Lame company. Had my truck towed and the driver was sassy about why I was getting my truck towed to a dealership over a tire and why not just go to a tire shop. I don’t need life advice from miserable driver when I know why I’m doing things. Laughing at me and being snippy with my father is unnecessary. As customer’s we don’t need to give you an explanation, we just expect you all to fulfill our request on transporting vehicles safely and it’s not like you aren’t getting paid for the job. Didn’t even transport it safely since the truck arrived with a check engine light all of a sudden. Subpar company.
If I could give it no stars I would this BS company towed my car and had been rude all day the supervisor (at least that’s who he said he was) was rude and snippy with me all day. I have expired tags (they expired last month) and my car was sitting behind my home not bothering anyone. According to the law they are supposed to give 72 hour notice but I was told on the phone that they would not give a notice because they don’t have to. They have no signage posted outside the parking lot so I had to call the police because I thought it was stolen. They are rude and unprofessional and I wouldn’t touch this company with a ten foot pole
ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER A PROVIDER!! THEY WILL SHOW UP LATE AND DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE….DON’T BOTHER ASKING FOR THE MANAGER, THEY WILL LIE AND SAY HE ISN'T AVAILABLE.
Shout out to the team at RPJ. I called them and their staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will call them again if I need help with a tow. 10/10.

This organization has illegally towed my vehicle, when called there was no answer, after 7 calls!! I finally was able to talk to someone. They held my vehicle for several hours, they were very rude when they finally answered. Then charged me a $200 fee for holding my vehicle for less then 30 minutes which was ridiculous. This company NEEDS to be investigated!!!!!! Let me just be clear they towed my car with a parking pass in the window!!! I want my money back ASAP!!! Fake towing company get a CDL with some benefits!!!
I had a very bad experience with this company the workers was very rude throughout the whole process wasn’t really explaining to me correctly about anything didn’t contact me when they figured they couldn’t tow my car said it was in mud when it was NOT didn’t contact me what so ever and when i asked why they didn’t contact me they said it was no point to when my car was sitting for hours the supervisor however was able to clear things up for me after extreme hassle no customer service really and a lot of miss communication
Wish there was a lower star to give this lazy “company”. They had the audacity to tow my car after I had already, unfortunately, contributed monetarily to their scam of a business 30 minutes prior. I paid $175 for them to unhook a single mother’s car as she had a baby with her and watched those monsters attempt to take her car in the pouring rain. Fast forward to a few minutes later, I see now my car is being hooked up to the tow truck. I approach the man driving the tow truck and he surely recognizes my face as I just paid him for the woman’s car. He refuses to unhook my car despite having proof that I was just in the Bank of America of Upper Marlboro. As I am attempting to have a conversation with this man, he begins circling me, balling up his fist and eventually took hits at me. As everyone else on here with a poor review, I wish I could make this up. I have video proof of the man punching me which will be presented to a judge.

Keita to address your comment, my father, the victim of assault, is not tech savvy so I have taken it upon myself to share his story. Regardless of male or female, NO ONE deserves to be physically assaulted without reason. As you state, no arrest was made. No arrest was made because the “claims” of a weapon could not be proven. After a thorough search of my father, nothing was found. As you may know, Keita, additional RPJ employees conveniently showed up to the scene minutes after the altercation. Between the “claims of a weapon” that police never saw and their presence minutes after, I find it hard to believe that would be a coincidence. For “perspective” once more, my father was a client of BOFA, parked in a designated area and confirmed by BOFA staff to have been there for under 20 minutes. How exactly is RPJ operating?According to your comment, you believe that he was justifiably towed because he did not hear said announcement. What about RPJ towing by the rules of what is written which read must be a customer (he was) and not exceeding the time limit (he did not). His car….more importantly, his body should have never been touched.
I genuinely would like to thank RBJ towing for coming to my rescue when both of my cars gave up on me unexpectedly this company was one call away to help tow my car and assist with getting safely from one destination to the next!Thank you so much again!! Very rude, unprofessional and when they tow your car, you will have damages. When you go to pick up car, they will have you waiting for almost hour and keep telling you someone on the way. I be so glad when they go out of business
My car was justifiably towed. I can’t be mad that they did their job. What I am thankful is that the owner worked with me after I explained my situation. I was able to work out the towing fees to ensure I could still go to work and get my grandson to school. Sometimes kindness will get you so far.??????#ForeverGreatful
The worst towing company ever. They are so money hungry and very very unprofessional. They towed my car twice with an unexpired parking pass in the window. I am reporting them to Office Attorney General & BBB .
NEVER USE!!! Very unprofessional. They took forever to get my car to the mechanic. They create damage on your vehicle. They ruined my tires and stuck trash all around the vehicle. This company needs to be removed from all insurance companies’ authorized towing service providers list.
They destroyed my whole front bumper when i picked it up, i haven’t noticed until someone else told me don’t be towed by these devils, they will intentionally wreck your car up with hate, make you pay for it
This place is the worst and unprofessional company I ever dealt with. Someone was suppose to return my call regarding my car being towed to the collision company. I never received a response from anyone. I informed my insurance company to scratch this company name off their list. Horrible business for a company. When the insurance company called the informed them that they were going to drop the car by 3:00. Well 3:00 came and gone and still no car. The insurance company called again, oh it will be delivered by tomorrow... Find another towing company to use and not this one.
If I could give less than one star I would! This is one of the most unprofessional business owners I've ever dealt with! My insurance company made the big mistake of using this company, but I'm sure after this that relationship is over. This man kept my car for days not answering the phone when USAA, myself, and other tow companies tried to reach out to him. I ended having to physically go there with another tow company to retrieve my vehicle.
HORRIBLE AND PISS POOR Service! There was no proper customer service, no calls to tell us they were on the way and no accountability for being late for over two hours to get my family’s car off the side of the road. I will never look at this company again for towing!!!!
