Terrible messy store that clearly does not care for there employees safety making them go in in the middle of a historic storm when travel is extremely difficult for some but clearly doesn't matter to them as long as they can get out there overpriced items and maybe make a couple of extra bucks to keep a dying store open

THEY DO NOT GIVE CASH BACK FOR A RETURN!! EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN NOT TRY THEM ON , BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE FITTING ROOMS ...Same as someone posted here that the prices are too high. I could get a pair of jeans brand new for the same price That they price the ones there. Everything is priced far to high for donated items.

Why are dollar tree things getting sold for double the price? Why are dirtied old shoes 22$,why are 50$ watches getting sold for 150$? PLEASE fix your pricing just because more people are thrifting doesn’t mean you have to double or triple your old prices,as you can see in the picture this cutting board from dollar tree is getting sold for 2.49 even though it is 1.25$ new even if they were to sell this it’s thrifted it should be less then stores are selling it for other wise I would just go there!

Who is putting the price on these clothes? Ripped dirty clothes on hangers for more than $10 dollars? SHEIN clothes marked so high you might as well shop SHEIN and pay the tariffs for brand new for the same exact price! Shameful. Support your small local thrifts in that area instead. The only positive is the self check out girl is so kind with a huge personality!

This Savers store is very big. When I visited yesterday, I had a hard time finding someone to help me. I had to go up to the front of the store to find out what the colors of the day were. In the past, every associate knew that information. This was very inconvenient.

This business is operating in a way that is causing a cluster of other issues that could easily be resolved if they would alter and improve the way they are operating on a daily basis. I have been encouraged by the fall river police department to make a complaint. And to also contact the government center here in the city of fall river Massachusetts. As well as a complaint with better business bureau(which has already been submitted) The issue with 'Savers' is that every night when they close for the night, The workers leave a pile of unwanted trash/junk items behind the building. Sometimes it accumulates and sits there for days. Mostly it just attracts a lot of activity. It attracts a lot of Drug addicts to put it bluntly and anyone passing by. Vehicles stop there nightly and Pedestrians swarm around looking for any free things. Mainly, it's attracting a lot of drug addicts that monitor the area and hang around going through all the items for hours and this continues throughout the entire night, past 3am. Every night they hang around the area in hopes to find anything savageable from the large pile of junk. This includes various items from old furniture, Clothes, toys, and other various belongings. Savers needs to improve the way they operate to where when they close nightly they need to make sure that the area behind the building that I am referring to is cleaned and that there is no junk items piled up outside overnight. All of that junk and random various items that savers doesn't want and doesn't plan on using inside of the store should be discarded and not left outside overnight. That is the very issue, it is attracting so much activity. And not good activity. There are apartments right across the street. We don't want all of these drug addicts going there and swarming the area every single night (for hours) picking up junk from behind the building that shouldn't be there in the first place. If savers staff ensured that when they closed up for the night that they didn't leave anything outside overnight then that would completely eliminate this problem altogether. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like if this was happening right in front of your apartment every single, single night and you have to worry about these fiends (That you're attracting) breaking into nearby cars (Which has happened) Police have been patrolling the area. But come on Savers, get it together. Let's create that scenario in front of your house, see how you like it.

I enjoy thrifting but thrifting and reselling online for profit is a business now for lots of people. I think because of that, Savers prices have gone way up. $10.99, $9.99 and $8.99 were the prices of the day on everything I looked at, even junky stuff! The "color" thing (where a certain color is on sale for the week) is ridiculous now bc the dealers come in and wipe out all items in thst color. I don't know what the solution is but I leave empty handed all the time now.

You sold me a bag of ripped clothes all the clothes were destroyed inside the bag. Whoever is packaging, these items needs to be fired. You guys are terrible terrible, and should be closed down immediately. The prices are ridiculous. On top of the price is being ridiculous. The items are damaged and basically trash. What you sold me you should’ve just threw it in the trash.

This is a solid savers in the new england area. You don’t find as many gems as the providence location, but the small house items are usually excellent. Not my first stop for Savers menswear, but still worth a dive.

Savers is a pastime me and my best friend enjoy nearly every day. We come here and find beautiful shirts, plush toys, and other commodities for fractions of what they would be sold for at commercial price. The most money we've ever spent here was probably 10 dollars.

Savers Pricing Needs a Rethink! Savers operates on donated goods, yet prices have climbed so high that many low-income shoppers the very people thrift stores aim to support can no longer afford basic items. A secondhand shirt shouldn’t cost nearly as much as a new one. If donations are given in the spirit of helping others, pricing should reflect that generosity. Savers should reassess its mission or RISK LOSING THE TRUST AND SUPPORT OF ITS COMMUNITY.

