Best car buying experience I’ve had. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a GMC.

As always my dealings with Swanson's was a positive one , I have never been dissatisfied with the service done for me . I had an additional situation that came up and that was taken care of immediately . Sales and service , can't go wrong with Swanson Buick GMC !

They are honest and know what they're doing.I had an issue with the infotainment and climate controls not working in the front that I couldn't figure out. The team at Swanson was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly. It ended up being something super simple, but I needed the help to track down the problem, and I'm glad I took it to Swanson. I originally took the car elsewhere, and was told at the other place I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace a bunch of modules. I declined that and brought the car to Swanson instead. I'm glad I did and I will be back.

Was in for replacement of my rear breaks, per usual Ken, Tom, and crew were ready for my appointment. Everyone was extremely kind, came across Matt and Andrew both very friendly. The feeling of being more than just a number really hits home. At this dealership for sales or service you are more than just another customer. I feel bad for those that never made a purchase at Swanson and are missing out on being treated like you belong there.

I went to get maintenance done and they couldn’t add windshield fluid. The notes said it was ok, but the dashboard showed it was empty. I’ll have to buy it. This would be extra, apart from what they already charged me. This is an unpleasant experience. I understand it’s not a big deal, but I trusted that after the service I wouldn’t have any more uncomfortable messages.

Drove 40 miles to this family dealership. We were welcomed by Andrew and shown the vehicle we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and we received a fair price for our trade. He was very helpful in setting up all of the electronics and showing us the features. We felt valued as customers and definitely will return when we need another vehicle.

Andrew gracefully handled the sales process from a hassle free test drive to the final sale. I live a distance from the dealership and was able to handle most of the paperwork remotely.

My relationship with Swanson GMC started in 1989 and I have been treated like family. Wonderful smaller/family owned dealership. They helped me get my dream car (not a GMC, but a trade-in that can be hard to find at a good price) and I went from having a rust bucket to a beautiful new (to me) car in 2 days. The employees that I met were very kind and accommodating, and quick to respond. Also, very transparent and showed me everything I wanted to see without hesitation. The salesman that I worked with, Matthew, was amazing and corresponded with me on his day off to make sure all my stuff got transferred as quickly and smoothly as possible. If I could give them 11 out of 10 I would!

I had an ignition issue with a security lock sign. Every time I brought the car in, Tom took great care to see what he could do to help, but initially, it didn't solve the problem. I had to tow the car to the shop twice. However, Tom prioritized the issue and worked throughout the week to provide the best service he could. Finally, he resolved the issue. Thanks, Tom!

Found this dealership on-line while looking for a specific configuration on a new Denali, they had one in stock. From the time i walked and met Matt the entire purchase experience was on the best I have ever had. I have purchased more than 10 vehicles over the years and this dealership is on of the best. No high pressure, very accommodating and have great follow through. Highly recommend.

Michelle is always friendly on the phone, and Dave in service is always knowledgeable and helpful in making sure your vehicle gets what it needs, without costing an arm and a leg. Been taking my almost 25 year old Impala there for years and have never been disappointed. If you own an older GM and want people who really know what they're doing, this is the place to take it.
