Owner is very independent. Stopped in to ask if he worked on older vehicles? I have a classic car that just wanted some general stuff done. Didn't even ask what i needed done. Flat out said no. Shame because his location is convenient for me and has done work on my newer vehicles a/c etc in the past. His employees are more friendly and business oriented then him. I will not be going back.
Went for my jeep grand Cherokee and the mechanic in there was rude walking away while talking to me and was charging $400 for labor to install 2 02 Sensors.
Respectful discussion of what's needed with a dose of good humor. I bring my car there for all work on non warrantied systems. (E.g. consumables/maintenance like brakes and plugs.)
Tell a man he has a 'beautiful truck' (even a 4cyl Mazda) and you've made a friend.

Incredibly rude! If you are a female prepare to be talked down too! They were rude to my wife. Then they were rude to me when I returned. Went to get a simple car inspection. Inspection didn't pass because of some lightbulbs being out. When I asked which bulbs they wouldn't tell me! Then they said it would be $200 to take a look.
I've been here tons of times for all of my cars and have never been treated like this. Go somewhere that has an understanding of basic customer service. Nobody needs to be treated this way.
06/03/24 - Update
I returned for my inspection and was confronted with aggression because of an online review I had left. A person in the garage, possibly the owner, confronted me aggressively about the negative review. He yelled and argued with me for ten minutes, and I had to repeatedly ask him to calm down.
I explained that my review was about how my wife was spoken too and how how I was treated rudely. It had nothing to do with the work being done. Instead of addressing the review constructively, he berated me, told me he didn't need my business, and felt justified in letting me know his thoughts.
This behavior was clearly unprofessional and created an unsafe confrontation. Most places ask how they can improve when they receive negative feedback, acknowledging any mistakes in communication to work with the customer, not against them.
Berating and confronting a customer to get them to change an online review is not appropriate. It's scary and bad business practice.
I have never been yelled at or experienced anything like this. I was told that I am the bad guy and that they have been in business for 30 years. This kind of service is a significant blemish on their long history.
Thankfully he ended up walking away to calm down. The mechanic who completed my inspection (and who I usually interact with) was calm and easygoing, showing professionalism in a tense situation.
This place sucks I highly recommend you don’t go here. I went to get an oil change and before I even got out of the driveway all the oil spilt out of my car. The bosses are super rude. DO NOT GO HERE. They are overpriced I could go to Detroit and the car would still be better DONNOT GO HERE
If your in a pinch and are basically dead in the water and stuck I would go somewhere else my skid plate came off due to a mishap when getting an oil change somewhere else so I call and tell them my situation they say ya no problem we will take care of you here I am thinking there going to help me instead they take advantage of the fact that I couldn't get back to where I got my oil change done for them to make it right long story short they put 3 self tapping screws in to hold it in place and charged me 50 dollars to put 3 screws in and that was just a temporary fix just be careful you think they're helping and being genuine people instead it's highway robbery at it's finest thank God the place I had The oil change done at reimbursed me the money and said anywhere else would have never charged you to put the skid plate back in place with I recommend going there instead which is Valvoline instant oil change in west Bridgewater best market basket Josh the manager over there took me right in and fixed it quickly and efficiently so if anything take the time to go a little further seems like these smaller places are taking advantage of people unfortunately I will never go back there again for anything and won't recommend anyone going there either thank you everyone have a blessed day and I never like to write negative reviews but I had too so someone else doesn't get taken advantage of.
Great. I trust these guys with my car. I never have to worry about getting ripped off here. I've also purchased 2 cars off them in the past and both cars lasted me a good amount of time considering how old it was. Great place to get repairs done and the 2 Brothers are a delight to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more.
They saved me 250 bucks as i went in to get a tire patched up but it was too damaged to safely repair. He reccomended i check to see if the tire would be covered under warranty before i buy a new one and luckily it was. I have gone here a few times before for an oil change and inspections and they are always friendly and professional. Great group of guys.
Went to this place for inspection and got failed because of the window tint. Never been failed bcz of the tint for the past two years for this car. I went to the place they introduced me to have another $300 removal and tint and went back and they told me the tint was still illeagal. I called the tint place again and they said had done many tints before and they never got this issue.
I live in this area and tried to support local business but am so disappointed. Definitely I will never go to this place again!
Went there to get an inspection sticker and the guy came back and told me it failed because of my back 2 tires. On the rmv website it says that the tires need to be 2/32 or less. I measure and had more than 4/32. I went back and asked him to show me with a gauge where he got his reading , and he could not. he was extremely rude and lost all of my family's business ( we take 7 cars there). hope he's happy now. will be filing a compliant with the rmv. If you need an inspection, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I had a nail in my tire I called to see if I needed to make an appointment, the guy who answered the phone was very friendly he said no come on down we will take care of it for you. Within a half hour of call tire plug and fixed. They have done other work for me without any issues.
I have been a customer for a few years and these guys are awesome. Eli and his crew are very good mechanics and always there when I need them. Highly recommended 👍
Extremely rude! Also I'm positive the man is lying about a few things being wrong with my car, I'm sure in hope's I'd be back to their establishment to fix things that are NOT in need of fixing... Not happening!! Never again!!! Highly UNrecommended!! What a disgrace I am completely disgusted!!!
Called ahead to get an inspection, they said first come first serve so I drove up and they did it immediately on me getting there. Nice guy, quick service, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Need to fix a tire with a nail and they told me they couldnt do it and try to sold a tire for 40$ morw than town fair tire. When i said that i didnt wanna the owner give me a bad attitude and charge me 10$. Went to jimmy tires and they fixed the tire. Be awere wirh this guys. Not professional at all

I'm new to the area so I was a bit nervous about bringing my car to a new shop. However, these men are wonderful! They didn't pressure me to have things done that weren't necessary. Speedy service and reasonable prices. I will be back for sure!
Don't be fooled by these people they try to seem innocent but I got my clutch and rack and pinion wheel bearings and after all that work they forget to bolt down the motor mounts and almost had a really bad accident because the Motor was bouncing all over the place ....... If you wonder why your cars always breaking down , now you know
These people were so good to me when I was stuck driving a vehicle that was basically falling apart - could have charged me an arm and a leg but they were so honest and genuinely cared. Made sure it was safe to drive until I could get a new vehicle without ripping me off. They could have so easily done that....but they didn't. A bunch of genuinely kind people
Dont take your car here. Took 1.5 weeks to get in (busy=good sign), however wanted to charge almost $100 for a new gas cap ($12 piece) and engine light reset. When I asked why it was so high and tried to negotiate and understand the high cost, Eli told me I can take the car and do it myself. Not helpful or professional at all. I recommend that if you want a thorough review of your car with professional service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
