My electric car battery died on me in the middle of a snow night . I called Intense Towing and they were on scene within 10 minutes , great roadside service
Called for a tow, said he would be there in about an hour. No-show. I called 3 hours later to reschedule said he would call at 8a two days later. No call. Very unreliable.
Eric was great!! I called because my car's ball joint came off in the Clinton Walmart parking lot. He was pleasant on the phone and said he would be there in 15. I recommend this top notch service!!

Hello, in today's society you come to expect to be treated as if you're begging for a favor when you're paying for a service. However, today was a different experience for me. After being stranded and trying to get help and no one showing up untill Mr. Erick did. Well, the day ended with sunshine and blue skies anyway. Whoever towed the navy blue Chrysler mini van date of post can’t drive. He swerved multiple times almost hit a comcast truck, my self, and a metro van access. Ran a red light on allentown Rd. Heading towards branch ave. If this is a representation of services rendered then no thank you. I prefer my vehicles to be transported safely
I didn’t catch the driver’s name unfortunately, but he was extremely polite, well spoken, and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. The only gripe would be that the window was between 0800-1200 and the arrive 1356. Still 5 stars no doubt. Would use them if I ever need a tow.
I just used their service to tow my Ford F-150 for repair. Erick arrived on time and towed my truck to the repair shop. I was impressed by his professionalism and excellent service. I highly recommend using their services.
I had set up for a tow for my Jaguar to the dealership with Eric on Friday 4/19/24. He said he would pickup at 7a.m. the following morning but never showed up and never bothered calling to let me know he was not coming. From previous reviews, I see a common theme about issues with insurance but mine was going to be a self pay. If this is the type of service they offer, I'm glad they didn't touched my vehicle!
Call for an emergency tow, company was responsive and quick. Driver was polite and helpful. He waited with me until my ride showed up, which most companies wouldn't do. Overall best tow truck company ever.
First time being towed after my battery died. I've heard stories of people waiting up to a hour for a tow truck to arrive. The tow driver with Intense Towing arrived within 20 minutes after placing the tow request. Great company
