Great bunch of guys there. Found my new car with paint rash from someone’s bumper on my door. They did a quick inspection in the rain for dents, a wipedown and to my relief no damage. Had me in my way in minutes. Will keep them in mind if I ever need more intense body work on any of my cars.

After checking out a few other body shops, I chose Hansen Auto Body to repair my Honda Accord, which had significant rear bumper damage on the left side. I couldn’t be happier with the decision! The work was completed exactly as promised, and I had my car back within two days. Dave was incredibly professional throughout the entire process, and the service exceeded my expectations. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the shop’s sign was more visible from the main street — it’s a bit easy to miss.

I had a recent accident on my 1 year old car! On the advice of a few good friends & business owners I brought my car to Hansen's & I'm so glad I did! The car looks better than brand new...all repairs & paint were done to perfection & Dave went the extra mile by removing an acorn dent on my hood & a few scuff marks on my rear bumper. 2017 Durango R/T aluminum hood developed serious corrosion and needed outright replacement. Dave and his crew got the job done in a week and it looks awesome again. Second time here, they did a great job on my wife's Impreza before.

In my opinion, this is for sure a gem in the neighborhood of Acton-Boxborough. I had also checked a couple of shops in Hudson and Marlborough. They are way more expensive. Furthermore, these stores won't be able to do the job till January. I am very much appreciated Mr. Hansen make the process so simple for me. I drove my car (2015 Acura MDX) very late of the day to his shop. It was getter dark. But, with no complaints, he took a look and gave me a quote and emailed it to me. It sounds unbelievable. To confirm, I drove to his shop the other day and asked him whether he wanted to check it again. He kindly turned me down and told me he did not have to do it again. Well, I then left my car in his shop for a couple days, got everything fixed as we had talked about, paid as much as we agreed, and went home as a happy customer. I felt they were honest and professional, which has been the reason why they have been entrusted to serve the community for so many years.

In short, Hansen is awesome. I was looking for a body shop, hopefully nearby so I called my local mechanic and without hesitation they recommended Hansen. I was pleased to also find out they were recommended by my insurance company. From drop off to pick up was less than one week for damage to the glass and tailgate. They did an awesome job and you cannot tell anything ever happened. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company as well. Will gladly recommend them in the future.

Had major repair done at this shop. Car looks and drives like new! Final price was below the initial quote. When Dave could save on parts he passed the savings to me. Very impressive!

Hansen Auto Body replaced the tailgate panel of my Audi Q7. Dave quoted me a very reasonable price and the work was completed on time. The repair is very well done and looks like new. Hansen fixed my 2016 Honda Odyssey which had the front bumper ripped off. The replacement parts make the car "good as new", they even washed the outside and detailed the inside where drinks had spilled during the accident. They took care of the insurance and had the car fixed in less than a week. Great service!!

When you get few estimates, it fluctuates so much. These guys were very reasonable and did fantastic job. We could not open the hood of our car, but they tried to give us an estimate and did not go over. It was also hard to get parts for this car, but they tried their best to stay within the time promised.

Flawless paint job. I get compliments on my car all the time now. Before it was the world's most boring auto on the road. I came to Hansen with a decal and asked if they could match the color and repaint sections that had damage. He first recommended the lowest cost option that would have stop a rusted rotted spot from getting worse and causing more problems down the road. Then he gave me an estimate for repainting everything I wanted and let me know a different color from what I had would not result in any price increase so I could realize my vision of jazzing up the tired old car. He stuck to the price even though my bumper ended up needing replacement instead of just repair. He also threw in painting the side mirrors for free on a 2nd visit. He also applied the decal for free... which took a considerable amount of time and would have been a nightmare if he had left it for me. Very professional work, high quality auto painting.

I cannot say enough great things about Hansen Auto Body. They provide great work at a fair price. Dave is wonderful to work with--excellent service and a genuinely good guy. We have used him on many occasions--with two teenagers we had many opportunities! If you have have a need, Hansen is a great choice!

Hanson Auto Body in Acton MA is fantastic...never had a more pleasant experience! My Jeep Grand Cherokee needed some significant work to it's back end, and there returned the car, looking like new. And it was on time and on budget. Dave and his brother were awesome, so professional. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needed top notch body work!

These guys are amazing! The hood of my car was a mess so I took my car here to get it fixed; I then proceeded to call everyday to see how things were going. They were so incredibly nice and reassuring! When I picked up my car it looked like it did before my accident. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Of the many people you'd want to see regularly, your mechanic is not one of them. Unfortunately for me, due to a few untimely car issues, I've spent more time than I'd like at mine. Luckily, the great guys over at Hansen Auto Body have made the inconvenience of not having car about as good as it could possibly be. First, their price beat everyone else I could find in the area. Second, they finished the work in a very timely fashion. Third, and this is truly what makes Hansen's special, it felt as if my car was getting fixed by a good friend. Whenever I called the shop, at any hour of the day, the person answering the phone was always upbeat and friendly. They drove me home after I dropped my car off and worked it out with me when I couldn't get to the shop during business hours. I'll be recommending Hansen's to all of my friends. I'd give a six-star review if it were possible.
