Just went to Autozone and got a new battery for my white Infiniti QX60 and the process was excellent from walking into the door, to the girl who swapped out my battery. Even though there was rust on the bar that goes over the battery to hold the battery in place, she never gave up. She has the most patience ever. The bar came loose and the new battery went in. Thank you so much for helping me out today. God Bless you and your a true asset to the Autozone family.

They have a young lady there who is absolutely fantastic!! She changed my battery that was very difficult and was so pleasant doing it. In my opinion you need to take care of employees like that because she is probably one of many employees who take care of you auto zone!!!!! You are so very lucky to have people like her representing You !!!!!

I go in there and ask if they can run a diagnostic and I was told to wait a moment as the gentleman was using the machine. I waited for about a few moments and I saw the gentleman come in and take care of the customer he was attending to. After staying there for another two minutes, continued, proceeded to take more customer customers that came in after me. So I stood there like a complete idiot and they disregarded me. Go next-door service is much better do not go here very poor service.

Customer service was great, but they sold me a belt that went bad in 3 months. Went back there, they said there was something wrong with my car. Pretty sure it was the poor quality of the belt. Couldn't get the warranty without the receipt.

Generally, they have the parts . If not pay ,wait a few days and pick up in store .most of the employees are knowledgeable and nice . Returns not generally a problem either .

Quick, friendly, and professional... that's the way I would describe Kevin, the young man who helped me purchase and install my new low beam headlight for my 2012 Subaru Impreza. Not only was I in and out and on the road within five minutes, his professional manner and kind disposition lifted my spirits, provided a breath of fresh air, and renewed my faith in humanity. Go by to get my car read and the kid tells me The machine is broken so he tries to send me over to advanced auto… I go come back to auto zone 40 min later to buy a part and they are using the same reader that was “broken” on the guy next to me . Funny that people pick and choose who they want to help. DO better

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the store manager, Doug, from the Rhode Island Ave Fall River, MA location. Doug has gone above and beyond with the purchase and installation of a car battery, including retesting of the battery. He has also installed a new battery for our car’s key fob. When bringing my car to the location for diagnostic, Doug was very knowledgeable of the problem and potential solutions for my ‘check engine’ light. Doug is truly a great asset to this Auto Zone location!

Hi everyone well I have Ben going to this place for years it has Ben vary fishy as off the other day I brought my battery to charge and it's a very new battery I have bought it a month ago it died because my car was sitting so when I brought it they told me about an hour and that they would call when it is done so I have waited 2 days because I have a 12 hour shift I go and get it and the bald guy with glasses is the one that took it and when I whent to pick up same guy told me that he put it to charge 2 times well before I dropped it off I has a cotton ring on it and when I whent back it was still In the same spot the guy told me that the battery was no good takes no charge and he tried to force me to buy another one and I told him that I can't at this moment because I have to get to work I took the battery the next day to another place and they tested it for me right infront off me and the battery was good just needed a charge so they charge my battery and it was good nothing wrong with the battery so this place at auto zone is a big scam and everytime I buy my parts they have Ben putting it on there number and nort mine a few times they had told me that I never bought parts there and when I bring in the receipt they give me a hard time and tell me that the person no longer work there so i can never get my warranty so know I'm not longer going to auto zone becareful place is a big scam.

Cars and car maintenance are very expensive. Fortunately, there are places like AutoZone where the awesome experts will help you with whatever your automative needs might be. The price is absolutely wonderful and the service could not be more outstanding! You buy wipers, they will put them on. You need a battery checked, no problem. You have a check engine light on and you need diagnostics, they do this for free and explain everything to you without trying to sell you a bill of goods. They are honest and down-to-earth people and they make the entire experience there very pleasant. Even if you don't know what you need, they are more than willing to have an honest and informative conversation with you to help you out with no pressure whatsoever.

Super service I bought windshield wipers had no idea how to put them on ! The young man who helped me pick out the right size also installed them for me for free!! I only had 5.00 cash left to thank him nice young man friendly service would recommend this business.

I have to say since my past visits about the last month or so I been in there basically every other day for parts and i was really expecting the same experience I have got there in the past which is a waste of time and unimpressed customer service. That seemed to be the norm there for awhile. It seems the company might have changed over a few employees that in my opinion braught a negative atmosphere within the store. I havent seen that employee their in some time and I really dont feel that feeling of not wanting to deal with someone who should be helping me. I got to say the service has improved drastically. Particularly 2 employees stick out to me. Gavin & Eric N. Been dealing with Gavin day in and out. Great guy to deal with and knowledgable Eric does a great job remembering the customer and making sure things are done correct both these guys are excellent with customer service and controlling a busy room. I was really impressed with how Eric kept customers moving in line while communicating with multiple customers, times valuable and he gets that. My prior review was 2 stars but I'm changing it to 4 stars because these guys really turned my impression around on the store.

