Careful of the employees who work here, if you own a vehicle that one of them drives and they need a headlight or tail light, they will take it from your vehicle and install it on theirs. This shop is no longer what it used to be, damn shame.

Being a repeat customer, I’ve seen a reduction in quality. Each occasion has cost me more money and lost time. The jobs were never done on schedule and I felt I was placed on the back burner. Being a business owner myself, I love new business! However, I will give the utmost respect to my repeat customers and will cherish their values and referrals more than anything. That being said (and to make a long story short), I initially had a very nice alpine system installed several years ago. It really boomed and the quality was excellent. Since there is a “lifetime warranty” on all their installed equipment, when things went wrong, I was able to bring it back to be fixed. As, we all know, the more intricate the process, the more things that go wrong. The wiring was going bad and all I needed was that to be replaced. Knowing this, I fell for Drew telling me that I needed an upgrade. I really didn’t. My alpine DSP was perfect and needed to be retuned. That’s all. So $1k later, and a new install of an inferior DSP (I did the research) the electrical systems in my truck no longer work, my backup sensors are dysfunctional and my woofers and rear door speakers are inoperable. Knowing how the sound was and is supposed to be, there is no sound flowing through my rear speakers. Unfortunately, Drew and the young man that installed it, insisted that there was sound. And to insult my intelligence even more, I was told that the DSP selects which speakers to place the sound. That’s a farce! To top it off, after the sale, I was told that the system was new to them and they were still learning how to make it work. Wow. Ultimately, you’ve lost me as a customer and a referral base. I’m glad I could be your test subject. Hope you get it right someday. I will never let you touch my truck again!

The installation was seamless, professional, and quick! The technician was knowledgeable and ensured everything was set up perfectly. My new radio works flawlessly, and they even took the time to explain the features. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for top-notch quality!

Had to have a backup camera installed on my work truck. Streamline said I needed a tailgate camera. In my mind I didn’t know how they were going to do it with keeping my existing lock. When I picked my vehicle up they not only installed the backup camera but I had a brand new handle for my tailgate. The backup camera has a great view and it is now easier for me to hook up my trailers and I no longer have to hook them up off the naked eye.

Drew and the gang at Streamline did a great job with my installation today, providing good advice on speaker upgrades and an Amp to help push volume and clarity. I'm really pleased with the results, the service, and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend! Thanks, Drew!

I received an estimate from a different mechanic that cost me $140. Who told me I needed an AV Control Module. My dealership quoted the job at $8K and the mechanic quoted at less than $1K, roughly 4-500 dollars and he began looking for the part which I saw for $300+ all the way to $1K. I called Streamline, and spoke to DREW, I capitalized his name because his Customer Service Skills are impeccable!! I explained my problem to Drew and he advised me to come in on the next working day and Streamline will take care of me. I was at Streamline for 42 mins total. I learned in less than 10 mins that NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY AV CONTROL MODULE, NOTHING!! I had a wire shortage that had blown 3 fuses in my vehicle. The mechanic fixed the wire shortage and professionally covered it to take care of the exposed wires I pulled up with; replaced all 3 fuses and I was on my way. BEFORE I left, I shared with Drew that my dash behind my steering wheel needed a light bulb so it could illuminate again, he said no problem...when time permits, drop it off and we got you. No worries. When I left, I called 5 of my closest friends and shared my story and not only am I a new client, no, a FOREVER CLIENT of Streamline, but my friends and family are coming too. It's SO HARD to finest honest mechanics, PERIOD!! If you want the truth and super fair prices, you betta call DREW @Streamline!! I did and will continue to. Thanks Again Drew and TEAM for assuring me that I'm SAFE at STREAMLINE!!!

This my second time getting a Tint, job done. The sun, and night lights, made driving uncomfortable. Streamline, took care of the problem with no complications. Drew is respectful, professional, kind, and he has a sense of humor. I really trust him. I feel like he’s a part of my family. I went to Streamline Auto Sounds to get Tinted Windows for my Chevy Pickup Truck 🛻. I found out talking to the Manager Drew they do much much more. Drew was very forthcoming, honest and straightforward.They did a awesome job with the Tinted Windows. I went back to get a New Audio System w/ Reverse Camera, w/ Door Speakers, also Alarm and Security System installed and Remote Starter,also New Headlights w/ LED Bulbs💡.Job Well Done. I went back to get Bed Liner for my Truck. The Bed Liner fits perfectly well. Again I am Very Pleased and Job well Done 😀 .Drew and the Crew did a Fantastic, Amazing 👏 Outstanding Job and they are Pure Professionals and they do High Quality Work from Start to Finish. Had a remote starter installed today. Best money I have spent in a while. From the time I called to schedule, they have been friendly and professional. I was so surprised to discover that they CLEANED my car interior! What a nice surprise. I highly recommend Drew and Streamline Audio.

