Yesterday, my car broke down. I contacted my insurance company for a tow truck but was told that it would not be there for almost two hours. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a tow truck driver by the name of Dontay. He called to let me know that he would be there to help in about 15-20 minutes. He came 15 minutes later, hooked my car up to the tow truck, and took my car to the repair shop. He was very polite, skillful, knowledgeable and respectful. Also, he had a great attitude. I'm happy that he was the tow truck driver that showed up for me.

After we were hit with Hurricane Helene they had to come and retrieve vehicles left on our property. The driver backed into our well water pump and green house causing $8,500 worth of damages and then denied it.
Congratulations on taking advantage of a retired couple trying to make ends meet after a devastating hurricane.
Level one towing picked up a vehicle from our home in Fairview, North Carolina and caused $8,500 in damages to our property. They first backed into our well breaking the pump 200’ down inside the shaft and then wiped out the side of our greenhouse when the driver tried to turn around. We are on a private gravel road and no one else came on our property except for them. Note the duel tire tracks from the tow truck and we could see the struggles the driver had because he left muddy tire tracks over the asphalt. They are denying all responsibility

He was also considerate and patient given the circumstances. I needed to reach back out to the company after the tow was complete a couple different times that day and I received a prompt answer. I realized that I hadn't taken a very important step prior to leaving the scene of the accident, and John stepped in on my behalf. Had to get a tow for an Amazon truck and lockout. Arrived faster than the ETA and Had trouble at first getting the van unlocked because of the height of the van but John was able to get it unlocked without and towed to the van to the desired location.
