I've had several repairs done there and always been completely happy. Raffi does good work and the work is completed when he says it will be. Pricing is good.

So happy I went with Kelley’s! Raffi is honest and kind! I had a minor accident, and was worried that a part might rust. Raffi told me to bring it by for an estimate. He let me know that it was a plastic part, not metal and would not affect the performance of the car nor would it rust and cause problems. I had previously said if it was just cosmetic, I didn’t care to fix it. He told me that it would be $500-600 to fix so if I didn’t care, I should just leave it. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and transparency in the world today. Thank you!

Have used these guys several times and have always been pleased with both the price and the results. Moreover, Rafi seems to be one of the few people who hasn't forgotten about good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommended.

A breeze to work with and miraculously found the exact same doors I needed to replace damage from t bone. So many other places were impossible to work with due to the complication of two separate accidents one of which was deemed a total loss. In the end, Raffi did a spectacular job and saved me two thousand dollars.

Beyond pleased with the work and Raffi. Raffi is transparent with the pricing up front and delivers. My car looks fabulous after being hit in a parking lot. So glad I decided to come to Raffi. I had a bit of a parking incident and my car had a pretty rough bumper and cracked headlight. Raffi was able to give me a rough estimate on the spot and also was super honest and transparent regarding my specific damage. Ended up going a cheaper route with him instead of leaving it be (like he recommended) and I am so glad I did. He did AMAZING and was able to fix my headlight and bump out a lot of the dents same day. Hardly looks damaged anymore. I've told everyone I can about Raffi. Can't recommend more.

My bumper was scraped by a car backing into it and Raffi worked with me by presenting different options at different price points. I appreciated his transparency and the bumper looks great! You can’t even tell there was damage. I’d definitely recommend this shop for any auto body needs.

My parked car was damaged by a hit and run in the back. Given the positive reviews here on Google, I decided to call Raffi (whose name appears in other reviews) to see if I might use Kelley's. I asked for him by name. He noted that I could send in a picture or come in to get an estimate. He was easy to talk to and that put me at ease. When I arrived two days later, he was busy, but stopped what he was doing to look at the car and generate a written estimate. That took about 10 minutes. He was not able to receive the car immediately, but could receive it in about a week. Two or three weeks later, I took the car in for repair. He did an awesome job. My car looks brand new! He replaced the bumper and painted it. I cannot tell that my car was ever hit. I'm really happy with the work, and the price was fair. I had an overall easy and pleasant experience. This is a family business owned by people who live in our community. I am pleased to support small business owners, and I hope Kelley's will be in business a long time.

I shopped around, and this place had nothing but good reviews. And they're well deserved. Raffi was nice to work with and did excellent work on replacing my bumper. From the paint match to fixing unseen damage, my car hasn't looked this good since it rolled off the lot. Not to mention, Raffi has the best price around. If you need autobody, this is the place to go.

There aren't enough stars. Raffy left me full of gratitude and the feeling that there are good, honest people in the world. I would highly recommend Kelly's for any auto body needs. Came in for an estimate today. VERY HONEST. Unfortunately he couldn’t perform the paint job due to the complicated color, but was extremely friendly and referred me to a shop who can do so - and gave me an estimated price range for the job as well. Highly recommend to stop by!

My (new driver) son hit a hockey goal in our driveway this morning damaging his front bumper, so I had him call to make an appointment at Kelley’s since we’ve had great experiences there in the past. We were invited to bring his car in to be checked out this afternoon. We were promptly greeted and my son’s car was repaired on the spot. Other shops might have recommended a new bumper as a first resort despite the cost. We were so grateful to the honest and highly competent technicians at Kelley’s for choosing to pursue the best and most sensible option at a big cost saving to us. We highly recommend Kelley’s to anyone looking for great work, as well as excellent customer service.

This is a father and son run business that came recommended by a friend. I got into an accident with my beloved MINI. Raffi was the least stressful part of the process! He kept me informed every step of the way, my MINI looks as good as new and it's the cleanest it's ever been, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelley's!!! Seriously what are you waiting for? I feel very bad that I wasn't able to sit down and write a review of the excellent service I received for my car damage repair a week ago. The owner, Raffi provided the best service I could expect for my car repair. It was prompt, efficient and best value for my car. I would highly recommend anybody needing vehicle body work to have repair there. You won't be disappointed.