This place is a joke to be honest. This has to be one of if not the worse place to get any done and I wouldn’t recommend it. I wish I could give a negative rating. I went there for an installed gps on my Audi q5 that were going on and off every time I switched on and my guess was the wiring. I was originally charged for a diagnostic fee of $60 which I agreed to then maybe less than 20 minutes later I was told that I would cost me $130 because they got it fixed which I payed and was cool about it even though it was overpriced. Literally a minute later after driving a few feet away it went off again. I came back and the guy who worked on it checked it again and said I might have to change my screen which works perfectly fine if I don’t need to switch it on to the gps. I was then scheduled for today Saturday and once I get there, the owner himself Drew said that I might need to update it which I said I don’t want to since I’m looking to get a new car soon and just need my gps to no go off and on anymore. So I basically told him that I pay for nothing instead because I was told it was fixed then him telling me to try to upgrade which I’m not trying to because it works just fine but goes off and on. He the owner then had the audacity to tell me that because I’m expressing the fact that I paid for the repair and not trying to spend more or get it updated, I might be going through some financial issues. He is a joke and be aware because all he wants is trying to make you spend more money and get things updated even if that’s not what you want. I can’t even trust them to put a gps in my car even if I wanted to upgrade the one. My reverse camera is now not working however it was when I went there this morning. The owner is full of himself and really think Apple CarPlay is something new and just came out today since I have a Garmin gps installed in my car trying to convince me it is the problem however it works just fine. Please be aware or you will learn yourself!!

What a great family owned business. Drew and his son put in a subwoofer in my Mercedes and then they also tinted the windows. I was so thankful. Each time they were accommodating and friendly. Great communication. They were pricey but I guess you can’t get good work for cheap. So it’s worth it. I haven’t had any issues but I can tell if I did, drew would definitely try to mediate the situation.

Used to do a lot of business with them, referred my friends and family to them. Cannot do that any longer In April 2022, I went to them to upgrade my fog lights, tint my front windows and potentially add Apple Play to my GMC. I had at first talked to Phil, then Phil, after all these years, suddenly left and I had to deal w the owner, Drew. He got it wrong. He and the new Shop Manager replaced my working and fabulous HID headlights with LED ones. They don’t work well with this vehicle, and they were the wrong lights to replace. Supposed to be my fogs!! They finally replaced my fogs but said they couldn’t get the HIDs, blamed it on a supply issue. Meanwhile, I CANNOT SEE AT NIGHT. regular beams barely light up the pavement and high beams do NOTHING. had a couple of trips lined up in late May and had a difficult time up in Maine’s north area. UFB! Then he started to blame the lenses. Cost is around 1200 each. Right. Nothing wrong with my lights before.. what did you do?? Always blaming someone else. He finally got the OE HIDs in AUGUST, and they don’t work, Shop Manager left the business. Wow. Fed up, I took it to a GMC dealer to have therm repair what Streamline screwed up, and they said it might take DAYS to figure out what they did to my truck. They did rule out the lenses, but it will cost me hundreds of $$$ to investigate. I’m stuck, unhappy and warning anyone I can of their work practices. Deceptive, dishonest and willing to blame absent employees and the supply chain for their failures. Don’t even get me started on the Apple Play saga. Total Failure. Go elsewhere for any of your audio/lighting:tinting needs. Not happening here. Gaaaah! UPDATE::: Wow! 8 months later and still no resolution to my headlight situation. Mr. Brown professed his desire to fix this, but, of course, not at his expense...mine. He constantly changes his reasoning from, I'll take care of it, to it'll cost you $XXX to repair. His shop RUINED my headlights by replacing them with LEDs in April 2022. They did something to diffuse all my lighting, and I have no viewable brights. They took till August of 2022 to replace the LEDs with original (so they say) HIDs, but it did NOT improve. Have NO idea what they origianlly did, but my lights worked when I brought it to them, and they have not weorked correctly since. Mr. (Drew) Brown seems to think the casings are pitted and that HIDs are no good (according to a forum he visited), and changes his story EVERY time I visit to see what's next to fix this issue (left a previous review which Mr. Brown says he'd like to have a chance to correct, but still has not even offered a sensible and cost free solution...just pins it on me. Look at the picture attached... are my lenses corroded? Pitted? Cloudy? No. GM says they are fine, just not emitting the proper power to provide lighting on road surfaces... diffused lighting. And blame me? Right. Do NOT use this shop until there is a change in management and someone takes responsibility that what they did (unauthorized) caused this problem to beging with. Terrible customer relations...one sided ONLY. Thanks, Drew! One year and 4 months I've waited...

I recently had some work done on my car, where they upgraded my alarm and added push to start and I must say, the service was outstanding. The owner and technicians were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in top-notch condition. Even when had so issues the owner came out on his off day to fix it The upgrade were done efficiently and effectively, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The staff was friendly and professional, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the work done on my car, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of any customization done on your vehicle

Unfortunately for me, I had to go back 3 times because the tint wasn't available and the owner did not give me what I asked for when HE decided to make an unoffical executive decision to give me something else. Business 101 is ALWAYS give the customer what they want. IF you feel that something would be in their best interest, you SHOULD share that with them BEFORE you work on THEIR vehicle.