Wish I knew the guys name but I went in for a door handle. They didn't have it but he got it from another store a few hours later and it was 1/2 the price as the place next door who told me I'd have to get it myself at their other store. Thanks for a job well done!

Horrible experience. I went into the store at 8:45pm. I understand the store closes at 9pm. I needed to get my engine code reset so I can plan what parts I needed to order/purchase to make sure my car gets inspected by tomorrow. I was then greeted with a noticeably sigh and roll of the eyes by who I think is the manager (bald, and grey button down shirt). I then asked if he could clear my engine code. He then proceeded to tell me they close in 4 minutes (again I was inside of the store by 8:45) and they were not doing engine codes anymore. I work on cars, I understand how long it takes to clear a engine code (less than 2minutes). I am also a store manager at a retail store. I understand how cumbersome it is when a customer comes in close to closing time but to be greeted in such a manner, and treated that way is uncalled for. Shocked how the customer service is here, especially how their competition is right on the side of them and down the street. I will most likely not be returning here and taking my business elsewhere.

So, winter is here and my battery is dead. I called AAA and after testing my battery, said it was gone. The AAA Tech recommended AutoZone as a great place to get a battery. They were great on the phone and in the store. I bought my battery and they installed it in the parking lot. Great service!

Horrible service. I walked in and asked the employee behind the desk that I was interested in a O2 sensor for my car. Instead of greeting me he asked "what I wanted?" After I told him he received a phone call on his personal phone and answered it. He searched for the part and blurted out "172." I looked at him thinking there would be a follow up of the possibility of the part being in stock, maybe order it, or any suggestions ad to where to find it. A moment had passed and sense none of the above happened I asked him. He glanced at his computer and continued with his conversation on the phone. He looked at me seeming annoyed and with a hint of attitude told me "No we dont have it and and we dont even carry it." Maybe the rudest experience I've had at an auto zone.

I call AutoZone to ask a question about my trucks warranty on my back rotors. Mike the manager answers the phone, I asked if he can help me out with finding the part that's under warranty under my account phone number. I let him know right away that I wasn't sure which account phone number or what year the part was put under for the warranty because my truck takes mix parts 2002 - 2003 so I might have to give him different information to find it. So I'm guessing because he had to go back through the process on the software he gave me an attitude acting like it was a very big deal like he did not want to got through that process making me feel like I was unimportant. I ask him a question because of the way he was acting on the phone and that I am the customer calling for help, is this not what you guys do? is this not your job to take phone calls and to help out people with their vehicle problems?? I guess he took that the wrong way and started acting out telling me if I want any information to come in and do it myself type thing??? I didn't understand that, can you actually go in and do it yourself? And is there any other way to actually look up your information? All I know was Mike was very rude disrespectful made me feel like I was unimportant and did not seem to have that much customer care. I'm not sure if anyone else ran into this problem?

I went there for the first time yesterday to purchase a pair of windshield wipers. Michael was helpful in choosing which brand I should get and he even went above and beyond to replace them for me. I am thankful for his service. I tried out my new windshield wipers and they're awesome!

This place is an absolute joke... ordered a part July 17th and each time I called was told it was there. Went to the store numerous time just to be told each and every time that my part wasn't there. Then call and speak to a manager after my boyfriend went to pick up the part after they told me an hour before that it was there only to be told it wasn't. Not to mention that there were 4 people working, a manager included and they weren't helping customers or even acknowledging them. Call to talk to manager and complain to be told my part was on the shelf the whole time with my NAME right on It! Are you freakin kidding me?! Calling corporate to complain this place is an absolute joke! I'll stick to advanced auto who went out of their way to search and find the piece I needed then and there.

So unprofessional! A one particular worker gave me a hard time in two separate occasions I've made a nice long letter complaint to the regional manager it was the worst experience I've ever dealt is being a customer! If I could give 0 stars are negative stars I would that's how bad this place is go elsewhere if you really need body parts it will be cheaper anyway angel most likely get better service and at least employees will not mock you well you are still in the store after asking them for help!
