I went in to the Fall River Firestone to get a standard oil change and possibly some new tires ahead of a 500 mile trip south. The staff there was inviting and understanding. I expected them to take the whole weekend to with the amount of cars that were in their parking lot. However, they finished my vehicle with an oil change, inspection and new tires in the same day. If I am ever up this way again and need maintenance/repairs that I cannot do myself, I will definitely stop at the Fall River location again.

Had to get new steering rack understood weather delayed things but then after waiting about a week they discovered another issue linked to it. Hearing mistakes happen. Picked up my car they left the lights on praying for my battery. Windows seem weak now and I just had parts replaced for fully functioning windows. Start date of January 23rd. Follow up as of February 17th 2026 no actions taken to resolve matter. Corporate tells me every 2 buisness days someone will reach out. I've been called once. So I will continue to post here everyday with dates. Apparently today the 2 buisness days is a rough estimate.

A++++++++++++ A sincere thank you to Store Manager Jose for his continued customer service excellence! Jose’s urgency and expertise is top notch! My run flat tires for my Benz are a special order. I recently hit a pothole and my husband found the cut above my rim. I called Firestone and received my order same day from their warehouse! Jose leads his great team with pride and passion for his position! Thank you Jose for your dedication to your customers! My husband and I appreciate it! Keep up your awesome work! Made my appointment online. Got me in and out quite quickly for what needed to be done. Front of house worker was very honest and transparent of all things found and needed to be done. Very happy with my service.

I have an appointment for an oil change at 11AM, but it's almost 3 hours late and still not done. The technician keeps asking me what's wrong. I'm just here for an oil change, and it's taken over 3 hours. This is the worst service I've ever had, and I'll never go back again!

i’ve been here twice now and the only complaint i have is the traffic getting into the place. the employees are extremely accommodating and friendly. they didn’t try to upsell me or give me crap about my cabin air filter. both tires were changed in under an hour and i was even given a discount without even asking! my tire was even missing a cap when i came in and they gave me one just like that. thank you guys i will definitely be back !!

I had an excellent experience with Jose's car service! He's professional, reliable, and really knows his stuff. My car was serviced quickly and came back running smoother than ever. Jose takes the time to explain what's needed and never tries to upsell unnecessary work, you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. I highly recommend Jose to anyone looking for honest, high-quality car service at this facility.

Technicians broke my lug nuts off and called me to tell me I needed 20 new ones. They admitted they didn't call me when they were having issues with the first one before they broke them all of because they're short staffed and didn't have anyone available to call... maybe the tech himself should have paused and called before he broke them off? Then they admitted only 6 needed to be replaced... but they actually don't even have them in stock and we need to WALK to auto store nearby to purchase them for the shop ourselves. I was told no management was available to speak with me, hung up on, and they refused to take my number to have management call me back.

🚨🚨They sold me some tires in their store with a 65,000 warranty. After 4,000 miles they were damaged. They didn't want to take responsibility, and the day they put them on, one of their workers was yelling and throwing everything like crazy, saying he didn't want to do the job. From that day on, it was a divine sign that they were all bad, just like the store. Then they told me that I had to call the company that made the tire and they never answered... be very careful with them, they rob you easily.

Came in to the Fall River garage to get a tail light bulb changed. They did a "free inspection", you know... To find more crap to charge me for. Among MANY THINGS they said was wrong, they told me I needed a new cabin filter ( that had been changed the day before) and my back tires were in need of replacing ( had new tires put on 6 months ago). Went to my regular tire place a day later and they told me the tires were fine, didn't need replacing and were wearing equally and didn't need rotation! The total bill for everything that they claimed needed to be done was will over $500. Just having my bulb replaced and wiper blades replaced cost $100! I wouldn't trust anything they say needs repair!

Jeep was brought in with a warranty on a poor service that was done and warranty wasn't honored. Was told job was to time consuming and issues with vehicle weren't addressed. Looking into seeking legal help to take action with a civil suit.

There are very few places I rave about. This one is THE ONE. The Firestone crew provided primo service. The manager, Jose Leon, and the crew were hospitable, informed me of the services my vehicle required for my upcoming cross-country trip, provided excellent services, and I got a great value for the cost. Highly recommended location and thank the staff for the positive experience!