This place is a total scam! The owner Drew is rude and only cares about making sales. He charges top dollar and then installs the lowest quality item you can find. Beware of Pioneer products. They’re the cheapest and most unreliable company on the market and he takes pride in selling their radios and equipment to his customers for profit. Please get a professional to check over their work while still under the warranty. Every installer quit on the owner due to bad business. Please stay away from this place just go to Best Buy for your radio installs before getting scammed

I've never been let down by the quality of service here. I just had them tint my '16 Explorer Sport windows a few days ago. This is probably the 3rd or 4th vehicle I've had tinted here. Businesses don't stick around by having poor service and Streamline has been here in Seabrook for many years.

There are very few places I trust with my 95 Ford Bronco and I needed the running boards replaced. These guys did a great job! Thinking about upgrading my sound system and I will definitely go back here when I do. Drew and Phil were very professional.

After shopping around for a few weeks, I decided to go with Streamline because they have a good reputation in the area and I have heard of them. This is a Black-Owned Business and has been around for 20 years. The staff is professional and will keep you updated on what going on with your car. I also like how the Owner still works in the shop and at the desk. I will be coming back for more stuff.

My experience at streamline auto sounds has been amazing. Streamline went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They are attentive to all your needs and wants. If it’s something you are not clear on they will explain in full details and take time to make sure you understand. They are very knowledgeable of their products, and have a variety of services. The shop is nice clean and neat and the professional setting is comfortable. They treat clients like family. I have been apart of this family for 6 years and I would recommend them to anybody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Streamline auto sounds are the best in the industry. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Yesterday I had a full radio, organic remote car starter, replace all my speakers and added a trunk bass speaker. Drew Brown and Philip are professional, very knowledgeable about all aspects of car accessories, polite, humorous, easy to talk to, and very conscientious about their work and customers vehicles and most of all, a Black own business for 21 years and a BBB rating A is something that should be mentioned. They explain everything in detailed about all the accessories that were going to be installed in my car. They are respectable people especially towards my wife and me. They gave me amble time to ask questions or any concerns that I may have had. I am Extremely Happy with my new everything that I mentioned above earlier. I purchased a sound system here and had it installed, along with 2 windows tinted. I came in on a Saturday and was scheduled for Thursday due to the fact they had to order the radio. I was told that if I drop my vehicle before work that it would be done by the time I got off (4pm). Well for starters I began calling around 4:30 to check the status and they continuously told me to wait for a call, at 6;45 I got the call that it was ready. Upon arrival (10 minutes after the call) my vehicle was in the garage and tint was being applied. When I got the car the guy says "hey I think you need some power steering fluid, haven't you noticed the sound it makes when wheel is turning?" Ok, my car didn't make ANY noises before dropping it, but ok I'll get some fluid, no big deal. Before leaving the parking lot, when I turn the AC on along with the radio there is a loud clicking noise that seems to come from either the radio or AC (radio is directly on top of the AC). This sound was intermittent, and stops when you cut the AC off, or switch to defrost. I asked the guy about it and he says "Yea that should stop, the same thing happens in my Toyota". Due to the fact that I am now late for a 7pm conference I told him I had to go and I will see if it stops. 2 days later its still happening... (again my car made ZERO noises before being serviced at streamline.) So I call the shop and they guy (I'm assuming he's the owner, manager, or maybe receptionist idk but he is the main point of contact) answers, and I began to discuss the problem, I informed him that I have video recordings of the sound being as though it happens intermittently. He began to tell me how that had nothing to do with the radio installation at all. After explaining that my car didn't do this before he offered me an appointment 4 days later to come and have it diagnosed, but sternly informed me that WHEN they find out the noise has something to do with my heater and not my radio, that he IS GOING TO CHARGING ME A DIAGNOSTIC FEE. I literally just dropped $1500 on you and you are threatening to charge me a fee for something that is clearly related to your installation. Even if the issue is with the A/C, you installed a radio directly on top of it so you caused the issue! I am livid. I will not be taking my vehicle there even for inspection! I am going to report to BBB and consumer affairs, this is not ok. Also he texted me Sunday afternoon (yes texted) a long paragraph reiterating what I stated he said above outlining the "heating/AC issue" and reminding that I will be charged. This place is bad business, steer clear! You've been warned!

Amazing experience!!!! The staff ( Drew and Phil ) exceeded all my expectations of all services provided and customer service given. As a lady; I was very comfortable there waiting for my car to be completed. The atmosphere is kid friendly as well. Every person there shows the upmost respect. They do a detailed consultation before any services given. They make is easy for people with "not so perfect credit" approved for special financing as well. It doesn't matter how large or small of services needed. They treat people all the same. I will continue to recommend everyone I know. Great job Streamline Auto Sounds. Went in to have my rear door speakers installed and to have them look at my Pioneer4200 i had bought. They did amazing work and fast. The gentleman that was behind the counter was very polite and very knowledgeable and even went to the vehicle with me and went over the functions of the radio and answered all my questions. Will definitely be doing business with them again and referring them to friends and family!

I've been dealing with Drew and his staff for years. Vehicle accessories such as remote start car alarm, window tint, car stereo,rims and speakers are a few things I've had done at Streamline. Very customer friendly. I highly recommend Streamline to be your first stop when looking to enhance your vehicles look or sound.
