Above and beyond in my moment of crisis! Their cars are affordable and well inspected before leaving the lot, they answered all of my questions and were patient and kind throughout the whole process, very glad I went through them!
Best. Service. Ever. I came here needing new brakes and sparkplugs. I gave them a rust bucket and they gave me a formula one car. They did everything super fast, extremely fair price and worth the drive to get to. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to put their hands on my car. Absolutely amazing 10/10

I purchased my Jeep from this shop in about the beginning of February & wanted to wait a bit to leave a review. What I will say is I have no regrets & I would/have already recommended this shop to a few people. I found the owner & his employees to be very honest & patient people. Very grateful to have come across this Shop & most certainly will return.
UPDATE: CHANGING FROM A 5STAR TO 4STAR I purchased my jeep back in February & I currently have to replace the entire drive train which is well over a 2K fix if I was looking for brand new parts, was able to find one in a junkyard & am paying $1100 to have it replaced.
So excited to drive around in my new car. Martin was AWESOME! Carlos was really nice and understanding. Super helpful, very efficient, they handled all my paperwork for me, explained the whole process. Felt very good buying from here. Would definitely come back to get another car if I needed it. Thank you guys so much!!!
Had to change review to terrible, tried to charge me 800$ for brakes after I paid for the car in cash. Then I just needed to replace the ENTIRE engine. Awful service just looks good on the surface. Terrible owner

They had a good variety of used cars in my price range, and getting approved for financing was quick. I didn’t feel rushed or talked into anything, which I really appreciated.

I had gotten my breaks done there last week and I can honestly say the workers are quick and very helpful . They advised me on what I should get next and the pricing was very affordable . The shop was very cute and clean inside and I had a great experience overall I would recommend this shop to anyone 10/10 . They also have some nice affordable cars in lot . Very helpful staff
We shopped around for a little while for an inexpensive car. We went to Jacques and couldn’t be happier. The car is a great price, looks great and runs well. The sales person Luis was also very nice. Not the typical car salesman. I would highly recommend!!
Had another car from another dealership and they screwed me. Was left to find another car and luckily found Jaquez Auto & Repair. He allowed me to have my own mechanic look over the vehicle. As I was getting the inspection something happened to the car and he came and helped and replaced the part as well as informing me with any questions I had. He also offered to always come back and have his mechanic look over the vehicle if any other issues happen. They were very prompt and attentive and patient with me. I take the safety of my children seriously and didn't want to have to return another car and he made it very easy and left my mind at ease knowing my daughter's new vehicle is safe.
Jacquez auto and repair has amazing options for cars regardless of your budget and amazing staff! Luis was extremely helpful and patient with me! He allowed me to take my time looking around and also answered all my questions about the cars that interested me. When given the keys to test drive I happened to notice all the cars were super clean inside and out! Luis allowed me to take two hours before I made up my mind and I finalized on the Scion 2008 Toyota. From start to finish this guy was friendly, informative, and patient! I went into this new shop as I recently moved to the area and the service was phenomenal! The mechanic knew exactly what my car needed and did not have to go to the BMW shop. I ended up going back two weeks after for another service and was able to get someone to see my car same day. Highly recommend this spot!