My Tire was blown and I was a good 40 min from my destination on an extremely hot day I desperately made my way to this location after a quick google search and staff was very welcoming they gave my kids water and made sure we were comfortable the Manager Jose even put cartoons on for them while we waited! job was done quickly and I was on my way very grateful for their kindness that day

I called about fixing a headlight they said anywhere between $15-30 I came in and I asked what the price was going to be before I wanted them to do anything, about 25 minutes later the dude comes out saying it’s going to be $75 because I have a signal out also. I said I’d have to come back at a later day they said they have to “put my car back together” and then I can get my key back and leave. I never heard of taking a car apart to give me a final price on something but okay. So I left went home to find out my signals are all working just fine. They literally tried to scam me out of money for something that isn’t even broken. Smh

Jade has always been super helpful when I ask any questions about my car! She takes the time to explain things to me and is extremely knowledgeable in what she does! Scheduling is never an issue here either! This place is by far the best and Jade is exceptional and your go to person!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone, and I want to give a big shoutout to the lady at the front desk ( jade) —she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. She was knowledgeable, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything about the service being done on my vehicle. Even when things got busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and organized, making sure every customer was taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she helps. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, expertise, and kindness so effortlessly. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Firestone is lucky to have her—she’s a real asset to the team!

Jade is the absolute best! Anytime I have any concerns or issues with my vehicle. She is so responsive and gets me in and taken care of right away. There’s not enough good that I could say about her and the quality of her work. She knows what she’s doing, and she takes pride in it as well.

Subject: Complaint About Unfair Service and Rude Staff at Firestone Dear Firestone Management, I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the poor service I experienced at your location today. I arrived at your shop two hours before anyone else in the afternoon, expecting to be seen in the order of arrival. However, I was shocked to see that several other customers who came after me were taken in before my vehicle. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of fairness in how your shop operates. To make matters worse, one of your staff members — a man with a beard — was extremely rude and dismissive when I politely inquired about the delay. Rather than explaining the situation or offering help, his attitude made the experience even more frustrating and disrespectful. I came to Firestone trusting in your reputation for professionalism and customer care, but this experience has left me very disappointed. I ask that you please look into how customers are being prioritized at this location and address the behavior of your staff. I would appreciate a response explaining what actions will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. Sincerely,

First off - Jade is the MVP 🏆 I’ve been going here for the past year and a half and the staff is amazing. They recently did a tune-up for me that my own car factory dealer refused to do because a spark plug was stuck in a valve. I told Jade about it and she gave me the solution, which the factory dealer never bothered to mention. Very reliable group who gets the job done. Highly recommended 🫡

FALL River Massachusetts Firestone They have provided best service, incredible repairs. If you're lucky enough to get in there and have them work on your vehicle. I'm sure you'll be happy. I drive approximately 300 miles every two days. They have done very right by me.

Went for a wheel alignment and the text and crew were able to identify issues with my internal tire rods. They’re able to get me in the next day with parts ordered and service my truck. Also provided a military discount and Casey and Jose provided excellent customer service to what needed to be done.

I went there because I hit some thing or a tire blew just 1 not 2 and I needed to repair a flat tire after needing to go to work and scared no garages were open. I was given one choice for tires which was $900 for two had to replace it had no tire valves on the tires they gave me and then had to go back Because immediately on the other side, it was flat like they just rotated them and didn’t put the second one on and then after having to check that whole area in the first place, I am told now on the other side of the car I have a dent in the rim, which was not the issue I had on the first side, which was the original side of the issue. So I know I can’t get my money back, but if you don’t have a cheaper car, do not go here just wait for your car dealership to be open or a trusted garage pep boys , town fair tire for the win for tires though this place is a rip off and unprofessional in the garage . Also try telling me To just drive on my car to reset my sensors When I have to have tire sensors installed in my tires or switched from my old tires so ya got played won’t be back

Got my oil changed here 4 days ago. While driving last night my engine started smoking. I look down and see my oil light pop on and moments later I hear a hissing as my thermostat jumps up to max. I pull off the interstate to find I have no oil in my car. This caused so much heat that my radiator blew. This morning it was towed to firestone and they tell me the oil is fine. Though I have video and photo proof that there was none. Then I get told my radiator hose blew out. Though it is obvious it was cut with a knife. Never will go back again and I will be suing for damages.
