I stumbled upon Ivan's when I went to a business next door that was recommended to me but the shop owner wasn't answering my calls nor was he in the store when I went in person. Ivan was immediately friendly and welcoming, sharing that customer service is number one, and he truly embodied that. Not only that, but his quotes for the maintenance work I needed were the lowest I'd received after calling 2 or 3 other places. He stated he could do the work the following day, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled for 2 days later. He was prompt and communicative, and I trusted his assessments when I asked him to look into some specific parts and let me know what if anything needed to be done in terms of repairs/replacements. He called me while working on the car to let me know that my spark plugs needed to be replaced, something I'd asked him to check on but wasn't part of my initial quote as I wasn't sure if anything needed to be done. He gave me a quote during the conversation and I said yes to replacing them. He was finished with the work in 4 hours. I never felt mislead or taken advantage of. He was very friendly and personable. I didn't realize that my car wasn't running/driving smoothly until after he completed the work; I noticed a positive difference immediately. I will definitely go to Ivan's in the future for anything I need done. I highly recommend him.
He is shady person and not honest , I had a problem with an inconsistent ac system and I told them that it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t, he took advantage and did absolutely nothing to the car , I calloescted it back and out work for a day or as usual and stopped , I went to another mechanic and he said there was absolutely nothing done to the car , didn’t flush out the system, didn’t check for a leak and didn’t refill anything , he charged me 300$ for absolutely nothing!!!!!
Really great mechanic and management. Came in to get a trailor hitch installed for a future move, Ivan was the lowest bid of 6 offers, have quick availability, did a great job, very quick, and excellent communication. Parking is tough in the area, had to park on the street for a minute, but they have a good system in place to make it work.
Ivan is excellent at his job. He knows how to treat his customers and he knows what he is doing. My old mechanic replaced several parts and the noise continued... and Ivan drove my car and immediately knew what it was! At that moment I knew I was in the right place! Ivan is efficient, responsive and provides superior price/value benefit. He was able to repair instead of going costly replacement route with my side panel, and replace my rear end. Others said side panel had to go. Car looks like new, and it's a 2011. Work was done quicker than other estimates and price was very fair and a bargain for the quality and turnaround time. Highly recommend Ivan and his shop! Will be a repeat customer.
The mechanics at Ivan's are amazing. They did a motor replacement in my 2014 Dodge Ram without a hitch. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. They are priced reasonably as well. Ivan himself will help you understand what your vehicle needs and explain it clearly. Even with recommendations, they aren't pushy with sales tactics like some other shops. Couldn't ask for more in a mechanic.

Had a difficult issue with sheared spark plug in V8 motor. We discussed and moved forward on the issue that turned out to need the whole engine repaired. I drove a few hours from New Jersey to visit a friend and when I arrived my transmission light turned on. I called Ivan and he treated me like he knew me for years and even went out of his way while he was on vacation to make sure his worker at the shop took care of me. I was able to drive my family home safely. Great guy and would recommend using him.

I called hoping to get a dent and a busted tail light fixed, he answered right away, let me drop the car off that same afternoon, and just a couple days later I picked it up looking perfect.
