Olek and his team at Acton Autowerks brought my car back to life and detailed it so perfectly that it looks better than when it was new. They took the time to show me how to better take care of it. They were able to repair very difficult mechanisms and really knew their stuff. They were amazing! Highly recommend!

As always, a great experience from start to finish! Olek and Susan were friendly, patient with my questions, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to explain what was wrong and how it would be fixed. You can tell they care about their customers and their work. I feel confident driving my car again. Five stars!

Great prices and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Very upfront and honest people, which is hard to find these days. Stellar Service! Stellar People! I own a 2012 VW Touareg, brought it here for an overhaul and I cannot say how amazing my experience was. Susan and Olek are a testament to the meaning of personalized customer service. From the initial telephone call to discuss service to picking up my car, every detail was covered and done so in a professional efficient manner. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new, and I didn't even ask for them to clean it up. I will not bring my car anywhere else. They go the extra mile in every capacity and that is a hard thing to find these days. Customer for life!

Seriously great team of people at Acton Autowerks! Not only welcoming but incredibly honest. Seriously quality work that I can trust my car will come back in tip top shape. I gave Acton Autowerks a call to try and get my 2015 Mustang in for a diagnostic & belt replacement. I was greeted on the phone with Susan and she was beyond helpful. I was booked in Friday and everything was sorted in one day. The price was very reasonable and the service and knowledge from the staff was the best around. I will definitely be back for more work in the future. So glad I found a great shop near me. Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you!!

The customer service, level of care and quality of work here is outstanding. I cannot recommend Acton Autowerks highly enough. By way of background, the Audi dealership had quoted me $21k to replace the transmission on my 2019 A8. I brought my car here for a second opinion and am so grateful that I did. Olek and team explained that the issue was the valve body, not the transmission as a whole and then they set about finding the most cost effective and sensible solution. In the end they replaced the transmission with a used 18k transmission for $8k. I saved $13k. Most of all though, I admired their honesty. When I picked the car up they said they thought the new transmission would need to be broken in and asked me to drive it for a few days to check - when it still didn't feel right, they picked the car up from my house and took another look. It now works perfectly - they even offered to pay for my Uber back to the garage to pick up the car. Finally, they are storing my old transmission at no charge while I try to sell it, just because it would be easier for me. As I say, incredible customer service and attention to detail. My car will exclusively be serviced here from now on.

I had Acton do a PPI plus several specific diagnostics I wanted to know about a car I was looking to purchase and was very well taken care of. From the start of quoting and through the process, Susan made everything clear and was patient with my questions. Kyle(if my memory serves me) the technician was very detailed oriented in his report, open to communicate and knowledgeable. When it came to analyzing the oil filter, I saw he knew how to cut away the oil filter properly vs other horror stories I've seen. From talking with him I could tell he was knowledgeable and gave me great insight into the car. The report he wrote up for me was so well done. This was a huge help as I am not living in the same state as the car. The team was amazing. Kudos to you all for using Tekmetric as well, this made navigating the service and report very easy. I'd give this shop 7/5 if I could; I was IMPRESSED. Thank you all at Acton so much.

Had a great experience at Acton Autowerks. I brought my car in for a complete diagnostic, and Olek was great to work with — super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. He walked me through everything they found and gave straightforward recommendations without any pressure. The whole process was smooth, and the work was done right. This is not a trustworthy shop. I recently purchased a 2014 M5 and I paid Acton Autowerks $175 to diagnose any faults in the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle would be thoroughly diagnosed and scanned, and I requested videos and a write up of any issues. I received a phone call from a mechanic telling me the car was super nice and had no issues. He told me it was a no brainer. I requested videos and a write up, and I was told they would be sent to me. Ten days later, after calling into Acton Autowerks 5 times, I was finally sent a diagnostic report that shows multiple faults in the DME. One of which is auxiliary coolant pump for charge air cooler: missing. Unfortunately, I did already purchase the vehicle based off Acton Autowerk’s recommendation. One week into my ownership, I am doing a $2000 repair on the car that caused the drivetrain to malfunction. This is the same auxiliary coolant pump issue that showed a code on the diagnostic report. When I questioned the owner, Olek, why this was not sent to me originally, he told me his mechanic left for the day and locked his scan tool in his toolbox. This shop has a complete lack of process and it will cost you big time. They identified an issue with my car and failed to bring it to my attention. Don’t make the same mistake as me and trust this shop.

