Towed my car and did it incorrectly. Continued to tell me on the phone after 1,000$ of damage that because I was homeless in the past I’m a liar and he won’t repair it or help with damages. Worst service I’ve ever had basically and slum lord of cars.
This is a great place to have your vehicle painted,body work,or restore a classic as well as buy an affordable used vehicle and many other devices they offer and reasonable fair pricing as well
Had to bring my BMW in for a repair to the rear after an accident for which they are a certified repair shop. They kept the car for about a week after repairs were anticipated to take two, so great job for getting it done so fast! Also saved me over 1k vs the expected repair cost. Afterward, a couple things still weren't quite right and they took the car again one morning free of charge and make it right in about an hour unscheduled. Would use them again for sure!
Truly a place you don’t want your car towed to. Owner hyped up a car to be sold that would’ve been out for “7-8K” and sold it for 2.5K and supposedly “discounted” some fees off from the towing. Car has been a complete lemon. Gas gauge meter isn’t readable and the car can’t even switch between comfort or sports mode. Car is already facing engine issues 3 months after purchase.
Being there as a woman was truly terrible. The staff are terrible and look inconvenienced anytime you question or push back. Don’t even get me started on trying to have them to communicate all the repairs they’re attempting as it comes across as their own mechanics being confused. An extra $100 occurred at the signing from one of the rude mechanic guys over his “miscommunication” on price.
Owner over promises and is terrible with communication and will pull you back and forth all over the place and promise all these deals. Look somewhere else if in the market after your car is totaled here because they 100% can’t fix it
Brought my 2016 F250 Superduty to Saber Auto body Monday just picked up Friday the 12th Dave and his team did an amazing job and so professional and friendly I highly recommend!! Thank you for everything you've done you guys are Awesome 👌 Rob Canucci!!!

So this is my 2008 Toyota Camry. It's nothing fancy but I love this car a lot and it means a lot to me. It used to be the car my grandparents drove me around in when I was little. I won't ramble too much about it's backstory but long story short my grandmother has since passed and my grandfather gifted it to me when I got my license. So in April I was in a really bad accident. I got nailed pretty bad in the passenger side. It was bad enough that the engine shut off and my hazard lights turned on automatically. Anyways, the insurance company totaled it and I was devastated but not really surprised because its a 2008. I've gotten work done by Dave & his employees in the past because of a minor fender bender and my parents have gotten all of their cars from him in the past so I felt that he was the best person to bring it to. Fast forward a couple days when he got back from vacation he DID advise that I don't bother with it because of where it got hit and the amount of money in damages it was. I explained my situation and the sentimental value of the car to him and persisted that I was more than willing to pay out of pocket whatever the difference was between what the job was worth and what the insurance gave me. He agreed to fix it and even still he insisted I would not pay more than what the insurance company gave me and after a couple of weeks I went to pick it up and my total was 700$ less than what the insurance company gave me and over 1000$ less than what the appraiser said the damages were! I still had a couple of minor issues with the interior afterwards and he fixed all of those too without charging me another dime. Overall, Dave took care of my wallet and my car and I couldn't be more grateful for his willingness to help me out in a tough spot, and the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I hope I don't have to go to his shop anytime soon again lol but god forbid anything happens to my car again I 100% know where I'm taking it. Everyone that works there is very nice and show genuine compassion for their customers. If anyone reading this just smashed up their car and want it back new without having to sell a kidney, this is definitely the place to go. Once again thank you Dave for helping me out I REALLY didn't want to lose this car.
I've had this shop work on a couple of my cars. Amazing work. Anywhere from bodywork, paint match, and rim repairs! This shop has yet to disappoint me.
This place is one of the Best places I have ever brought my car to. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time. They got me my car back eight days before my insurance said it would be back and they were more than fair. Great staff great experience altogether.
Dave helped me out after someone dinged my car and ran, even met me at the shop when they were closed so I could pick it up! Awesome shop wish I could give 10 stars some of the best customer service I’ve ever had very rare to see this at an auto body shop!
Dave's Auto Body never disappoints! His shop does class A work, and Dave stands by his work, and his word. I've purchased autos from him, and I've also had body work done on autos. I've never had an issue with either. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I'm purchasing another auto from him any day now.
Dave is amazing! Had a hit n run on my car and he had the tow truck come within 10 minutes to have it towed, and this shop fixed everything, it looks even better than it did prior to the accident. He was quick and very efficient with this job and kept in contact me the entire process and was super polite. 10-10 would recommend anyone to this body shop for work that needs to be done this shop is great! THANKS DAVE and everyone at saber auto body I couldn’t be more happy!

