I especially want to recognize Kavita, one of the inspectors, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to clearly explain what was being checked, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out and made me feel that my vehicle was in good hands. The inspection itself was thorough but efficient, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall, Clinton Citgo delivered excellent customer service, transparency, and reliability, and thanks to Kavita’s outstanding help, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto workshop. I will definitely be returning here with my care and would recommend this place to anyone needing a Maryland state inspection.

Decided to try this place out that's 15mins from home since the one closer was closed due to the holidays. Front desk was very friendly and took the time to let me explain the repairs I had already done. There was a queue of people but they had chairs and coffee. I will be coming here from now on since they can do both inspections and MVA registrations which helps not having to go to multiple locations. Great service and fair prices.

Here’s a clearer and more professional version of your message: --- I called earlier to ask about the price for an inspection, and the person I spoke with told me it would be $90 today, but that the price would go up to $149 tomorrow. Based on that information, I drove nearly two hours to get there the same day. However, when I arrived, they denied ever quoting that price. I even showed them the phone number I had called — the same one listed for their business — but they completely ignored it and insisted they never gave me that price. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially after making such a long trip based on the information they provided over the phone.

I came to thus inspection place in Clinton md. Service was great by inspector Ajay. He done inspection right away no waiting time. And got my headlight fixed electrical problem which I have for last 2 months. They fixed my electrical problem. And passed ny inspection. Then I got my new tags also same place. Time saving place. Quick response but almost double price compared to others. Called ahead for state inspection and they told me first come first serve. When I got there, they charged me $175 for state inspection. Isn’t that normal? I went some other locations, they charged me $80

I recommend this place. I came back today for the inspection, and everything was perfect. Quality of work. Very good staff. They made me feel good because they care about their customers. I wish all places were as good as this one. Thank you so much for everything.

I had a great experience here. I called ahead of time and one of the technicians answered the phone. I brought my car in the next day and they inspected it and had me out of there in a couple of hours. Express is a good word for the service.

This was a surprisingly great experience. Very professional & legit place to go for inspection & registering your vehicle. If you don't mind paying a convenience fee. I'd rather skip waiting on my number to be called. Got my vehicle inspected & hard tagged in the same day, at the same place.

Excellent service. Maintenance was top notch and done to complete satisfaction. Maintenance team is very professional and knowledgeable. Ajax is running great business. Even had a little extra work done. Moving from out of state, I have found my personal mechanic.