We recently had our car repaired at Kelley's, and we couldn't be happier. This will now be our go-to shop even though it's a bit far from our house. Raffi is so great to work with. He gave good advice, was personable, kept me up to date on the progress, the repair is perfect, and the price was great too. It's hard to find a shop like this these days! I will wholeheartedly recommend this family shop.

The plastic clips on my car's bumper had broken and the bumper kept separating from car. The Lexus dealer wanted to charge me $1,500 for a new bumper. I took the car to Kelly's and Raffi came out and in less than 15 minutes inserted two bolts to reattach it. When I offered to pay him he refused. Absolutely greatest most trustworthy person to deal with. They have a customer for life!

I have been a customer of Kelly’s for several years. Raffi and his team have done several jobs for us over those years. Their work is outstanding! They truly restore the auto to better than it was before. Recently Raffi went above and beyond in customer service for me. I was under-the-gun to get our car fixed in a very short period of time. Raffi got us scheduled and I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon. He promised it back by Friday. He had already ensured the necessary parts (front bumper cover) were available. Tuesday the parts were delivered. Wednesday Raffi installed the new parts with all new clips and fasteners. He painted everything. Thursday he called me saying the car was ready for me to pick up! ! ! He saved me a day of car rental. The car really looks like new. The paint matches perfectly, and the bill was about $100 less than the estimate. I highly recommend Raffi and Kelly’s Auto Body.

Raffi and his team are true miracle workers! I came to them after Geico’s people wrote my car off as a total loss. Raffi was so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He was in constant communication with me and reassured me that I was making the right choice by saving my car from scrap. I am thrilled by the result and cannot thank him enough for his excellent customer service, including a vacuum and car wash when I picked up my car today. I hope to never have to visit him again but i cannot recommend this small business enough! they truly helped me navigate a stressful situation so easily, efficiently, and with an excellent caliber of work!

I have a Range Rover & some chick hit me in the front of my car. I was so nervous about the list that my insurance agency gave me. The list did not have one person who performs on work on Range Rovers. I ended up calling my mechanic for a referral to a body shop. He referred me to Kellys Auto & I couldn't be more happy with the excellent service & amazing work that was performed. Raffi is absolutely amazing & a real good guy. He was a straight shooter & fixed my car within 3 days. Raffi also arranged our rental car from enterprise. We had some issues with the insurance company & Raffi took it upon himself to call the insurance company to get the issue resolved. I have been telling everyone I know about Kelly's Auto & I will definitely be using them again. Although, I hope that I do not get into another accident. You will be so happy with Raffi & the services that you receive. Thanks Raffi! There is no way that I could have navigated all of this without you going above & beyond. Thanks so much!

Great place. Rafi gave me a general quote over the phone on a Saturday when everywhere else wants you to come in. I didn’t expect an exact quote, just a ballpark. His quote was also way better than the places I had to actually bring in my part to paint. They did an excellent paint job and the quality was great.

I was just very impressed by Rafi's warm gesture as i walked in his office. I desperately needed quick and reliable service and Kelly's auto body did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this family owned business and will always go back for any car trouble.

I highly recommend Kelley's for all car body (and mechanic) repair! I was looking for a place that had more of a small-town feel to it (as opposed to most places that don't know you by name even though you've been going there for 8 years). Raffi and his team fixed my Honda Accord's body damage quickly and for the lowest out-of-pocket price of anyone in the area. They went the extra step and got parts delivered quickly, came in early to finish the job, and gave me advise on general maintenance.

I will definitely return here if I ever get into an accident! I will also recommend them to everyone who needs their car repaired. They go above and beyond in service. I have never experienced such service. My car looked brand new! They also painted my passenger door that was not part of my accident. They are awesome! If you need your car repaired go to Kelley's Auto body! Did I mention how fast they repaired my Toyota Rav4? Faster then I expected! P.S. My car was even wiped down and cleaned. I cannot thank them enough for their help!
