Went and got my car muffler fixed and some other things that Hyundai said was wrong with my car. Vince was honest about all the repairs I didn’t need and communicated with me every step of the way. It’s nice to find a reliable mechanic and I will definitely be back!

I found Dr Auto from a sponsored ad on my IG. Came by for oil change tire rotation and engine light that had been on for a while. Al was knowledgeable helpful and informative. They did not overcharge or try to upsell me anything. Last minute drop off taken care of and I passed inspection without spending extra money. Thanks Dr Auto and I will be back soon.
Honest mechanics, honest prices & honest people but NOT magicians! I've been coming here for years. A lady couldn't wish for a better group of skilled mechanics. They've done everything from routine oil changes to repairing damage from my stolen catalytic converter & replacing the clutch pedal on my husband's stick shift
They were absolutely amazing and they helped me immediately. They also fixed what was wrong and didn’t do any up charges.
I recommend them highly especially if you are a single lady (without all the extras) they are extremely professional.
I took my car there for an estimate, it wasn't my first visit. However, one of the techs there drove my car so that I could get an estimate of the issue. I don't smoke weed, but apparently he does. He smoked in my car. I was wondering why the windows were down as I approached the car. It took me a long time to get that smell out of my car. That's very unprofessional and scary to know that someone not in their right mind is working on my vehicle. I did try and phone back, but I didn't get an answer.
I was referred by a friend(reoccurring customer) after I told her a mechanic tried to get over on me. Everyone was nice, professional, listened to my concerns and knowledgeable. I will recommend everyone to come here to get your car serviced. My car is running better. They have a customer for life!
I recently brought my 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 into Dr. Auto Repair after my AC completely gave out during this brutal summer heat. I got tired of getting ripped off at the Chevy dealership in town so it was worth a shot.
They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain English (no upselling or fluff), and had it fixed faster than I expected. The cold air is back and blowing strong, and my truck is finally comfortable again. You can tell they care about doing the job right.

Dr. Auto Repair is awesome! I thought I needed a new transmission they found the issue which was user error and took the time to show me what I did wrong, they did a test drive as well!! Mr. Al and Vince were very great, I definitely recommend this place. I chose it because of the reviews I saw online and they did not disappoint!!
I had a great experience at Dr. Auto Repair! I came in with what ended up being a rock stuck between my brake rotor and brake dust shield. They took me in immediately, removed my tire, and took out the rock right in front of me. They didn’t charge me anything either! Very honest and reliable shop with trustworthy mechanics. I will certainly be going back for future car needs.
Came here last minute with a stripped lug nut I couldn't remove. Dr. Auto took care of it real quick and didn't even charge! Really honest and nice place! I highly recommend! It's hard to find a good place like this.
This was my first time coming to the shop and I must say their customer service is worth the hype. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went to have my back brakes and rotors replaced I arrived just after 9 and the car was ready by 10:55am. I will be back for sure !
I took my vehicle to the shop for a motor swap. Unbeknownst to me, there was an issue with the part I had purchased. Mr. Vince was incredibly transparent, patient, and understanding. We were able to resolve the problem, and I’m now back on the road! Highly recommend you check them out.
I brought my 2016 Subaru Forester in for a second opinion and I am glad I did. Vince and Al explained in detail and pointed out the issues with my car. The customer service was excellent from the time I called to when I picked up my car. I will definitely be returning for regular maintenance on my car, as finding a trustworthy mechanic is rare.

He connected me with his mechanic, Rico, who was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Rico took the time to explain everything my car needed and made sure I understood the repairs. Plus, their prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!
Honest and fair priced business. Even looked out for me with the serpentine belt issue. They gave me a great price and got the work done within a couple of hours. I will definitely return here for any car maintenance!!! I knew what the problem with my car was and I was worried about the cost. They offered a great quote which was half of what I would've paid elsewhere. Also, when I called I got a quick answer and availability was immediate. The customer service is great here and high quality technical service was provided also. I would definitely recommend this place to all.
Vince is truly Heaven sent. I was on the verge of buying a new car because no one could fully address the issues I was experiencing with my 2015 Dodge Challenger (not even the Dodge dealership). Vince diagnosed the issue within seconds (I am not kidding). I also got my car back the SAME DAY! My car drives like it's straight off the lot. Vince is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and has very good pricing. I can't thank him enough!! Thanks to Vince I will continue life without a car note!!
Believe the Hype ! I recently experienced a no start and was in the market for a starter replacement service. I called and received a very fair price for parts and labor . I had my car towed in and the tow guy was able to get a crank going and I was able to drive from the street into the lot . I explained my situation and was assured my components would be assessed and I would be contacted by the next day . I was given a business card and paper work completed. I instantly felt a sense of relief that I was in good hands. The next morning I got the call my car was ready and I did not require a starter. I was explained thoroughly regarding my issue of corroded wiring needing repair. He even advised me prior to arriving the payment methods available and fees for electronic payments.
I am so thankful my car was assessed and repaired properly. I did leave my car , but upon pick up I check out in the office /waiting area . The area is not super spacious but it was very comfortable with AC running on these hot summer days . My car has mileage on it and this will for sure be my new team for any future repairs and maintenance. Customer Service goes a long way !
I have been coming to DR. AUTO REPAIR since 2020. Everyone is always professional, and the service is wonderful. Vince always explains and shows me exactly what's wrong with my car. We come up with a plan to get the work done to make my care safe. Also, the cost is always affordable. I trust them and I'm always satisfied with the service. I've recommended a lot of people, and they are happy with their service received too.
What can I say about Dr. AUTO, i needed front- rear Rotors and pads replaced on 2017 Ford Explorer. Oh yeah i brought my own parts which made the porcess even smoother. I found vincent online, First off AL, Vincent and Henrico these gentlemen are real genuine humble professionals. They took time to explain the process and cost, during the inspection they found a leaky caliper, which I also replaced. For me i believe the prices offered at this shop is fare compare to a dealership. The work took about 3-4 hours, which is more than acceptable. I would definitely use these guys again and don't take my word give these gentlemen a chance.
So happy I found this place. Been here twice so far and the service here is awesome. The mechanics and the manager really care about their customers. They work with you and no pressure on getting everything done all at once. With this economy it’s appreciated. The work they do is grade A+. After the first time they fixed my car I haven’t had issues with my car since. Now I’m just visiting for maintenance. I highly recommend them. They are way better than the dealership in my opinion.
I highly recommend Dr. Auto Repair. Rear axle on a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300. Dr. Auto was very honest and show me that nothing was wrong with my axle which another shop quarter a lot money to repair. You don’t a more honest shop more thann this. Thank for you professionalism and honesty Dr. Auto Repair.
By far the best mechanics i have found in a long time!! They are honest transparent and very reliable!! All of the guys in the shop work as an amazing team!!They all are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience bit to mention Great Customer Service!!!The only shop I’ll ever take my car!! That’s right I’ll take it to them before BMW!! They do better work 🤷🏽♂️!!!
