I wish I could just call and speak to a person. It's a joke. You get transferred 20 different places and no one can help you. There are 50 different damn models for my car. God forbid an actual person answer the phone. What a joke.
Truck drivers very bad place to pick up a load, rude people, they loaded me insecurely one palate was leaning, I asked to fix that, that big guy was fixed it and now waiting 40mints he is not give my paper work to leave, very bad place
My first time actually going to Crazy Ray's and I was not disappointed. I understand why people speak so highly of this business; it's a lot of vehicles yes, it's a lot to walk through but, if you need a part and are able to access it, why not and save money doing so. They give a 90 day return/exchange on what you purchase which is pretty awesome. Also, if you take pictures of the receipt, they will accept that if you don't have the actual receipt of the purchase..so take a picture of your receipt as soon as you get it. Better safe than sorry. $3 admission, per person..CASH only.
They got a bit pricey. Especially if you aren't a regular. I seen people check out with a wheel barrel full...$42. I get a turn signal $68. New it only cost $90, but I needed it asap.