Recently had Acton Autowerks replace the clutch in my Golf R. I was very pleased with the experience. The folks I met were professional and friendly, and their communication was excellent. I will most definitely be back to continue have them servicing my cars.

Exceptional experience, start to finish. We just had my husband's BMW M6 convertible shipped from Maryland and there were a number of issues that had to be addressed to get it roadworthy again. Loved working with Olek and Susan - what a great team! Autowerks is very knowledgable about the cars they service and communication was outstanding - above and beyond. The facility is also immaculate. We plan to use them vs dealers for our other cars going forward. Very highly recommend them.

I am very excited to have found Acton Autowerks. From my first call to picking up my vehicle after the service everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. You can just tell they care about maintaining your vehicle right. I have found the place for my GLE 450e for many years to come.

I am the owner of a 2014 Audi S4 with 78,000 miles on the clock and after many great years, it was time for A LOT of maintenance work. I was also having issues with my O2 sensors and a jumpy RPM at idle. I knew that I was in for a long list of repairs that was going to cost me a few dollars. I even considered replacing the car after being quoted an outlandish amount at the dealer and another specialty repair shop. I love the car and all the new Audi models were just not the right fit as they had too many bells and whistles along with a performance sacrifices. I elected to stick with my S4 and looked for another specialty shop closer to my home. I found Acton Autowerks and was impressed right out of the gates with their knowledge and experience with the Audi line. Kyle was patient with me and worked to align all the repair work to take advantage of having to take certain portions of the motor apart (e.g. supercharger removal to replace PCV and included a thermostat and water pump replacement). All the work was completed ahead of schedule (with numerous updates along the way) and way under budget as compared to the dealership. The motor was reassembled perfectly with no detail being spared. They even provided a complimentary detail of the car which was icing on the cake. Olek runs a great shop and I cannot thank them enough for keeping my S4 running like new! I would highly recommend Acton Autowerks to Audi and other European manufacturer owners, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Acton Autowerks team!!

Had a great experience updating the cooling system of my BMW E46 convertible. While my car doesn't look as exceptional (or as fast) next to the Ferraris and Porsches they service and sell, the car is special to me—and Olek, Kyle, Susan, and the team at AAW understand that. They treat my car with the same respect they afford to a six-figure car in the next bay.

This place has hands-down the best customer service we’ve ever had. We used to go to the BMW dealership, but after finding this shop 5 years ago, we’re never going back. Super knowledgeable, great communication, and they treat us really well. The owner is genuine, easy to talk to, and really cares about your experience. Just honest, top-notch service all around.

I've been servicing my Jag here for a couple of years. I've not used any repair shop with as much skill and absolute professionalism. Olek and his team know their cars and know how to diagnose and service them efficiently. Very transparent on service costs and options, and very competitive. Very clean, accommodating waiting area.. and you can look around at the many $100 - $200k "art pieces" they have on their sales floor. If you want a used high-end car, this is the guy to talk to. If you want to keep it running, this is the place to go.

Just want to take a minute to express my sincerest gratitude to the Kyle and the folks at Acton Autowerks. While speaking with Kyle on my first call to schedule the appointment, it became clear "these guys are experts and know what they're talking about ", I felt totally comfortable bringing my car in to get looked at by them, this after having been to 3 other places. After exchanging ideas about the diagnosis, Kyle went right to work on lining up the job with the parts and resources needed and going out of their way and working with us to make it happen so we could get our car back the following day, as we had hoped for, they delivered. The facility impressive if you like cars like I do, it is extremely professional in all aspects, the environment is pleasant and clean and the abutting showroom is beautiful and comfortable. These guys are pros. I brought the team an old Beetle that supposedly was in good shape to find out that the engine had broken valves and was really struggling. Most air cooled guys in the area were too busy or had an attitude, so we got together and laid out a plan to get the Beetle to be mechanically solid by replacing the engine, transmission, converting it to disc brakes and sorting out the suspension. The guys couldn’t be more patient as I sourced the parts and were very fair as we planned, executed and they priced the work. Really looking forward to doing more work with them and clearly no job is too small or too big for them.

Can’t say enough about these guys, literally knew exactly what I wanted before I finished asking. They did a pretty big job under my hood and under the car also, amazingly quick replies and booking me in as well. I am one me who hates dropping my F-Type off with anyone but Carlos and Olek have my business no doubt.
