Drove to an appointment 2.5 hours to view Toyota truck priced too good to be true. Extreme under body rust. Look out. Nobody even got out of their chair to greet us.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping for a used car with RealMotors dealership. I bought 2020 Toyota Camry hybrid. I was provided with a carfax report along with detailed description of the car. The sales manager was very attentive and knowledgeable. I can’t thank you enough for an excellent car. I will definitely be back to purchase another car for my daughter in a few months.

We had an excellent experience buying a car for my daughter at Real Motors. We are local, which made it much easier, as there were a few trips back and forth from the dealership. Hovo was the main person we dealt with during the sale. The test drive, negotiating a price (they came down a little), getting it inspected by my local mechanic, and then the paperwork and having Hovo get it inspected and registered, all went pretty seamlessly. He even had the oil changed and topped off the fluids. Finally, he put a bow on top when she came to pick it up. My daughter was very happy!

I've never felt more welcomed in a dealership. But beyond that, they had the exact car I wanted at a great price. When the RMV was giving me hell about my registration, they did everything they could to help fix the situation. I can not recommend them enough, thank you David

This was my first time buying from a dealership. With all the reports I'd already heard about bad experiences people have had with dealerships, my mind was all over the place. At this place Hovhannes was personable and very professional from the very first phone call. I was also coming from far but we made it work. I felt zero pressure and we communicated quite a bit as I was considering other vehicles. This communication felt genuine enough that I actually didn't bother with the haggling. I was just honest with my needs and we agreed on something that worked perfect. Mind you this is a full service dealership. From the filing and paperwork process, insurance, registration. Very flexible but also honest. Backed by what must be a great deal of experience. As for the car... came as promised. Clean inside and out. The test drive was terrific with him courteously explaining and demonstrating the features. It's a 2017 gti and so far... feels pretty brand new. It was ready to go from when I tested it and I can genuinely say that after putting 600mi in just under 2 weeks, I'm yet to change a thing. I do intend to of course do some basic maintenance like changing the oil and stuff but not because I need to. This car has been a dream and I could not have asked for a better person to make it possible. Thank you Mr. Hovhannes for everything! I hope we do business again and that you prosper. My experience was not good. A year ago I bought a car from David . I discovered that it had damages that was not disclosed. I spent a year trying to resolve matter but nothing done till date. I wish David had been more transparent with the sale. Jan 3rd David , Your response was received. It was not just the painted over rust, AND body issues.There were far more issues I encountered and I reported to you immediately . But you claim lemon law did not protect me and I was responsible for the repairs. I even paid you to replace all brakes at your mechanic in Watertown, which you claim you paid $350 for but can't show receipt for. I posted the review hoping someone learns and takes more caution when buying from your dealership. Hoping you will be more transparent with issues I raised with your clients .

Hello everyone, Hovhannes was the person I bought my car. This guy was a pleasure to buy from, all the process was smooth and the car is amazing! I purchased a Toyota Avalon from him, which is exactly how it was presented online! It took me longer than usual to get the documentation from the bank, but once completed - I had the car parked at home in one day. He explained everything I was curious about and did everything I asked him to do. Outstanding customer support! Number one place I will look to buy again!

Without a doubt, the 2 brothers who manage Real Motors gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was none of the large dealership games or negotiations because the price they quoted for the car was their price and even when I offered a bit less (as is always the norm), they stuck with their price which I actually respected since I knew it was a very good deal! The car was as good as advertised and I was coming from a longer distance to look at it which was very reassuring. They took care of a couple of minor issues I pointed out before I purchased it and when I realized there were things I wanted to improve that were not part of the deal, they worked with a wonderful service person who handled the needs for a very reasonable price. I knew that I trusted David after spending 5 minutes with him. Nothing at all like insincere dealership people who never really stop trying to force you into a car. I do not write Google reviews in general but this one I am happy to do. Very happy with the low mileage Lexus they found for me!!
