It’s true, you can ALWAYS tell an employee, from a manager, from an owner.
The employee will close someone else’s business early that he/she does not own, every day by just a few minutes causing that business money and potentially customers too.
Today I pulled into the NAPA Auto Parts in Clinton, MD at 5:54pm. As I was exiting my vehicle, a tall, older, black male was coming from the outside left of the store walking toward the entrance and yelled out to me - we are closed, we close at 6pm. I said, it’s not 6pm, it’s 5:53pm. He didn’t respond - nothing to say - as I was correct. It was not yet 6pm and they had already closed the store. As he looked into the door a lady unlocked and opened the door to let him in. I snapped this pic before I drove away to confirm the time of my departure and the store was close.
NAPA your employees are causing your business money and customers - and I won’t be back and many others will not either after reading this review!
Do better NAPA Auto Parts store employees!
They sold me a gas pump that was in bad condition and didn't work and when I went to get a refund they refused to give me one even though they sold me the bad gas pump.
The person that attended us was super helpful and we were in and out of there quickly and with all the parts we needed. This place will be my new spot to purchase auto parts, I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for auto parts.
Very nice. Friendly, helpful people and friendly. Good prices. They will never make you buy if you don't want it. They will still help you and answer your question.