Prices on donated clothes and other items have gone way up. They are almost as high as retail for new in other stores. Senior management needs to review their prices.

It’s a huge store and well organized but everything is so overpriced. I picked up a ceramic Christmas platter with the original Christmas tree shop at $16.99 and they had it priced $11.49. Shein tops brand new aren’t even $9.99. It used to be a great thrift stop but it’s just not worth it anymore.

One of the best Savers I have been to. Clean and pleasant staff. But why are their prices so high? You can get new stuff at Old Navy and TJ Maxx across the street.

Large selection of quality clothing, that seemed mostly free of defects. Prices were slightly high... alot of $9-12 range items. I'd rank this as one of the better Thrift stores for clothing in the area.

Y'all are crazy with these prices ?? Bag of 2 plain dinosaurs...for that price, I can get a whole kingdom of dinosaurs minus the dirt and grime at Target. Whoever is pricing your items needs to come back down from orbit.

This location is way over priced. They used to have reasonable prices on used board games. But, now, they must look everything up on eBay because they have used board games for well over 10 dollars. I saw some behind the glass case marked at 35 and 50 dollars for a used board game! These prices are outrageous for something that you CAN'T RETURN. So, if a game you paid over 10 dollars for is missing some pieces, you're out of luck. This place is garbage. Please do not donate to this place.

I go to many of the different locations and this is by FAR my favorite one! Clean, neat, staff is always friendly. The selection is really good, lots of nice gently worn clothes and a lot to pick from. I find the prices are the best especially for kids clothing out of the ones I go to.

Love the savers stores. This one is no exception. There are lots of good things to find and give new life to. I particularly like the book section and never fail to find a good read. If you look hard, you're sure to find something you didn't even know you needed or wanted. The jewelry section is also always worth a look. They're pretty good about precious stones but often miss more unusual stones or gems. You might even find a nice vintage watch.

Love this savers and they do have some great vintage pieces. I have noticed lately that their prices have raised at or above online/eBay. This is supposed to be a thrift store and it seems to me like they're slowly shifting to be way over priced on items. Regardless of the item. After all they do get their items for free and do nothing besides put a price tag on it, stock it on a shelf , and cash it out. ??

High prices on "collector" items perceived by non-experts as being valuable. I saw a used vacuum that sells for 90 new at job lit selling for 50 bucks. Why even roll the dice? There used to be a great night crew here. It seems that they've moved on to greener pastures. It's like crackheads do the pricing now. 10/ea for scratched up used bead carriers?

This is a good place. It is always neat and clean. You never know what you are going to find there - but I guess that is the beauty of thrift store shopping! The only negative thing I have to say is that Saver's items are more expensive than Salvation Army's items. Plus size items can be slim pickings but I can't really fault the store for that!

I witnessed the management treat a customer horribly last week at this location. As i looked on it seemed that an item was sold to two seperate people at differing times and the mix up caused a lot of confusion between all parties involved. Only when the manager come out did things take a turn for the worse, the customer that was calm cool and collected was told not to come back to the store for refusing to return an item it seemed he had already paid for and was already in his vehicle. After having explained countless times to the manager how they can make adjustments to the system to avoid whatever confusion happened to be told to "not come back" for something i feel could happen to any customer is disheartening and outright wrong. I will not be shopping there again after seeing that poor young chap sent on his way like that. In poor taste at best and that manager needs proper training in customer service.

Love this store so much. I went to get my daughter a Halloween costume and ended up getting both daughters costumes because how can you beat the price! I admit I did get lost in the book section for quite a while. Great selection of books one of the best places in fall river out side of the public library that you can get such sizeable selection of books and as always you just can't beat the price of thing. I went for one costume and left with a bag to heavy to carry ! Great place, love it!

This is the best Savers that I’ve been to. Always a good selection of mens tshirts and furniture. Also got a pretty sweet Hawaiian shirt there. And always come out with a tchotchke that I don’t need. Did I need that weird piggy bank? No. But am I better person for having it? Yes.

Always with the vintage finds at Savers! Check out these awesome pieces of furniture they had this week. A couple of them are Danish mid century modern, another is a retro piece by Lane. The fourth, I couldn't find a makers mark and the quality was poor so I didn't bring it home. Left the Lane behind too. The Danish Mersman pieces came home with me though!

Full of vintage finds! It's clean and well organized in here. The staff is hit or miss - some are very helpful and approachable. Others are your typical east coaster - cold, rude, ungrateful and abrasive. Anyway, you get a 20% off coupon every time you donate something here! Bring something to donate every time you come through.

they got a ton of clothes, dvds, kitchen stuff but we usually get toys for our kids from here.
