Would give it 0 stars. This lady at the register was rude she told me to leave after being in the store for no more than five minutes because of my “smell” she couldn’t take it. Whatever the case may be she definitely profiling me bc of my complexion and my attire.

Walked into the store at the 3760 sign and one of the most racist women I’ve been around was sitting and greeting only white people lol. She looked right at me and said nothing. I continued to browse and then she decided to start talking to an older man about Bad Bunny and how the “Mexicans” took over the Superbowl. I left after this. I’ll never visit this place again.

Very large and many vendors and some with specific periods or areas of expertise. My only annoyance was it's a bit of a maze but a very minor gripe. Prices were normal and inline with what you expect. Would definitely return.

It's a fun place to walk around and window shop, but most of the items for sale are overpriced.

Lady checking us out at Antique Market ll had a huge attitude problem and thought it would be a good idea to take it out on me by YELLING at me as I was going out the door. I walked back to ask her if that was intended for me because I was confused and she said yes because I had said nothing to her when she gave me change. I had not said anything because she was rude to begin with and said nothing to me. I drove out of my way to revisit Kensington to shop for antiques. I will NOT return again!

Drove the hour there for some good finds, lots of pyrex only set selling, single piece that I saw on advertisement had already sold.

We love to walk around this area. This time we found a few antique items for my wife’s bathroom and a few rings that she really liked. We wish that the old bistro was still there, it was very charming and had great food

An excellent antique mall with a lot of vendors and many different items. Highlights include lots of glassware, toys and pop culture items, antique Japanese items, and many more. There is also a French bookstore inside that has a section that caters to kids. Overall a very unique place and a good place to spend an afternoon.

There was an old lady with blonde hair with glasses around 50/60 standing out side as I walked in the store she followed me in I just carried on walking the she started to follow me as I entered another coloured guy around 45/50 with glasses started following me up and done the store and when I turned around he just turned his head I walked back the way I came in and the lady the was previously following me started to take pictures of me not only that I just carried on walking upstairs she then followed me up the stairs so I just left the store as I walked out the guy previously that was filling me was standing outside at my car there was other customers in the store they didn’t even ask if I wanted a hand or can they help me they just started following me for no reason and thought I was an idiot I will not come back here I will take my business somewhere Else Absolutely disgusted and with regards to the photos I will be speaking to my attorney

An absolutely huge complex of antique stores and other sellers selling a wide variety of different things. There’s a little something for everyone here. Whether you’re looking for furniture, vintage collectibles, glass, classic toys unique phone cases, original art or a pen case that looks like a cut open fish, odds are you will find something here that will at least make you smile. And the people here are so nice. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place to spend an afternoon. Lots of shops with a good variety and nice restaurant. Easy to navigate. Staff members in all the shops we visited were welcoming and friendly. Like anywhere, some prices seemed high and some seemed very reasonable.

Literally such a perfect antique plaza! There’s plenty of free parking (street and lot) and numerous antique stores (furniture-centric; clothing-centric; trinket-centric) to walk around to and even book stores! There is also a thrift store at the outskirt of antique row and plenty of outdoor seating as well as a few bakeries/cafes. This is a perfect outdoor “mall” for all things antiques! I would highly recommend if you’re in the area

After about 8 years, I went back to Antique Row in Kensington while waiting for my car, having its annual oil filter change, a tune-up, and the brakes repaired and flushed at Quality Discount Tire and Auto on the industrial side of Howard Ave. There's still the usual antique fare, and I was very glad to see that two of my favorite, non-antique shops survived the pandemic -- artist Shara's shop (her cool, large and small wire and/or yarn sculptures are just outside the entrance to a small inside mall of different shops...hers is the first on the left) with her affordable abstract pallet knife figure paintings, jewelry, mixed media pieces, wire mesh sculpture and other lamp shades, painted glass light fixtures, etc.; and a home accessories shop a bit down the road. There's also another non-antique shop with women's clothing and accessories a little past those two shops along the street where I was also successful in purchasing a few items. And, I also browsed and bought a set of new red chopsticks and a delicate chopstick rest at an oriental art boutique across and down from Shara's shop...some beautiful lithographs, paintings, wood carvings, pottery, and other pieces from Japan and some other countries as well. And then there's the quaint gourmet-ish deli shop and market Karlee's with outdoor seating under a long white wood awning with hanging faux flowers and tiny flashing lights that twinkle along with contemporary but some years old soft rock and pop music. There's also outside heaters which were temporarily used during that recent early-afternoon chill. I had the pastrami with pickle chips and tasty dressing on ciabatta bread sandwich, which was delicious. Antique Row is a great little gem to enjoy for a few hours by yourself or with out-of-town guests who like antiques, artsy shops, women's clothing and accessories, and artisanal casual dining. Definitely worth a visit.

I called this store to inquire if they only sold antique furniture or if they also did appraisals. The lady that answered was very snappy and her response was what do you have in a very rude way. Her tone caught me off guard, and within 2 seconds she disconnected the call before I could say anything else.. will be taking my business elsewhere. Wow.

Very enjoyable browsing. Interesting items and people. Take time to converse with the sellers, they just know so much about the items.

Living in the DC suburbs I've been going to Antique Row for 25 years, however sporadically because I'm embarrassed to say I often forget it is there. Every time I do remember to go I wonder why I don't make it more of a habit. It has just about everything collectible, even though the prices can be more than pedestrian. It's changed a bit over the years, and has gone from traditional old stuff more to mod and vintage. One of my favorite haunts is Georgina’s G&G Antiques at 3776 Howard Ave, who has cases and counters full of interesting smalls (I relish the old political buttons). I usually go on the weekend, when there is shady and free parking across the street at the train station.

We Took early morning walk yesterday and felt really relaxed and energized… … we definitely going to come back and try some of local restaurants… ? There is a train station for daily commute to DC. This must be a great neighborhood to live in. How wonderful that Kensington is able to preserve the old town feel, unlike some outside DC neighborhoods, overdeveloped with monster houses.

This antique row is an absolute HIDDEN GEM of DC metro area. So much to see and so much to choose from. There's a great variety of stores and styles - furniture, jewelry, curious finds, clothes.. A little cafe right in the middle. What a perfect way to spend your Saturday or Sunday afternoon.

I had a great time looking through all sorts of odds, ends, knick knacks, and treasures. Found a couple things to give a new home to even. ? The proprietor was pleasant and friendly, as well as reasonably negotiable with a few of the prices. I departed the store quite pleased, already looking forward to the next visit. I definitely recommend checking this place out. ?

A place I love to frequent, always new stuff always cool stuff to see. Most shop owners are wicked nice a few... aren't too happy about a young person in curios and antiques. Ah well.

Downtown Kensington is a quirky little nook full of antique store. Great place if you are in the mood to roam and browse. Antique row is also often the location for many great and fun festivals.

There are so many options. There's a gorgeous mid-century furniture store, lots of sparkly jewelry and unique art work. Parking is tight but, it next to a commuter train lot, so that may be your best bet if you're looking and bring a car once you've made big purchase.

I used to work at a shop in Antique Row. I know from experience that there's a lot of hidden gems here. If I was an investor I would go to Diane's Shop, she has plenty of antiques that you would love. There are also shops in the back, same building that have very nice antiques. If you have some time, go check it out. There's so much to see.

Parking is free and easily accessible off Metropolitan Avenue. Great place to walk around and shop for all things vintage. Very eclectic mix of shops and places to grab a bite to eat. If you enjoy watching trains come and go - this place is definitely for you! There is a farmer`s market here and lots of cool events!
