I needed a battery for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was on line looking to see what batteries are available. I like to know what I want before I go in to the store. There was a $50.00 discount for ordering on line and having it delivered to my house but no discount for picking it up at the store. No brainer. The battery was delivered by UPS last night and when I went to install it, it was about 2 inches longer that the old one. Won't fit. My fault for not reading the details. I called the store, explained my predicament and the guy I talked with said no problem exchanging for correct one. I went to store with the old one and the new incorrect one. The very nice young woman that waited on me just happened to be the manager. She exchanged and then was going to charge me the in store price not the online price. After a very nice short conversation she honored the even exchange and did not charge me the in store price! She did not have to do that. This is one of the reasons I always go to O'Reilly's first. Thank you. Good prices. Great place and always very pleasant and knowledgeable people working there. Waaaaaay better than the auto parts store down the street.
Garrett was extremely helpful. I had to replace a battery in my 2007 Hyundai Accent. He was friendly fast and efficient. Great service. I would highly recommend.
Be careful about which attendant you speak with regarding what to purchase for oil changes. Double check. Otherwise decent prices, good service. Not everyone there knows everything you might need to know when it comes to buying the proper oil for your vehicle in my experience.
Today I went to O'Reilly's on Rhode Island to get a headlight for my vehicle and the employee Dave actually helped me a lot today he didn't only put the headlight in my vehicle but he took the time to put a motor in for my power windows. Very nice man. Thank you Dave I give you 10 Stars
I am not a car fanatic. I needed some stuff, went in and talked to Cristy who hooked me up with what I needed. Good, real people work here. Did not seem to cost an arm and a leg. I felt comfortable asking questions and comfortable that I got good answers! The store is well kept/clean and seemed well stocked. All in all one of the best car store experiences for me.
Great place to get Whatever you may need for your automobile/automotive problems, issues or if you just wanna spruce up your vehicle with some accessories. Plus, with the item I was purchasing, they were willing to install it for free! Awesome spot & I look forward to going back for whatever I may need in the future.
The lady working in there needs to slow down and listen to customers instead of trying to rush them out the door . She ended up charging me for diesel motor oil when that is not what I needed . She didn’t even ask me any questions just rushed charged me then I had to say to her “this is for Diesel” and she had to refund me giving me a attitude for her mistake . If I had put that in my engine it would have seized my motor….. you can’t afford to have people who are not intelligent with vehicles working in a auto store she could cause serious damage to someone’s car or Business equipment….
Mr. Shawn, who is a manager at this location in Fall River was fantastic. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable about all products and services. He took his time explaining everything to us. He was very patient. The store was clean and organized. Alex was very nice also. The workers in general here do a great job and should be recognized by the company.they are always so good and attentive to the customers.
The staff was unhelpful and rude. I went there 4 times and got the wrong part every time. While I was getting the right part at auto zone, the assistant manager confronted my mechanic about me returning the part used, the way I purchased it. I went to explain that after I found out about the situation and the assistant manager reacted with a dismissive attitude. I will never go back.
Michael was so helpful!! He helped me find the right lights for my car, and he even wrote the light locations on the packages! I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
the most helpful and attentive staff, not like AutoZone where u stand at the counter forever while the employees bs in the back. I will only use Oriely's from now on they really try to help their customers!

The guys are always helpful but you need to have patience lately they been busy...I like they service hope anybody else can have a good experience at this place

I'm not too car savvy. I went in for help with something minor (windshield fluid) and I was helped with no problem. The guy was really nice, patient and did the windshield fluid for me. They're all really cool guys.
Disappointed in store walked in and waited a good 5 minutes before anyone even came out to the counter. And the girl behind the counter couldn't have been anymore rude. I'm sorry I interrupted whatever it is you was doing by walking in. I won't make that mistake again.
Great knowledgeable staff at this one anyway. Can always help you get what you need or give advice. The manager Paul is absolutely great and the guys who work later in the night are awesome. They carry far more than any other part stores and will price match when needed and have amazing customer service values! This is the local part store to go to!

Get that store card - it will make your life much easier! If you work with them, they can work with you, but if you don't have a card, they don't have any record to help you in the absence of a receipt (which I'm sorry to say I don't always have the best record of hanging on to...). You should still keep your receipts but I'm just saying...
Nice store. Helpful staff. Good price. The Sylvania brake light bulbs I got work well. They have a Haynes Repair Manual for my 1990 F250, which is great. 4 out of 5 stars.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE WOULD GIVE A 0 IF I COULD.... ordered a part from the fall river store they said it can be delivered to new bedford since they were out of stock, once it arrived it ended up being the wrong part and them saying "Sorry we can only do one delivery a day your going to have to pick it up now" ... now after picking it up they couldn't even give me a measly 10% discount for the trouble and wasting half my sunday on their mistake. Thanks for nothing you just lost a customer and many referrals.
Amazing employees!! Im sorry I didn't catch her name. She was so helpful and I had my 7 year old son with me who she offered somd candy too while she tested my starter for my vehicle. She tested everything I needed. . being a single mom without a vehicle at Christmas was so difficult. She literally made my Christmas !!! Thank you and you definitely have made a new customer.
