I say that, because ,I experienced it ,twice and it shows no sign of improving. Again,nice people, but,get it together please.Its an oil change!! I may try one more time and if I get the same level of poor performance,I will sell the car, or pay my local mechanic to do this,even if it is all warranty. Don't customers deserve better? Have we not given you enough time to fix it? Please do not burden me, with your problems.Get it done!! Please.

From start to finish my service appt was perfect. Kept me informed of the timing, and my GV70 was dropped off washed, vacuumed and running like a top. Thank you Nick and the Mirak team

Steer away from this service center. First experience was when a moron rear ended my brand new car. For what I was told would be one month - one month and a half of repairs, ended up being 4 months of repairs, with constant delays, unanswered calls, lack of communication and no loaner cars. My second experience was when I serviced my car in January 2024, a year after I bought it. I was told my tired were rotated and aligned. Fast forward to now, my car has terrible MPG, can barely do 16 mpg on a highway. I have been looking at reasons as to why this might be happening. I expressed my concerns to my husband, and he asked "Did you rotate and align your tires?". I replied to him I did. However I go to check the service summary on my Genesis app and lo and behold, tired are nowhere to be mentioned!!! I log in Car-fax, and it says I am due (you guessed it) for tire rotation. Whether this is the cause of the low MPG or not, being lied to about the service your car is receiving is absolutely unacceptable!!! I tried calling them and they transferred me, and ofc as always it goes to the answering machine. And don't ever expect a loaner car from them! You're never going to get it. I have scheduled another service at another center and they can't provide a loaner car either. All they can provide is false promises of a luxury customer service and experience when you're purchasing the vehicle, after that the words are lost in the wind. Pretty crappy service for an over $800 / month car payment.

I can't say enough about Rob Mirak, Jessica S and Jimmy O. They went above and beyond with their level of customer service. Without getting into the specifics, suffice it to say that they did whatever it took to deliver a great customer experience. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with HDA2 with my Gv70 ev. Fernando looked at it and fixed quickly and professionally. Overall very friendly and courteous service at this shop. Very pleased with experience and plan to do all my genesis service here if they provide concierge service which i greatly appreciate.

Disappointed that this service center does not stand behind the “luxury” experience Genesis promises. This is the second time I have requested a loaner for an oil change and gotten a filthy Hyundai. I understand it is a busy service center but with the amount I am paying for this car I expect more. I walked out of the waiting area and heard the manager John say “give her a gas Hyundai” as he was clearly walking around my car and making a judgment. Made it pretty clear to me that they save the nicer loaner cars for certain people which is beyond disappointing and will absolutely make me reconsider who I choose to do business with in the future See the picture for the condition the loaner car was given to me. The 2 other people I know who have a Genesis GV70 have gotten beautiful Genesis Loaner cars — I am just completely disappointed in the experience with the service department which is unfortunate because I had such a great experience with the sales team
