Went up to Duramax to get some bodywork done on my car that had got into an accident. The staff was very nice and responsive and the work got done quickly. Everything was communicated in a way that allowed me to make informed decisions. In a world where I don’t know much about cars it was refreshing to find a business that wasn’t trying to take advantage and just did an excellent job. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone in need of getting work done.

I had a fantastic experience at Duramax Body Shop. I stopped by for help with a stain on my car’s roof, and Ramon took great care of me — incredibly kind, quick, and professional. As someone new to the area, I was really impressed by their honesty and genuine customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work and highly recommend them.

Impressed with the services. They’re one of the few places in the area that work on Teslas. Fixed my car rather quickly without a single problem. Total price was reasonable too. I was surprised at how easy it was to go through the process here, especially as someone who hasn’t had previous experience putting their car up for repairs and such. Staff were all really nice and helpful. They also tidied up the interior of my car.

Brought my car in to fix a bumper issue that was keeping my car from passing inspection. LT was very helpful and got a technician to fix the issue immediately (no charge for the 1 minute fix)! Was really impressed with the customer service. Will definitely be returning for any future work!

The owner is a gem! The front bumper on my daughter’s car, a 15 year-old Corolla, was cracked and sagging, and I was worried for her safety. Florencia, the owner, knows her stuff and fixed it herself for free! The guy ahead of me had a newish Alfa Romeo so my job was nothing by comparison. She also showed me 2 options to repair the inside driver door control panel for little to no cost. She earned my respect and loyalty for future body work on all of our cars.

So happy to have found such a respectable company. They are honest and transparent. Their work has a life time guarantee. Most of all they care about their reputation. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Continue to help others in need and you will be greatly rewarded by our heavenly Father.

If I could give a 4.5 star review I would :-) We have used Duramax several times for our car repairs over the years and been very satisfied. They are reasonably priced and the location is very convenient! Most recently the repair took longer than they originally told us it would but they stayed in communication and fixed a couple other issues with the car at no charge to us.

Fast repair, very fair price, and excellent customer service. Had a giant scrape and decent dent and fix is for sure as good as it could be. Would definitely recommend!!

Did a great job for a great price! My Dodge Durango was really dented near the headlight and they had to order a special part upon closer look and didn't charge me extra! Had to leave town while they were working on it and they kept it at the lot for an extra week no charge! Highly recommend

My 2006 Acura RSX manual, which I love and is irreplaceable because they stopped making it after that year (but very low mileage), was badly damaged by a Kamikaze deer and declared a total (cosmetic) loss by the insurer. We took the value minus salvage value and Duramax made it look superb for well under the quote from the insurer's suggested body shop. Florencia and Ramon were both terrific -- I could not be happier and highly recommend them.

Five shining stars! I came to Duramax after getting estimates from 3 other body shops. The guy from Duramax did the most thorough check of the car, and then gave an estimate that was about half the price of the first place I visited. They then did a beautiful job fixing my car. And I love supporting a woman-run business! I'd recommend Duramax in a heartbeat!

Florencia and the Duramax team are awesome. They did great work, they were good about keeping me in the loop about my repairs, and were extremely helpful in dealing with our insurance company. Florencia is also just generally compassionate - I felt like she really listened. Our situation was pretty complicated and our insurance company was a mess during the whole process. The Duramax team rolled with it, and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend them!

Estimate was prompt and very helpful when filing claim with insurance. Florencia was efficient gathering information. Ramon walked me through the repair process and was upfront with unexpected repairs not realized in original estimate. He made sure information was concise so he could report to the insurance agent. I was referred to Duramax by another shop. I have a 30yr. old classic Benz that sustained bumper damage. Prior to visiting Duramax, I received three estimates from various shops. I was told that the bumper could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. Duramax repaired my bumper and saved me approximately $2000. Their work was excellent, timely and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Duramax to anyone who can appreciate a shop that provides quality work and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

I brought my ID4 for a bumper replacement after the hit and run accident. Florencia shop owner was very helpful to repair my vehicle to the original state. She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement. Overall great service!

I am absolutely impressed beyond all expectations! The staff and the owner of Duramax body shop did an immaculate job on our work van. Our vehicle doors take quiet a bit of abuse and to fully replace the entire door, replace door motors and do paint in such a short time then what we had anticipated. We are absolutely ecstatic and signing fleet contract with them. I highly recommend this business for any other company with vehicles needing repairs!

Very talented and friendly body shop. I’ve used them 3 times over the years on a Jaguar (metallic black) Mercedes (white— that was easy) and Maserati GT (Oceana blue). Perfect paint match all three times and 3-4 day turnaround. Prices 10% or more under competitors. Definitely get a free estimate here
