I have been going to this Meineke location for years. Earl is very honest, front facing and knowledgeable about the inner workings of the shop. Richie (mechanic extraordinaire) has always worked on my Subaru’s with precision and care. I highly recommend this location!

It was easy to book a same-day service online which is always a plus! I chose to stay during the oil change which was completed in around an hour. The staff were very friendly to all of the customers that came through that afternoon.

I recently took my car to the dealership for its 90,000-mile inspection and was shocked by the amount of work they thought it needed—and how much it would cost me. As I went around looking for lower quotes, I stopped in at Meineke in Arlington, where I spoke to Earle. He immediately started figuring out how to save me money. He made the case that one huge brake-related job the dealer had recommended was unnecessary, and that we could resolve a couple of other pricey issues with quick, inexpensive fixes. Meineke ended up doing two big jobs for me, which cost me a bundle, but in the course of things they saved me nearly $3,000. Earle seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with their work. I was!

Great place. I needed an exhaust repair that would have cost much more had my regular mechanic not sent me to this Meineke shop. They were able to do it same day, and much less expensively due to being able to use a different technique. Excellent experience.

Did my first oil change here. The owner is very nice and friendly, with lots of knowledge on the vehicle maintance and equipments. Will come back for sure

I visited this location 8AM on a Saturday morning for a mass air flow sensor and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, he informed me that they would not be able to service my vehicle and help me since they were closing at 2PM that day. The sign on the door and online clearly stated that they were open until 4PM. He told me that was false information and it hadn't been updated. Even if this was correct information, I would still think that 6 to 8 hours (if 4PM was their closing time) would be sufficient time to diagnose and replace a mass air flow sensor. I had done lengthy research the night before and had planned to visit this location since it was near my place of residence. It's disappointing that they could not be of help and turned me away.

Earle was amazing! This was definitely my best experience at a car place. Everything was quick, easy, affordable and done with extra kindness

My fiancee brought her 2005 Toyota Rav 4 in this week. Earl and the team were friendly and patient with us. Earl took a great deal of photos to show us what she needed. The entire team at Meineke did a wonderful job and quality workmanship to ensure her vehicle was safe to drive. We thank you all. Update: We had another visit here at Meineke in Arlington some ten days later. A check engine light was on. Earl was gracious and friendly as before. I just got off the phone with someone that works there. He was completely unprofessional when asking questions he laughed in my face and asked me "what the hell is that" instead of politely saying he didn't know the answer. When asking other questions he continued to laugh with his coworkers in the background making me feel completely uncomfortable to even ask the questions about my car.

Great service even on short notice. Advised what needs to be done on my car in the near future, and what was not properly done previously by others. I have total trust and confidence in the advise offered.

Took care of the oil change with all due care, and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful and did not upsell me on new brakes--I will definitely be back when it's actually time to replace them!!

I had a great experience recently on my first ever visit to the Meineke in Arlington for an oil change. Earl was fantastic, giving me a quote for the work upfront (which was lower than others in the area), and was very personable and friendly. And the work was even done faster than originally planned. Overall a pleasurable experience. I will be going back for my next oil change.

Brought my car here after having it towed to a shop-that-will-not-be-named when my exhaust sheared behind the resonator. They had me sorted at a fair price the same day. Not only did they quote me a fair price by phone for the work, but upon inspection were able to do the repair at an even better price than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This time had the brakes repaired but previously Earl and his team at Meineke have repaired our AC, coolant leaks, and replaced tires. The customer service and work is always good, price is reasonable, and done when they say it will be done.

Needed my AC compressor replaced. Dropped my car off Monday morning and they were able to have my car ready by the end of the day. Easy to work with them and they've got an efficient and knowledgeable team. Would definitely go back for any future repairs or maintenance.

This shop is great. I took my VW GTI here by chance one day - needed a quick oil change. Turns out Earl and some of the mechanics drive VWs and are very familiar with keeping them running for hundreds of thousands of miles. Besides that, Earl is very friendly, the waiting room is clean, and he always does what is needed, without pushing unnecessary service.

I regret bringing my car to Meineke. I brought in my car in for a non-functioning AC. Before even evaluating the car, they advised I probably need my refrigerant evacuated and recharged which would come to $260. They would be able to determine if any leaks and if any other repair is needed. After the evac/recharge was completed they told me "good news, there is no leak", but the AC compressor is nonfunctional which would cost a lot more. I spoke with a trusted mechanic who told me this didn't make any sense; refrigerant should not need to be replaced unless there is a leak as it is a closed system. If the refrigerant was low that signifies a leak that needs repair. If there was no leak, the refrigerant should have been adequate, in which case there'd be no indication for a recharge and I should have been told such and not charged. My reading online confirms this. I'm very upset by my experience here and would recommend searching else where for your car mechanic needs.

Super helpful and fast service! I got my brakes replaced, dropped the car off at 1pm on a Thursday and it was ready by that evening. Earle was great at communicating with me about what was going on. Honest folks, reasonable price, will be going back the next time I need help!

Earle was friendly and helpful, and when it initially seemed they didn’t have a part required for an oil change on my model, he made several phone calls to help me out. He ended up being able to get it done there that same day. I’ve struggled to find a reliable local spot for servicing, and am grateful to know there’s a wonderful option nearby. John and his team did an excellent repair of the exhaust system of my 2011 Toyota RAV4. Replaced the muffler and was able to weld the pipe into the existing catalytic converter, saving me $$$$. Located the muffler and completed the repair in under two hours.

He not only gave me estimates for my next oil change but also outlined the urgency level for each recommended service. The price range he provided was helpful for budget planning. Overall, I appreciate the transparency and professionalism at Meineke. I will definitely be back!

When i drive around today, my Audi exhaust falls down. This shop helps me fix this in one hour and a very reasonable price. I didn't expect i can drive my car home today,Meineke saves me. Wonderful workshop with very efficient work. I really appreciate that!
