This guy towed my Mercedes S550 to the Mercedes dealership for a no start/no crank issue. The dealership called me the next morning asking me if I was aware of severe front end damage and they sent me pictures and i immediately contacted him and told him that he totally entirely damaged the whole front bumper and front hood near the grill, and when I asking him for his insurance information, and his business COI he refused after repeatedly asking several times to give me his insurance information and his name. At first he took responsibility and apologize for the damages and he told me to get an estimate.. When I got an estimate, he told me to take the car to his home boy that does body work he can do it cheaper he stated, and when I refused He started playing games and avoiding me and blocked my number. I just let my insurance company handle it. I don’t think he’s insured. I looked up his DOT and MC numbers on the side of his tow truck and both come back as invalid. He has a Maryland address but Va tags lol he has no insurance…

The dealership pulled the surveillance cameras video and viewed them. They can see him walking around the vehicle for 20 minutes and repeatedly trying to fix the bumper.
Follow up: my car has been repaired, almost $4200.00 in damages this guy did to my car during towing. On his Facebook page Roque Martinez N.A Auto & Towing Service LLC he listed his tow truck for sale on 4/27/26 10 days after damaging my Mercedes.
This was a great service. The gentleman came out and really provided great customer service and did his job efficiently and fast. My car was stuck in the snow and Roque Martinez really did a wonderful job guiding and directing me on how to get my car out of the snow and ice with his assistance of course. The price was reasonable as well unlike some of the other tow companies. If you ever need a tow or something else like getting your stuck car out of the snow this is your guy. I highly recommend Mr Martinez.