Dave is the man! Made the repair process extremely simple on my end, they dealt with the insurance company, all i had to do was drop it off and pick it up, it was also done pretty quickly too. My Tacoma looks better then it did when i bought it! I will only be using this body shop for any future work and will recommend them to anyone i know who needs their car repaired. A+
The staff and the service was fantastic...I got my car back not only fixed, but they cleaned it as well . Easy to deal with super friendly and just all around great experience.

Debbie is single-handedly taking down this company. The most unprofessional business in the city of Fall River. They damaged my vehicle while they towed my vehicle. They tried to withhold the video evidence and Debbie was lying about the situation. "Also beware Debbie told me she can charge me whatever price they want to for their tow and can say they use whatever special equipment she feels like putting down on paperwork"...Thank God a police officer demanded to view the whole video, n got me the info to the owner!.. this is where things get interesting. The owner Dave had no issue repairing the damages, The issue I have with him is he was yelling at me for responding in the same tone that Debbie was giving me. he told me please do not tell Debbie I'm fixing your car for free she will be upset if you're the owner how are you scared of your receptionist. He's told me he's had numerous complaints of her customer service, he's very well aware of her having a mouth like a trucker and a sealer..
Absolutely fantastic! Work was done fast and every single person I dealt with incredibly kind, polite, and courteous. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back if I ever need work done again!
I had a minor accident that required the replacement of the driver's side rear door. I had no idea where I should get this repaired, and I chose Saber's because it was the closest location on my car-insurance company's list of pre-approved auto-body shops. I had the car towed there, and two and a half weeks later my car looked as good as new! Dave even buffed out a bumper scratch that had nothing to do with the accident. I'm very pleased, and would recommend Saber's to anyone needing auto-body repairs. I hope I don't need Saber's services again, but if I did they would be my first choice.
The owner did very great work on my car and very patience while I was in hospital due my cancer surgery on my head I couldn't get my car he have to wait two months he did not charge me extra for it and I thank him for for it god be with him 🙏🙏🙏 and his shop thank you Saber Auto body repair shop
This place is absolute garbage, everyone working there is completely clueless on what’s going on and can never find any vehicles, that they have. Had multiple issues where the insurance agency told them to leave it and then they proceeded to do work on it. Always some kind of miscommunication and they have god awful attitudes no matter what time you show up. I don’t recommend going here at all, especially if you are going through an insurance company. Better off scrapping your car.
After seeing the awesome reviews online of this place I was excited to see my car but it was even worse then with stuff that was not put on he said “ by the way your bumper looked I figured you didn’t care “ said he was trying to save me money but I was not the one paying for it the insurance was and I didn’t expect a dime of it back and I told him that then he offered to fix the things I didn’t like fine okay minus the fact that a girl from the office comes out and go’s to throw away a bag of trash and it misses the dumpster and landed all over my car but hey I guess that’s where it belongs in their opinion because it’s a 2012 and I own and don’t lease my car but moving on they don’t have the alloy wheels and insisted it’s actually impossible so offer to fix my bumper to match the car “ make it respectable “ well considering my feelings didn’t feel respected to begin with i suppose this is pretty accurate of a fix lol you can still see the circle of bondo from when I was going to paint it Myself like wow okay even I would have known to sand it down and make it flush I’m never coming back here again I don’t want money I definitely don’t want you to try and fix it AGAIN I’m just done next time I’ll go to Carl’s like I should have
Anchor Subaru told us we'd have to wait one month just to bring our car in. Saber offered to work on the car right away. They had it done in less than two weeks despite some of the parts being on back order. This is a great shop. I will definitely be going back here if I ever get in an accident again.
Dave and his crew are THE BEST!!!!!! great people and they do awesome work. I will never go anywhere else again. I picked my truck up yesterday and he's only had it a week. They very quick, fair, talented and honest. Seriously this is a breed that is pretty much no longer around. I give them 50 stars!!!!!!
Debbie / Deborah who works at the desk is the downfall of this company. So rude, miserable, and unfit for a customer service job. My first time coming in I had to wait while she ate her breakfast at her desk and then finished eating and helped me. My 2nd time she made me wait while she had a 9 minute personal conversation with a coworker. (yes 9 minutes they have that giant clock right there which makes it easy to figure out how long you are standing there) in what world should a customer have to wait while a customer service rep eats her breakfast or has a personal conversation ??? Dave is great and was running around working really hard. It's a real shame. Perfect example of why you shouldn't hire family to work for you.
Dave was absolutely awesome. He took very good care of me. After a few returns back my car looked like it was brand new. He even fixed something that I didn't initially go there for and gave me a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.
Have known David for years. Used his very capable shop forever. He'll do the job for the best price he can and still make a few bucks to pay his employees. I'd never go anywhere else. And I send everyone in need of his services to his very reliable shop. Cannot go wrong. Thanks David!
